2 How long will ye vex my soul, and break me in pieces with words? Jusques à quand affligerez-vous mon âme, et m'accablerez-vous de paroles ? How long will ye vex my soul, and crush me with words? ¿Hasta cuándo angustiaréis mi alma,
Y me moleréis con palabras?
3 These ten times have ye reproached me: ye are not ashamed that ye make yourselves strange to me. Voilà dix fois que vous m'avez outragé, vous n'avez pas honte de m'étourdira. These ten times have ye reproached me; ye are not ashamed to stupefy me. Ya me habéis vituperado diez veces;
¿No os avergonzáis de injuriarme?
4 And be it indeed that I have erred, mine error remaineth with myself. Mais si vraiment j'ai erré, mon erreur demeure avec moi. And be it that I have erred, mine error remaineth with myself. Aun siendo verdad que yo haya errado,
Sobre mí recaería mi error.
5 If indeed ye will magnify yourselves against me, and plead against me my reproach: Si réellement vous voulez vous élever contre moi et faire valoir mon opprobre contre moi, If indeed ye will magnify yourselves against me, and prove against me my reproach, Pero si vosotros os engrandecéis contra mí,
Y contra mí alegáis mi oprobio,
6 Know now that God hath overthrown me, and hath compassed me with his net. Sachez donc que c'est †Dieu qui me renverseb et qui m'entoure de son filet. Know now that +God hath overthrown me, and hath surrounded me with his net. Sabed ahora que Dios me ha derribado,
Y me ha envuelto en su red.
7 Behold, I cry out of wrong, but I am not heard: I cry aloud, but there is no judgment. Voici, je crie à la violence, et je ne suis pas exaucé ; je pousse des cris, et il n'y a pas de jugement. Daré voces, y no habrá juicio.
8 He hath fenced up my way that I cannot pass, and he hath set darkness in my paths. Il a fermé mon chemin et je ne puis passer, et il a mis des ténèbres sur mes sentiers ; He hath hedged up my way that I cannot pass, and he hath set darkness in my paths. Cercó de vallado mi camino, y no pasaré;
Y sobre mis veredas puso tinieblas.
9 He hath stripped me of my glory, and taken the crown from my head. Il m'a dépouillé de ma gloire et a ôté la couronne de dessus ma tête ; He hath stripped me of my glory, and taken the crown from my head. Me ha despojado de mi gloria,
Y quitado la corona de mi cabeza.
10 He hath destroyed me on every side, and I am gone: and mine hope hath he removed like a tree. Il m'a détruit de tous côtés, et je m'en vais ; il a arraché mon espérance comme un arbre. He breaketh me down on every side, and I am gone; and my hope hath he torn up as a tree. Me arruinó por todos lados, y perezco;
Y ha hecho pasar mi esperanza como árbol arrancado.
11 He hath also kindled his wrath against me, and he counteth me unto him as one of his enemies. Il a allumé contre moi sa colère, et il m'a tenu pour l'un de ses ennemis. And he hath kindled his anger against me, and hath counted me unto him as one of his enemies. Hizo arder contra mí su furor,
Y me contó para sí entre sus enemigos.
12 His troops come together, and raise up their way against me, and encamp round about my tabernacle. Ses troupes sont venues ensemble, et elles ont dressé en chaussée leur chemin contre moi et se sont campées autour de ma tente. His troops have come together and cast up their way against me, and have encamped round about my tent. Vinieron sus ejércitos a una, y se atrincheraron en mí,

13 He hath put my brethren far from me, and mine acquaintance are verily estranged from me. Hizo alejar de mí a mis hermanos,

14 My kinsfolk have failed, and my familiar friends have forgotten me. Mes proches m'ont délaissé, et ceux que je connaissais m'ont oublié. My kinsfolk have failed, and my known friends have forgotten me. Mis parientes se detuvieron,

15 They that dwell in mine house, and my maids, count me for a stranger: I am an alien in their sight. Ceux qui séjournent dans ma maison et mes servantes me tiennent pour un étranger ; je suis à leurs yeux comme un homme du dehors. 16 I called my servant, and he gave me no answer; I intreated him with my mouth. J'ai appelé mon serviteur, et il n'a pas répondu ; de ma bouche je l'ai supplié. I called my servant, and he answered not; I entreated him with my mouth. Llamé a mi siervo, y no respondió;
De mi propia boca le suplicaba.
17 My breath is strange to my wife, though I intreated for the children’s sake of mine own body. Mon haleine est étrangèrec à ma femme, et ma supplicationd, aux fils du sein de ma mèree. My breath is strange to my wife, and my entreaties to the children of my mother's womb. Mi aliento vino a ser extraño a mi mujer,
Aunque por los hijos de mis entrañas le rogaba.
18 Yea, young children despised me; I arose, and they spake against me. Même les petits enfants me méprisent ; je me lève, et ils parlent contre moi. Even young children despise me; I rise up, and they speak against me. Aun los muchachos me menospreciaron;
Al levantarme, hablaban contra mí.
19 All my inward friends abhorred me: and they whom I loved are turned against me. Tous les hommes de mon intimité m'ont en horreur, et ceux que j'aimais se sont tournés contre moi. All my intimate friends abhor me, and they whom I loved are turned against me. Todos mis íntimos amigos me aborrecieron,
Y los que yo amaba se volvieron contra mí.
20 My bone cleaveth to my skin and to my flesh, and I am escaped with the skin of my teeth. Mes os s'attachent à ma peau et à ma chair, et j'ai échappé avec la peau de mes dents ! My bones cleave to my skin and to my flesh, and I am escaped with the skin of my teeth. Mi piel y mi carne se pegaron a mis huesos,
Y he escapado con solo la piel de mis dientes.
21 Have pity upon me, have pity upon me, O ye my friends; for the hand of God hath touched me. ✱ Ayez pitié de moi, ayez pitié de moi, vous mes amis ! car la main de †Dieu m'a atteint. Porque la mano de Dios me ha tocado.
22 Why do ye persecute me as God, and are not satisfied with my flesh? Pourquoi, comme ∗Dieu, me poursuivez-vous et n'êtes-vous pas rassasiés de ma chair ? Why do ye persecute me as *God, and are not satisfied with my flesh? ¿Por qué me perseguís como Dios,
Y ni aun de mi carne os saciáis?
23 Oh that my words were now written! oh that they were printed in a book! Oh ! si seulement mes paroles étaient écrites ! si seulement elles étaient inscrites dans un livre, Oh would that my words were written! oh that they were inscribed in a book! ¡Quién diese ahora que mis palabras fuesen escritas!
¡Quién diese que se escribiesen en un libro;
24 That they were graven with an iron pen and lead in the rock for ever! Avec un style de fer et du plomb, et gravées dans le roc pour toujours ! That with an iron style and lead they were graven in the rock for ever! Que con cincel de hierro y con plomo
Fuesen esculpidas en piedra para siempre!
25 For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth: Et moi, je sais que mon rédempteur est vivant, et que, le dernierf, il sera debout sur la terre ; And as for me, I know that my Redeemer liveth, and the Last, he shall stand upon the earth; Yo sé que mi Redentor vive,
Y al fin se levantará sobre el polvo;
26 And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God: Et après ma peau, ceci sera détruit, et de ma chair je verrai †Dieu, And if after my skin this shall be destroyed, yet from out of my flesh shall I see +God; Y después de deshecha esta mi piel,
En mi carne he de ver a Dios;
27 Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another; though my reins be consumed within me. Que je verrai, moi, pour moi-même ; et mes yeux [le] verront, et non un autre : — mes reins se consument dans mon sein. Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another: --my reins are consumed within me. Al cual veré por mí mismo,
Y mis ojos lo verán, y no otro,
Aunque mi corazón desfallece dentro de mí.
28 But ye should say, Why persecute we him, seeing the root of the matter is found in me? Si vous dites : Comment le poursuivrons-nous ? et que la racine de la chose se trouve en moi, If ye say, How shall we persecute him? when the root of the matter is found in me, Mas debierais decir: ¿Por qué le perseguimos?
Ya que la raíz del asunto se halla en mí.
29 Be ye afraid of the sword: for wrath bringeth the punishments of the sword, that ye may know there is a judgment. Tremblez pour vous-mêmes devant l'épée ! car l'épée est l'instrument de la fureur contre les iniquités ; afin que vous sachiez qu'il y a un jugement ! Be ye yourselves afraid of the sword! for the sword is fury against misdeeds, that ye may know there is a judgment. Temed vosotros delante de la espada;
Porque sobreviene el furor de la espada a causa de las injusticias,
Para que sepáis que hay un juicio.
