Now after the death of Moses the servant of the Lord it came to pass, that the Lord spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ minister, saying, |

And it came to pass after the death of Moses the servant of Jehovah, that Jehovah spoke to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' attendant, saying, |
Aconteció después de la muerte de Moisés siervo de Jehová, que Jehová habló a Josué hijo de Nun, servidor de Moisés, diciendo: |

Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel. |
Moïse, mon serviteur, est mort ; et maintenant, lève-toi, passe ce Jourdain, toi et tout ce peuple, [pour entrer] dans le pays que je leur donne à eux, les fils d'Israël. |

Moses my servant is dead; and now, rise up, go over this Jordan, thou and all this people, into the land which I give unto them, to the children of Israel. |
Mi siervo Moisés ha muerto; ahora, pues, levántate y pasa este Jordán, tú y todo este pueblo, a la tierra que yo les doy a los hijos de Israel. |

Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses. |
Tout lieu que foulera la plante de votre pied, je vous l'ai donné, comme j'ai dit à Moïse. |

From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast. |
Vos frontières seront depuis le désert et ce Liban jusqu'au grand fleuve, le fleuve Euphrate, tout le pays des Héthiens, et jusqu'à la grande mer, vers le soleil couchant. |

From the wilderness and this Lebanon to the great river, the river Euphrates, the whole land of the Hittites, to the great sea, toward the going down of the sun, shall be your border. |
Desde el desierto y el Líbano hasta el gran río Éufrates, toda la tierra de los heteos hasta el gran mar donde se pone el sol, será vuestro territorio. |

There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. |
Personne ne tiendra devant toi, tous les jours de ta vie ; comme j'ai été avec Moïse, ainsi je serai avec toi : je ne te laisserai point et je ne t'abandonnerai point. |

None shall be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so will I be with thee; I will not leave thee, neither will I forsake thee. |
Nadie te podrá hacer frentea en todos los días de tu vida; como estuve con Moisés, estaré contigo; no te dejaré, ni te desampararé.b |

Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them. |
Fortifie-toi et sois ferme, car toi, tu feras hériter à ce peuple le pays que j'ai juré à leurs pères de leur donner. |

Be strong and courageous, for thou shalt cause this people to inherit the land which I have sworn unto their fathers to give them. |
Esfuérzate y sé valiente;c porque tú repartirás a este pueblo por heredad la tierra de la cual juré a sus padres que la daría a ellos. |

Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest. |
Seulement fortifie-toi et sois très-ferme, pour prendre garde à faire selon toute la loi que Moïse, mon serviteur, t'a commandée ; ne t'en écarte ni à droite ni à gauche, afin que tu prospères partout où tu iras. |

Only be strong and very courageous, that thou mayest take heed to do according to all the law that Moses my servant commanded thee. Turn not from it to the right or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest. |
Solamente esfuérzate y sé muy valiente, para cuidar de hacer conforme a toda la ley que mi siervo Moisés te mandó; no te apartes de ella ni a diestra ni a siniestra, para que seas prosperado en todas las cosas que emprendas. |

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. |
Que ce livre de la loi ne s'éloigne pas de ta bouche, et médite-le jour et nuit, afin que tu prennes garde à faire selon tout ce qui y est écrit, car alors tu feras réussir tes voies, et alors tu prospéreras. |

This book of the law shall not depart from thy mouth; and thou shalt meditate upon it day and night, that thou mayest take heed to do according to all that is written therein; for then shalt thou have good success in thy ways, and then shalt thou prosper. |
Nunca se apartará de tu boca este libro de la ley, sino que de día y de noche meditarás en él, para que guardes y hagas conforme a todo lo que en él está escrito; porque entonces harás prosperar tu camino, y todo te saldrá bien. |

Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. |
Ne t'ai-je pas commandé : Fortifie-toi et sois ferme ? Ne te laisse point terrifier, et ne sois point effrayé ; car l'Éternel, ton Dieu, est avec toi partout où tu iras. |

Have I not commanded thee: Be strong and courageous? Be not afraid, neither be dismayed; for Jehovah thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. |
Mira que te mando que te esfuerces y seas valiente; no temas ni desmayes, porque Jehová tu Dios estará contigo en dondequiera que vayas. |

Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people, saying, |

Pass through the host, and command the people, saying, Prepare you victuals; for within three days ye shall pass over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land, which the Lord your God giveth you to possess it. |
Passez par le milieu du camp, et commandez au peuple, disant : Préparez-vous des provisions, car dans trois jours vous passerez ce Jourdain pour aller prendre possession du pays que l'Éternel, votre Dieu, vous donne pour le posséder. |

Go through the midst of the camp, and command the people, saying, Prepare yourselves victuals, for in three days ye shall pass over this Jordan, that ye may enter in to take possession of the land which Jehovah your God giveth you to possess it. |
Pasad por en medio del campamento y mandad al pueblo, diciendo: Preparaos comida, porque dentro de tres días pasaréis el Jordán para entrar a poseer la tierra que Jehová vuestro Dios os da en posesión. |

And to the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to half the tribe of Manasseh, spake Joshua, saying, |
Et Josué parla aux Rubénites, et aux Gadites, et à la demi-tribu de Manassé, disant : |

También habló Josué a los rubenitas y gaditas y a la media tribu de Manasés, diciendo: |

Remember the word which Moses the servant of the Lord commanded you, saying, The Lord your God hath given you rest, and hath given you this land. |
Souvenez-vous de la parole que Moïse, serviteur de l'Éternel, vous a commandée, disant : L'Éternel, votre Dieu, vous a donné du repos, et vous a donné ce pays. |

Remember the word that Moses the servant of Jehovah commanded you, saying, Jehovah your God has given you rest and has given you this land. |
Acordaos de la palabra que Moisés, siervo de Jehová, os mandó diciendo: Jehová vuestro Dios os ha dado reposo, y os ha dado esta tierra. |

Your wives, your little ones, and your cattle, shall remain in the land which Moses gave you on this side Jordan; but ye shall pass before your brethren armed, all the mighty men of valour, and help them; |
Vos femmes, vos enfants, et vos troupeaux, demeureront dans le pays que Moïse vous a donné en deçà du Jourdain ; et vous passerez armésc devant vos frères, vous tous, les vaillants hommes, et vous leur aiderez |

Your wives, your little ones, and your cattle shall abide in the land that Moses gave you on this side of the Jordan, but ye, all the valiant men, shall go over in array before your brethren and help them, |
Vuestras mujeres, vuestros niños y vuestros ganados quedarán en la tierra que Moisés os ha dado a este lado del Jordán; mas vosotros, todos los valientes y fuertes, pasaréis armados delante de vuestros hermanos, y les ayudaréis, |

Until the Lord have given your brethren rest, as he hath given you, and they also have possessed the land which the Lord your God giveth them: then ye shall return unto the land of your possession, and enjoy it, which Moses the Lord’s servant gave you on this side Jordan toward the sunrising. |
jusqu'à ce que l'Éternel donne du repos à vos frères, comme à vous, et qu'eux aussi, ils possèdent le pays que l'Éternel, votre Dieu, leur donne ; alors vous retournerez dans le pays de votre possession, et vous le posséderez, celui que Moïse, serviteur de l'Éternel, vous a donné en deçà du Jourdain, vers le soleil levant. |

until Jehovah give your brethren rest as to you, and they also take possession of the land which Jehovah your God giveth them; then shall ye return into the land of your possession and possess it, which Moses the servant of Jehovah gave you on this side of the Jordan toward the sun-rising. |
hasta tanto que Jehová haya dado reposo a vuestros hermanos como a vosotros, y que ellos también posean la tierra que Jehová vuestro Dios les da; y después volveréis vosotros a la tierra de vuestra herencia, la cual Moisés siervo de Jehová os ha dado, a este lado del Jordán hacia donde nace el sol; y entraréis en posesión de ella.d |

And they answered Joshua, saying, All that thou commandest us we will do, and whithersoever thou sendest us, we will go. |
Et ils répondirent à Josué, disant : Tout ce que tu nous commandes, nous le ferons, et nous irons partout où tu nous enverras : |

And they answered Joshua, saying, All that thou hast commanded us will we do, and whither thou shalt send us will we go. |
Entonces respondieron a Josué, diciendo: Nosotros haremos todas las cosas que nos has mandado, e iremos adondequiera que nos mandes. |

According as we hearkened unto Moses in all things, so will we hearken unto thee: only the Lord thy God be with thee, as he was with Moses. |
comme nous avons écouté Moïse en toute chose, ainsi nous t'écouterons ; seulement, que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, soit avec toi, comme il a été avec Moïse. |

According as we hearkened to Moses in all things, so will we hearken to thee; only may Jehovah thy God be with thee as he was with Moses. |
De la manera que obedecimos a Moisés en todas las cosas, así te obedeceremos a ti; solamente que Jehová tu Dios esté contigo, como estuvo con Moisés. |

Whosoever he be that doth rebel against thy commandment, and will not hearken unto thy words in all that thou commandest him, he shall be put to death: only be strong and of a good courage. |
Tout homme qui sera rebelle à ton commandementd et qui n'écoutera pas tes paroles en tout ce que tu nous commanderas, sera mis à mort ; seulement fortifie-toi et sois ferme. |

Every one that is rebellious against thy commandment and hearkeneth not to thy words in everything that thou commandest us, shall be put to death. Only be strong and courageous. |
Cualquiera que fuere rebelde a tu mandamiento, y no obedeciere a tus palabras en todas las cosas que le mandes, que muera; solamente que te esfuerces y seas valiente. |
