And it came to pass a long time after that the Lord had given rest unto Israel from all their enemies round about, that Joshua waxed old and stricken in age. |
☆ Et longtemps après que l'Éternel eut donné du repos à Israël de tous leurs ennemis à l'entour, — et Josué était vieux, avancé en âge, |

Aconteció, muchos días después que Jehová diera reposo a Israel de todos sus enemigos alrededor, que Josué, siendo ya viejo y avanzado en años, |

And Joshua called for all Israel, and for their elders, and for their heads, and for their judges, and for their officers, and said unto them, I am old and stricken in age: |
— il arriva que Josué appela tout Israël, ses anciens, et ses chefs, et ses juges, et ses magistrats, et leur dit : Je suis vieux, je suis avancé en âge ; |

llamó a todo Israel, a sus ancianos, sus príncipes, sus jueces y sus oficiales, y les dijo: Yo ya soy viejo y avanzado en años. |

And ye have seen all that the Lord your God hath done unto all these nations because of you; for the Lord your God is he that hath fought for you. |
et vous avez vu tout ce que l'Éternel, votre Dieu, a fait à toutes ces nations à cause de vous ; car l'Éternel, votre Dieu, est celui qui a combattu pour vous. |

and ye have seen all that Jehovah your God hath done to all these nations because of you. For Jehovah your God is he that hath fought for you. |
Y vosotros habéis visto todo lo que Jehová vuestro Dios ha hecho con todas estas naciones por vuestra causa; porque Jehová vuestro Dios es quien ha peleado por vosotros. |

Behold, I have divided unto you by lot these nations that remain, to be an inheritance for your tribes, from Jordan, with all the nations that I have cut off, even unto the great sea westward. |
Voyez, je vous ai distribué par le sort, en héritage, selon vos tribus, ces nations qui restent, depuis le Jourdain, ainsi que toutes les nations que j'ai exterminées, jusqu'à la grande mer vers le soleil couchant. |

Behold, I have divided unto you by lot for an inheritance, according to your tribes, these nations that remain, from the Jordan, as well as all the nations that I have cut off, as far as the great sea toward the sun-setting. |
He aquí os he repartido por suerte, en herencia para vuestras tribus, estas naciones, así las destruidas como las que quedan, desde el Jordán hasta el Mar Grande, hacia donde se pone el sol. |

And the Lord your God, he shall expel them from before you, and drive them from out of your sight; and ye shall possess their land, as the Lord your God hath promised unto you. |
Et l'Éternel, votre Dieu, les chassera devant vous, et les dépossèdera devant vous ; et vous prendrez possession de leur pays, comme l'Éternel, votre Dieu, vous l'a dit. |

And Jehovah your God, he will expel them from before you, and dispossess them from out of your sight; and ye shall take possession of their land, as Jehovah your God hath said unto you. |
Y Jehová vuestro Dios las echará de delante de vosotros, y las arrojará de vuestra presencia; y vosotros poseeréis sus tierras, como Jehová vuestro Dios os ha dicho. |

Be ye therefore very courageous to keep and to do all that is written in the book of the law of Moses, that ye turn not aside therefrom to the right hand or to the left; |
Et fortifiez-vous beaucoup pour garder et pour pratiquer tout ce qui est écrit dans le livre de la loi de Moïse, afin de ne vous en écarter ni à droite ni à gauche, |

Esforzaos, pues, mucho en guardar y hacer todo lo que está escrito en el libro de la ley de Moisés, sin apartaros de ello ni a diestra ni a siniestra; |

That ye come not among these nations, these that remain among you; neither make mention of the name of their gods, nor cause to swear by them, neither serve them, nor bow yourselves unto them: |
afin que vous n'entriez pas parmi ces nations qui restent parmi vous, et que vous ne fassiez pas mention du nom de leurs dieux, et que vous ne fassiez pas jurer par eux, et que vous ne les serviez pas, et que vous ne vous prosterniez pas devant eux. |

that ye enter not among these nations, these that remain among you; and ye shall make no mention of the name of their gods, nor cause to swear by them , neither serve them, nor bow yourselves unto them; |
para que no os mezcléis con estas naciones que han quedado con vosotros, ni hagáis mención ni juréis por el nombre de sus dioses, ni los sirváis, ni os inclinéis a ellos. |

But cleave unto the Lord your God, as ye have done unto this day. |
Mais vous vous attacherez à l'Éternel, votre Dieu, comme vous l'avez fait jusqu'à ce jour. |

but ye shall cleave unto Jehovah your God, as ye have done unto this day. |
Mas a Jehová vuestro Dios seguiréis, como habéis hecho hasta hoy. |

For the Lord hath driven out from before you great nations and strong: but as for you, no man hath been able to stand before you unto this day. |
Et l'Éternel a dépossédé devant vous des nations grandes et fortes ; et quant à vous, personne n'a tenu devant vous, jusqu'à ce jour. |

For Jehovah hath dispossessed from before you great and strong nations; and as to you, no man hath been able to stand before you unto this day. |
Pues ha arrojado Jehová delante de vosotros grandes y fuertes naciones, y hasta hoy nadie ha podido resistir delante de vuestro rostro. |

One man of you shall chase a thousand: for the Lord your God, he it is that fighteth for you, as he hath promised you. |
Un seul homme d'entre vous en poursuit mille ; car l'Éternel, votre Dieu, est celui qui combat pour vous, comme il vous l'a dit. |

One man of you chaseth a thousand; for Jehovah your God, he it is that fighteth for you, as he hath said unto you. |
Un varón de vosotros perseguirá a mil;a porque Jehová vuestro Dios es quien pelea por vosotros, como él os dijo.b |

Take good heed therefore unto yourselves, that ye love the Lord your God. |
Or prenez bien garde à vos âmes pour aimer l'Éternel, votre Dieu. |

Take great heed therefore unto your souls, that ye love Jehovah your God. |
Guardad, pues, con diligencia vuestras almas, para que améis a Jehová vuestro Dios. |

Else if ye do in any wise go back, and cleave unto the remnant of these nations, even these that remain among you, and shall make marriages with them, and go in unto them, and they to you: |
Car si vous retournez en arrière, et que vous vous attachiez au reste de ces nations, à celles qui sont demeurées parmi vous, et que vous vous alliiez par mariage avec elles, et que vous entriez parmi elles et elles parmi vous, |

For if ye in any wise go back, and cleave unto the residue of these nations, these that remain among you, and make marriages with them, and come in unto them and they unto you: |
Porque si os apartareis, y os uniereis a lo que resta de estas naciones que han quedado con vosotros, y si concertareis con ellas matrimonios, mezclándoos con ellas, y ellas con vosotros, |

Know for a certainty that the Lord your God will no more drive out any of these nations from before you; but they shall be snares and traps unto you, and scourges in your sides, and thorns in your eyes, until ye perish from off this good land which the Lord your God hath given you. |
sachez certainement que l'Éternel, votre Dieu, ne continuera pas à déposséder ces nations devant vous ; et elles vous seront un filet, et un piège, et un fouet dans vos côtés, et des épines dans vos yeux, jusqu'à ce que vous ayez péri de dessus ce bon paysa que l'Éternel, votre Dieu, vous a donné. |

sabed que Jehová vuestro Dios no arrojará más a estas naciones delante de vosotros, sino que os serán por lazo, por tropiezo, por azote para vuestros costados y por espinas para vuestros ojos, hasta que perezcáis de esta buena tierra que Jehová vuestro Dios os ha dado. |

And, behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth: and ye know in all your hearts and in all your souls, that not one thing hath failed of all the good things which the Lord your God spake concerning you; all are come to pass unto you, and not one thing hath failed thereof. |
Et voici, moi je m'en vais aujourd'hui le chemin de toute la terre, et vous savez de tout votre cœur et de toute votre âme qu'il n'est pas tombé un seul mot de toutes les bonnes paroles que l'Éternel, votre Dieu, a dites à votre sujet : tout vous est arrivé ; il n'en est pas tombé un seul mot. |

And behold, I am going this day the way of all the earth; and ye know in all your heart, and in all your soul, that not one thing hath failed of all the good words that Jehovah your God hath spoken concerning you: all are come to pass unto you--not one thing hath failed thereof. |
Y he aquí que yo estoy para entrar hoy por el camino de toda la tierra; reconoced, pues, con todo vuestro corazón y con toda vuestra alma, que no ha faltado una palabra de todas las buenas palabras que Jehová vuestro Dios había dicho de vosotros; todas os han acontecido, no ha faltado ninguna de ellas. |

Therefore it shall come to pass, that as all good things are come upon you, which the Lord your God promised you; so shall the Lord bring upon you all evil things, until he have destroyed you from off this good land which the Lord your God hath given you. |
Et il arrivera que, comme chaque bonne parole que l'Éternel, votre Dieu, vous a dite, s'est accomplie à votre égardb, ainsi l'Éternel fera venir sur vous chaque mauvaise parole, jusqu'à ce qu'il vous ait détruits de dessus ce bon paysa que l'Éternel, votre Dieu, vous a donné, |

But it shall come to pass, that as every good word hath been fulfilled to you, that Jehovah your God spoke to you, so will Jehovah bring upon you every evil word, until he have destroyed you from off this good land which Jehovah your God hath given you; |
Pero así como ha venido sobre vosotros toda palabra buena que Jehová vuestro Dios os había dicho, también traerá Jehová sobre vosotros toda palabra mala, hasta destruiros de sobre la buena tierra que Jehová vuestro Dios os ha dado, |

When ye have transgressed the covenant of the Lord your God, which he commanded you, and have gone and served other gods, and bowed yourselves to them; then shall the anger of the Lord be kindled against you, and ye shall perish quickly from off the good land which he hath given unto you. |
lorsque vous aurez transgressé l'alliance de l'Éternel, votre Dieu, qu'il vous a commandée, et que vous serez allés et aurez servi d'autres dieux, et que vous vous serez prosternés devant eux, en sorte que la colère de l'Éternel s'embrase contre vous, et que vous périssiez rapidement de dessus le bon pays qu'il vous a donné. |

si traspasareis el pacto de Jehová vuestro Dios que él os ha mandado, yendo y honrando a dioses ajenos, e inclinándoos a ellos. Entonces la ira de Jehová se encenderá contra vosotros, y pereceréis prontamente de esta buena tierra que él os ha dado. |
