1 Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, thou that leadest Joseph like a flock; thou that dwellest between the cherubims, shine forth. Berger d'Israël ! prête l'oreille. Haz resplandecer tu rostro, y seremos salvos.
4 O Lord God of hosts, how long wilt thou be angry against the prayer of thy people? ✱ Éternel, Dieu des armées ! jusques à quand ta colère fumera-t-ellec contre la prière de ton peuple ? Jehovah, God of hosts, how long will thine anger smoke against the prayer of thy people? Jehová, Dios de los ejércitos,
¿Hasta cuándo mostrarás tu indignación contra la oración de tu pueblo?
5 Thou feedest them with the bread of tears; and givest them tears to drink in great measure. Tu leur as fait manger un pain de larmes, et tu les as abreuvés de larmes à pleine mesure. Thou hast fed them with the bread of tears, and given them tears to drink in large measure: Les diste a comer pan de lágrimas,
Y a beber lágrimas en gran abundancia.
6 Thou makest us a strife unto our neighbours: and our enemies laugh among themselves. Tu as fait de nous un sujet de contestation pour nos voisins, et nos ennemis se moquent [de nous] entre eux. Thou hast made us a strife unto our neighbours, and our enemies mock among themselves. Nos pusiste por escarnio a nuestros vecinos,

8 Thou hast brought a vine out of Egypt: thou hast cast out the heathen, and planted it. ✱ Tu as transporté d'Égypte un cep ; tu as chassé les nations, et tu l'as planté ; Thou broughtest a vine out of Egypt; thou didst cast out the nations, and plant it: Hiciste venir una vid de Egipto;

9 Thou preparedst room before it, and didst cause it to take deep root, and it filled the land. Tu as préparé une place devant lui, il a poussé des racines, et a rempli le pays. Thou preparedst space before it, and it took deep root, and filled the land; Limpiaste sitio delante de ella,

10 The hills were covered with the shadow of it, and the boughs thereof were like the goodly cedars. Y hasta el río sus renuevos.
12 Why hast thou then broken down her hedges, so that all they which pass by the way do pluck her? Pourquoi as-tu rompu ses clôtures, de sorte que tous ceux qui passent le pillent ? Why hast thou broken down its fences, so that all who pass by the way do pluck it? ¿Por qué aportillaste sus vallados,
Y la vendimian todos los que pasan por el camino?
13 The boar out of the wood doth waste it, and the wild beast of the field doth devour it. Le sanglier de la forêt le déchire, et les bêtes des champs le broutent. The boar out of the forest doth waste it, and the beast of the field doth feed off it. La destroza el puerco montés,
Y la bestia del campo la devora.
14 Return, we beseech thee, O God of hosts: look down from heaven, and behold, and visit this vine; Ô Dieu des armées ! retourne, je te prie ; regarde des cieux, et vois, et visite ce cep, O God of hosts, return, we beseech thee; look down from the heavens, and behold, and visit this vine; Oh Dios de los ejércitos, vuelve ahora;
Mira desde el cielo, y considera, y visita esta viña,
15 And the vineyard which thy right hand hath planted, and the branch that thou madest strong for thyself. Et la plante que ta droite a plantéee, et le provin que tu avais fortifié pour toi. Even the stock which thy right hand hath planted, and the young plant thou madest strong for thyself. La planta que plantó tu diestra,
Y el renuevo que para ti afirmaste.
16 It is burned with fire, it is cut down: they perish at the rebuke of thy countenance. Elle est brûlée par le feu, elle est coupée ; ils périssent, parce que tu les tancesf. It is burned with fire, it is cut down; they perish at the rebuke of thy countenance. Quemada a fuego está, asolada;

17 Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand, upon the son of man whom thou madest strong for thyself. ✱ Que ta main soit sur l'homme de ta droite, sur le fils de l'homme que tu as fortifié pour toi : Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand, upon the son of man whom thou hast made strong for thyself. Sea tu mano sobre el varón de tu diestra,
Sobre el hijo de hombre que para ti afirmaste.
18 So will not we go back from thee: quicken us, and we will call upon thy name. Et nous ne nous retirerons pas de toi. Fais-nous revivre, et nous invoquerons ton nom. So will we not go back from thee. Revive us, and we will call upon thy name. Así no nos apartaremos de ti;
Vida nos darás, e invocaremos tu nombre.
19 Turn us again, O Lord God of hosts, cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved. Éternel, Dieu des armées ! ramène-nous ; fais luire ta face, et nous serons sauvés. Restore us, O Jehovah, God of hosts; cause thy face to shine, and we shall be saved. ¡Oh Jehová, Dios de los ejércitos, restáuranos!
