1 Hold not thy peace, O God of my praise; Ô Dieu de ma louange ! ne te tais point. O God of my praise, be not silent: Oh Dios de mi alabanza, no calles;
2 For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful are opened against me: they have spoken against me with a lying tongue. Car la bouche du méchant et la bouche de la fraude se sont ouvertes contre moi : ils parlent contre moia avec une langue menteuse, For the mouth of the wicked man and the mouth of deceit are opened against me: they have spoken against me with a lying tongue, Porque boca de impío y boca de engañador se han abierto contra mí;
Han hablado de mí con lengua mentirosa;
3 They compassed me about also with words of hatred; and fought against me without a cause. Et ils m'ont entouré de paroles de haine, et ils me font la guerre sans cause. And with words of hatred have they encompassed me; and they fight against me without a cause. Con palabras de odio me han rodeado,
Y pelearon contra mí sin causa.
4 For my love they are my adversaries: but I give myself unto prayer. Pour mon amour, ils ont été mes adversaires ; mais moi [je me suis adonné à la] prière. For my love they are mine adversaries; but I give myself unto prayer. En pago de mi amor me han sido adversarios;
Mas yo oraba.
5 And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love. Et ils m'ont rendu le mal pour le bien, et la haine pour mon amour. And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love. Me devuelven mal por bien,
Y odio por amor.
6 Set thou a wicked man over him: and let Satan stand at his right hand. ✱ Prépose sur lui un méchant, et que l'adversaireb se tienne à sa droite ; Set a wicked man over him, and let the adversary stand at his right hand; Pon sobre él al impío,
Y Satanás esté a su diestra.
7 When he shall be judged, let him be condemned: and let his prayer become sin. Quand il sera jugé, qu'il soit déclaré méchant, et que sa prière lui soit [comptée] comme un péché ; When he shall be judged, let him go out guilty, and let his prayer become sin; Cuando fuere juzgado, salga culpable;
Y su oración sea para pecado.
8 Let his days be few; and let another take his office. Que ses jours soient peu nombreux, qu'un autre prenne sa charge ; Let his days be few, let another take his office; Sean sus días pocos;

9 Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow. Que ses fils soient orphelins, et sa femme veuve ; Let his sons be fatherless, and his wife a widow; Sean sus hijos huérfanos,
Y su mujer viuda.
10 Let his children be continually vagabonds, and beg: let them seek their bread also out of their desolate places. Que ses fils soient vagabonds, et qu'ils mendient, et qu'ils aillent quêtant loin de leurs [demeures en] ruines. Let his sons be vagabonds and beg, and let them seek their bread far from their desolate places; Anden sus hijos vagabundos, y mendiguen;
Y procuren su pan lejos de sus desolados hogares.
11 Let the extortioner catch all that he hath; and let the strangers spoil his labour. Que l'usurier jette le filet sur tout ce qui est à lui, et que les étrangers pillent [le fruit de] son travail ; Let the usurer cast the net over all that he hath, and let strangers despoil his labour; Que el acreedor se apodere de todo lo que tiene,
Y extraños saqueen su trabajo.
12 Let there be none to extend mercy unto him: neither let there be any to favour his fatherless children. Qu'il n'y ait personne qui étende sa bonté sur lui, et qu'il n'y ait personne qui use de grâce envers ses orphelins ; Let there be none to extend kindness unto him, neither let there be any to favour his fatherless children; No tenga quien le haga misericordia,
Ni haya quien tenga compasión de sus huérfanos.
13 Let his posterity be cut off; and in the generation following let their name be blotted out. Que sa postérité soit retranchée ; que, dans la génération qui suivra, leur nom soit effacé ; Let his posterity be cut off; in the generation following let their name be blotted out: Su posteridad sea destruida;
En la segunda generación sea borrado su nombre.
14 Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with the Lord; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out. Que l'iniquité de ses pères revienne en mémoire devant l'Éternel, et que le péché de sa mère ne soit point effacé ; Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with Jehovah, and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out; Venga en memoria ante Jehová la maldad de sus padres,
Y el pecado de su madre no sea borrado.
15 Let them be before the Lord continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth. Qu'ils soient continuellement devant l'Éternel, et qu'il retranche leur mémoire de la terre ; Let them be before Jehovah continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth: Estén siempre delante de Jehová,
Y él corte de la tierra su memoria,
16 Because that he remembered not to shew mercy, but persecuted the poor and needy man, that he might even slay the broken in heart. Parce qu'il ne s'est point souvenu d'user de bonté, et qu'il a persécuté l'affligé et le pauvre, et celui qui a le cœur brisé, pour le faire mourir. Because he remembered not to shew kindness, but persecuted the afflicted and needy man, and the broken in heart, to slay him. Por cuanto no se acordó de hacer misericordia,
Y persiguió al hombre afligido y menesteroso,
Al quebrantado de corazón, para darle muerte.
17 As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him: as he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him. Et il a aimé la malédiction : — qu'elle vienne sur lui ! Et il n'a pas pris plaisir à la bénédiction : — qu'elle soit loin de lui ! And he loved cursing; so let it come unto him. And he delighted not in blessing; and let it be far from him. Amó la maldición, y esta le sobrevino;
Y no quiso la bendición, y ella se alejó de él.
18 As he clothed himself with cursing like as with his garment, so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones. Et qu'il soit revêtu de la malédiction comme de sa robe ; et qu'elle entre au dedans de lui comme de l'eau, et dans ses os comme de l'huile ; And he clothed himself with cursing like his vestment; so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones; Se vistió de maldición como de su vestido,
Y entró como agua en sus entrañas,
Y como aceite en sus huesos.
19 Let it be unto him as the garment which covereth him, and for a girdle wherewith he is girded continually. Qu'elle lui soit comme un vêtement dont il se couvre, et comme une ceinture qui le ceigne continuellement. Let it be unto him as a garment with which he covereth himself, and for a girdle wherewith he is constantly girded. Séale como vestido con que se cubra,
Y en lugar de cinto con que se ciña siempre.
20 Let this be the reward of mine adversaries from the Lord, and of them that speak evil against my soul. Telle soit, de par l'Éternel, la récompense de mes adversaires et de ceux qui parlent en mal contre mon âme. Let this be the reward of mine adversaries from Jehovah, and of them that speak evil against my soul. Sea este el pago de parte de Jehová a los que me calumnian,
Y a los que hablan mal contra mi alma.
21 But do thou for me, O God the Lord, for thy name’s sake: because thy mercy is good, deliver thou me. ✱ Mais toi, Éternel ! Seigneur ! agis pour moi à cause de ton nom ; car ta gratuité est bonne ; délivre-moi ; But do *thou* for me, Jehovah, Lord, for thy name's sake; because thy loving-kindness is good, deliver me: Y tú, Jehová, Señor mío, favoréceme por amor de tu nombre;
Líbrame, porque tu misericordia es buena.
22 For I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded within me. Car je suis affligé et pauvre, et mon cœur est blessé au dedans de moi. For I am afflicted and needy, and my heart is wounded within me. Porque yo estoy afligido y necesitado,
Y mi corazón está herido dentro de mí.
23 I am gone like the shadow when it declineth: I am tossed up and down as the locust. Je m'en vais comme l'ombre quand elle s'allonge ; je suis jeté çà et là comme la sauterelle ; I am gone like a shadow when it lengtheneth; I am tossed about like the locust; Me voy como la sombra cuando declina;
Soy sacudido como langosta.
24 My knees are weak through fasting; and my flesh faileth of fatness. Mes genoux chancellent par le jeûne, et ma chair s'est amaigrie et n'a plus sa graisse. My knees are failing through fasting, and my flesh hath lost its fatness; Mis rodillas están debilitadas a causa del ayuno,
Y mi carne desfallece por falta de gordura.
25 I became also a reproach unto them: when they looked upon me they shaked their heads. Et moi, je leur suis en opprobre ; quand ils me voient, ils hochent la tête. And I am become a reproach unto them; when they look upon me they shake their heads. Yo he sido para ellos objeto de oprobio;
Me miraban, y burlándose meneaban su cabeza.b
26 Help me, O Lord my God: O save me according to thy mercy: Aide-moi, Éternel, mon Dieu ! Sauve-moi selon ta bonté ! Help me, Jehovah my God; save me according to thy loving-kindness: Ayúdame, Jehová Dios mío;
Sálvame conforme a tu misericordia.
27 That they may know that this is thy hand; that thou, Lord, hast done it. Et qu'on sache que c'est ici ta main, — que toi, ô Éternel ! tu l'as fait. That they may know that this is thy hand; that *thou*, Jehovah, hast done it. Y entiendan que esta es tu mano;
Que tú, Jehová, has hecho esto.
28 Let them curse, but bless thou: when they arise, let them be ashamed; but let thy servant rejoice. Qu'eux, ils maudissent ; mais toi, bénis. S'ils s'élèvent, qu'ils soient honteux, et que ton serviteur se réjouisse. Let *them* curse, but bless *thou*; when they rise up, let them be ashamed, and let thy servant rejoice. Maldigan ellos, pero bendice tú;
Levántense, mas sean avergonzados, y regocíjese tu siervo.
29 Let mine adversaries be clothed with shame, and let them cover themselves with their own confusion, as with a mantle. Que mes adversaires soient revêtus de confusion, et qu'ils se couvrent de leur honte comme d'un manteau. Let mine adversaries be clothed with confusion, and let them cover themselves with their shame as with a mantle. Sean vestidos de ignominia los que me calumnian;
Sean cubiertos de confusión como con manto.
30 I will greatly praise the Lord with my mouth; yea, I will praise him among the multitude. ✱ [Alors] de ma bouche je célébrerai hautement l'Éternel, et je le louerai au milieu de la multitude ; I will greatly celebrate Jehovah with my mouth; yea, I will praise him among the multitude. Yo alabaré a Jehová en gran manera con mi boca,
Y en medio de muchos le alabaré.
31 For he shall stand at the right hand of the poor, to save him from those that condemn his soul. Car il s'est tenu à la droite du pauvre, pour le sauver de ceux qui jugeaient son âme. For he standeth at the right hand of the needy, to save him from those that judge his soul. Porque él se pondrá a la diestra del pobre,
Para librar su alma de los que le juzgan.
