| 42 | And as he was yet a coming, the devil threw him down, and tare him. Car celui qui est le plus petit parmi vous tous, c'est celui-là qui est grand. |

| 55 | But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of. | Et, se tournant, il les censura fortement [et dit : Vous ne savez de quel esprit vous êtes animés] ! |

| 62 | And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God. | Et Jésus lui dit : Nul qui a mis la main à la charrue et qui regarde en arrière, n'est propre pour le royaume de Dieu. |
