The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven. |

He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red. |

But he answering said to them, When evening is come, ye say, Fine weather, for the sky is red; |

And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times? |
et le matin : Il y aura aujourd'hui de l'orage, car le ciel est rouge et sombre. Vous savez discerner l'apparence du ciel ; et ne pouvez-vous pas [discerner] les signes des temps ? |
Por la mañana: Hoy habrá tempestad; porque el cielo está rojizo sombrío. ¡Hipócritas! Sabéis discernir el aspecto del cielo; pero no podéis discernir las señales de los tiempos. |
and in the morning, A storm to-day, for the sky is red and lowering; ye know how to discern the face of the sky, but ye cannot the signs of the times. |
Y por la mañana: Hoy habrá tempestad; porque tiene arreboles el cielo nublado. ¡Hipócritas! Sabéis distinguir el aspecto del cielo, ¡mas las señales de los tiempos no podéis! |

A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed. |
Une génération méchante et adultère recherche un signe ; et il ne lui sera pas donné de signe, si ce n'est le signe de Jonasa. Et les laissant, il s'en alla. |

Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees. |

And they reasoned among themselves, saying, It is because we have taken no bread. |

Which when Jesus perceived, he said unto them, O ye of little faith, why reason ye among yourselves, because ye have brought no bread? |

Do ye not yet understand, neither remember the five loaves of the five thousand, and how many baskets ye took up? |

How is it that ye do not understand that I spake it not to you concerning bread, that ye should beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees? |
Comment n'entendez-vous pas que ce n'était pas touchant du pain que je vous disais : Soyez en garde contre le levain des pharisiens et des sadducéens ? |

Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees. |
Alors ils comprirent que ce n'était pas contre le levain du pain qu'il leur avait dit d'être en garde, mais contre la doctrine des pharisiens et des sadducéens. |

Then they comprehended that he did not speak of being beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and Sadducees. |

When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? |
Or, lorsque Jésus fut venu aux quartiers de Césarée de Philippe, il interrogea ses disciples, disant : Qui disent les hommes que je suis, moi, le fils de l'homme ? |

But when Jesus was come into the parts of Caesarea-Philippi, he demanded of his disciples, saying, Who do men say that I the Son of man am? |

And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. |

And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar–jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. |

And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. |
Et moi aussi, je te dis que tu es Pierrec ; et sur ce roc je bâtirai mon assemblée, et [les] portes du hadès ne prévaudront pas contre elle. |
Yo también te digo a ti, que tú eres Pedro, y sobre esta Roca edificaré mi Iglesia; y las puertas del hades no prevalecerán contra ella. |

And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. |
Et je te donnerai les clefs du royaume des cieux ; et tout ce que tu lieras sur la terre sera lié dans les cieux ; et tout ce que tu délieras sur la terre sera délié dans les cieux. |
Te daré las llaves del reino de los cielos; y lo que ates en la tierra, será atado en el cielo; y lo que desates en la tierra, será desatado en el cielo. |
And I will give to thee the keys of the kingdom of the heavens; and whatsoever thou mayest bind upon the earth shall be bound in the heavens; and whatsoever thou mayest loose on the earth shall be loosed in the heavens. |
Y a ti te daré las llaves del reino de los cielos; y todo lo que atares en la tierra será atado en los cielos; y todo lo que desatares en la tierra será desatado en los cielos.k |

Then charged he his disciples that they should tell no man that he was Jesus the Christ. |
Alors il enjoignit aux disciples de ne dire à personne qu'il fût le Christ. |

Then he enjoined on his disciples that they should say to no man that he was the Christ. |

From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day. |
Dès lors Jésus commença à montrer à ses disciples qu'il fallait qu'il allât à Jérusalem, et qu'il souffrît beaucoup de la part des anciens et des principaux sacrificateurs et des scribes, et qu'il fût mis à mort, et qu'il fût ressuscité le troisième jour. |
Desde entonces comenzó Jesús a declarar a sus discípulos que él debía ir a Jerusalén, y padecer muchas cosas de los ancianos, y de los [jefes de los] sacerdotes, y de los escribas y ser matado, y al tercer día resucitar. |
From that time Jesus began to shew to his disciples that he must go away to Jerusalem, and suffer many things from the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and the third day be raised. |
Desde entonces comenzó Jesús a declarar a sus discípulos que le era necesario ir a Jerusalén y padecer mucho de los ancianos, de los principales sacerdotes y de los escribas; y ser muerto, y resucitar al tercer día. |

Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee. |
Et Pierre, le prenant à part, se mit à le reprendre, disant : Seigneur, Dieu t'en préserved, cela ne t'arrivera point ! |
Pedro, tomándole aparte, comenzó a reprenderlo, diciendo: ¡Ten compasión de ti, Señor! De ningún modo esto te sucederá. |
And Peter taking him to him began to rebuke him, saying, God be favourable to thee, Lord; this shall in no wise be unto thee. |
Entonces Pedro, tomándolo aparte, comenzó a reconvenirle, diciendo: Señor, ten compasión de ti; en ninguna manera esto te acontezca. |

But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men. |
Mais lui, se retournant, dit à Pierre : Va arrière de moi, Satan, tu m'es en scandale ; car tes pensées ne sont pas aux choses de Dieu, mais à celles des hommes. |
Pero él se volvió y dijo a Pedro: ¡Apártate de mi vista, Satanás! ¡Me eres tropiezo!; porque no piensas en lo que es de Dios, sino en lo que es de los hombres. |
But turning round, he said to Peter, Get away behind me, Satan; thou art an offence to me, for thy mind is not on the things that are of God, but on the things that are of men. |
Pero él, volviéndose, dijo a Pedro: ¡Quítate de delante de mí, Satanás!; me eres tropiezo, porque no pones la mira en las cosas de Dios, sino en las de los hombres. |

Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. |
Alors Jésus dit à ses disciples : Si quelqu'un veut venir après moi, qu'il se renonce soi-même, et qu'il prenne sa croix, et me suive : |
Entonces dijo Jesús a sus discípulos: Si alguno quiere venir en pos de mí, que se niegue a sí mismo, que tome su cruz y me siga. |
Then Jesus said to his disciples, If any one desires to come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. |

For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. |
car quiconque voudra sauver sa viee la perdra ; et quiconque perdra sa viee pour l'amour de moi, la trouvera. |
Pues el que quiera salvar su vida, la perderá; y el que pierda su vida por mi causa, la hallará. |
For whosoever shall desire to save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake shall find it. |
Porque todo el que quiera salvar su vida, la perderá; y todo el que pierda su vida por causa de mí, la hallará.m |

For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? |
Car que profitera-t-il à un homme s'il gagne le monde entier, et qu'il fasse la perte de son âmee ; ou que donnera un homme en échange de son âmee ? |
Porque ¿qué aprovechará a un hombre si gana todo el mundo, pero pierde su alma? ¿O qué rescate dará un hombre por su alma? |
For what does a man profit, if he should gain the whole world and suffer the loss of his soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? |

For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works. |
Car le fils de l'homme viendra dans la gloire de son Père, avec ses anges, et alors il rendra à chacun selon sa conduite. |
Porque el Hijo del hombre va a venir en la gloria de su Padre con sus ángeles; y entonces dará a cada uno conforme a sus hechos. |
For the Son of man is about to come in the glory of his Father with his angels, and then he will render to each according to his doings. |

Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom. |
En vérité, je vous dis : Il y en a quelques-uns de ceux qui sont ici présents, qui ne goûteront point la mort jusqu'à ce qu'ils aient vu le fils de l'homme venant dans son royaume. |
En verdad os digo: Hay algunos de los que están aquí, que de ninguna manera probarán la muerte, hasta que hayan visto al Hijo del hombre viniendo en su reino. |
Verily I say unto you, There are some of those standing here that shall not taste of death at all until they shall have seen the Son of man coming in his kingdom. |
De cierto os digo que hay algunos de los que están aquí, que no gustarán la muerte, hasta que hayan visto al Hijo del Hombre viniendo en su reino. |
