1 Now these are the kings of the land, which the children of Israel smote, and possessed their land on the other side Jordan toward the rising of the sun, from the river Arnon unto mount Hermon, and all the plain on the east: ☆ Et ce sont ici les rois du pays, que les fils d'Israël frappèrent et dont ils possédèrent le pays, de l'autre côté du Jourdain, vers le soleil levant, depuis le torrent de l'Arnon jusqu'à la montagne de l'Hermon, et toute la plainea au levant : And these are the kings of the land, whom the children of Israel smote, and of whose land they took possession across the Jordan, toward the sun-rising, from the river Arnon to mount Hermon, and all the plain on the east: Estos son los reyes de la tierra que los hijos de Israel derrotaron y cuya tierra poseyeron al otro lado del Jordán hacia donde nace el sol, desde el arroyo de Arnón hasta el monte Hermón, y todo el Arabá al oriente:
2 Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt in Heshbon, and ruled from Aroer, which is upon the bank of the river Arnon, and from the middle of the river, and from half Gilead, even unto the river Jabbok, which is the border of the children of Ammon; Sihon, roi des Amoréens, qui habitait à Hesbon, dominant depuis Aroër qui est sur le bord du torrent de l'Arnon et depuis le milieu du torrent, sur la moitié de Galaad jusqu'au Jabbok, torrent qui est la frontière des fils d'Ammon ; Sihon the king of the Amorites, who dwelt at Heshbon, and ruled from Aroer, which is upon the bank of the river Arnon, and from the middle of the ravine, and over half Gilead, as far as the river Jabbok, which is the border of the children of Ammon; Sehón rey de los amorreos, que habitaba en Hesbón, y señoreaba desde Aroer, que está a la ribera del arroyo de Arnón, y desde en medio del valle, y la mitad de Galaad, hasta el arroyo de Jaboc, término de los hijos de Amón;
3 And from the plain to the sea of Chinneroth on the east, and unto the sea of the plain, even the salt sea on the east, the way to Beth–jeshimoth; and from the south, under Ashdoth–pisgah: et [sur] la plaine, jusqu'à la mer de Kinnéreth, vers le levant, et jusqu'à la mer de la plaine, la mer Salée, au levant, du côté de Beth-Jeshimoth, et au midi, sous les pentes du Pisga ; and the plain as far as the sea of Chinneroth on the east, and as far as the sea of the plain, the salt sea, on the east, toward Beth-jeshimoth; and on the south, under the slopes of Pisgah; y el Arabá hasta el mar de Cineret, al oriente; y hasta el mar del Arabá, el Mar Salado, al oriente, por el camino de Bet-jesimot, y desde el sur al pie de las laderas del Pisga.
4 And the coast of Og king of Bashan, which was of the remnant of the giants, that dwelt at Ashtaroth and at Edrei, et le territoire d'Og, roi de Basan, du reste des Rephaïmb, qui habitait à Ashtaroth et à Édréhi ; and the territory of Og the king of Bashan, of the residue of the giants, who dwelt at Ashtaroth and at Edrei, Y el territorio de Og rey de Basán, que había quedado de los refaítas, el cual habitaba en Astarot y en Edrei,
5 And reigned in mount Hermon, and in Salcah, and in all Bashan, unto the border of the Geshurites and the Maachathites, and half Gilead, the border of Sihon king of Heshbon. et il dominait sur la montagne de l'Hermon, et sur Salca, et sur tout Basan, jusqu'à la frontière des Gueshuriens et des Maacathiens, et [sur] la moitié de Galaad, [jusqu'à la] frontière de Sihon, roi de Hesbon. and ruled over mount Hermon, and over Salcah, and over all Bashan, as far as the border of the Geshurites and the Maachathites, and over half Gilead as far as the border of Sihon the king of Heshbon. y dominaba en el monte Hermón, en Salca, en todo Basán hasta los límites de Gesur y de Maaca, y la mitad de Galaad, territorio de Sehón rey de Hesbón.a
6 Them did Moses the servant of the Lord and the children of Israel smite: and Moses the servant of the Lord gave it for a possession unto the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh. Moïse, serviteur de l'Éternel, et les fils d'Israël, les frappèrent ; et Moïse, serviteur de l'Éternel, en donna la possession aux Rubénites, et aux Gadites, et à la demi-tribu de Manassé. Moses the servant of Jehovah and the children of Israel smote them, and Moses the servant of Jehovah gave it for a possession to the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to half the tribe of Manasseh. A estos derrotaron Moisés siervo de Jehová y los hijos de Israel; y Moisés siervo de Jehová dio aquella tierra en posesión a los rubenitas, a los gaditas y a la media tribu de Manasés.b
7 And these are the kings of the country which Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side Jordan on the west, from Baal–gad in the valley of Lebanon even unto the mount Halak, that goeth up to Seir; which Joshua gave unto the tribes of Israel for a possession according to their divisions; Et ce sont ici les rois du pays, que Josué et les fils d'Israël frappèrent en deçà du Jourdain, vers l'occident, depuis Baal-Gad, dans la vallée du Liban, jusqu'à la montagne de Halakc qui s'élève vers Séhir ; et Josué en donna la possession aux tribus d'Israël, selon leurs distributions, And these are the kings of the land whom Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side the Jordan on the west, from Baal-Gad in the valley of Lebanon as far as the smooth mountain, which rises toward Seir. 8 In the mountains, and in the valleys, and in the plains, and in the springs, and in the wilderness, and in the south country; the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: dans la montagne, et dans le pays plat, et dans la plaine, et sur les pentes des montagnes, et dans le désert, et dans le midi : le Héthien, l'Amoréen, et le Cananéen, le Phérézien, le Hévien, et le Jébusien : — in the mountain, and in the lowland, and in the plain, and on the hill-slopes, and in the wilderness, and in the south: the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites and the Jebusites: en las montañas, en los valles, en el Arabá, en las laderas, en el desierto y en el Neguev; el heteo, el amorreo, el cananeo, el ferezeo, el heveo y el jebuseo.
