Y huyan de su presencia los que le aborrecen.
2 As smoke is driven away, so drive them away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God. Comme la fumée est dissipée, tu les dissiperas ; comme la cire se fond devant le feu, les méchants périront devant Dieu. 3 But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice. Mais les justes se réjouiront, ils exulteront en la présence de Dieu et s'égayeront avec joie. 9 Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, whereby thou didst confirm thine inheritance, when it was weary. 10 Thy congregation hath dwelt therein: thou, O God, hast prepared of thy goodness for the poor. Ton troupeau a habité là ; dans ta bonté, tu préparas [tes biens] pour l'affligé, ô Dieu ! Thy flock hath dwelt therein: thou hast prepared in thy goodness, for the afflicted, O God! Los que son de tu grey han morado en ella;
Por tu bondad, oh Dios, has provisto al pobre.

13 Though ye have lien among the pots, yet shall ye be as the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold. 15 The hill of God is as the hill of Bashan; an high hill as the hill of Bashan. ✱ Une montagne de Basan est la montagne de Dieu, une montagne à plusieurs sommets, une montagne de Basan. As mount Bashan is the mount of God, a many-peaked mountain, as mount Bashan. Monte de Dios es el monte de Basán;

16 Why leap ye, ye high hills? this is the hill which God desireth to dwell in; yea, the Lord will dwell in it for ever. Pourquoi, montagnes à plusieurs sommets, regardez-vous avec jalousie la montagne que Dieu a désirée pour y habiter ? Oui, l'Éternel y demeurera pour toujours. Al monte que deseó Dios para su morada?
Ciertamente Jehová habitará en él para siempre.
17 The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place. 18 Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the Lord God might dwell among them. 23 That thy foot may be dipped in the blood of thine enemies, and the tongue of thy dogs in the same. Afin que tu trempes ton pied dans le sang de [tes] ennemis, [et] que la langue de tes chiens en ait sa part. That thou mayest dip thy foot in blood: the tongue of thy dogs has its portion from enemies. Porque tu pie se enrojecerá de sangre de tus enemigos,
Y de ella la lengua de tus perros.
24 They have seen thy goings, O God; even the goings of my God, my King, in the sanctuary. ✱ Ils ont vu ta marche, ô Dieu ! la marche de mon ∗Dieu, de mon roi, dans le lieu saint : They have seen thy goings, O God, the goings of my *God, my King, in the sanctuary. Vieron tus caminos, oh Dios;
Los caminos de mi Dios, de mi Rey, en el santuario.
25 The singers went before, the players on instruments followed after; among them were the damsels playing with timbrels. 28 Thy God hath commanded thy strength: strengthen, O God, that which thou hast wrought for us. ✱ Ton Dieu a commandé ta force. Établis en force, ô Dieu, ce que tu as fait pour nous ! 30 Rebuke the company of spearmen, the multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the people, till every one submit himself with pieces of silver: scatter thou the people that delight in war. Tance la bête des roseaux, l'assemblée des forts taureaux, avec les veaux des peuples : [chacun] se prosterne, offrant des lingots d'argent. Rebuke the beast of the reeds, the assembly of the strong, with the calves of the peoples: every one submitteth himself with pieces of silver. Scatter the peoples that delight in war. Reprime la reunión de gentes armadas,
La multitud de toros con los becerros de los pueblos,

31 Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall soon stretch out her hands unto God. Des grands viendront d'Égypte ; Cush s'empressera d'étendre ses mains vers Dieu. Great ones shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall quickly stretch out her hands unto God. Vendrán príncipes de Egipto;
