After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come. |

And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. |

In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight. |
— En cette même heure, Jésus se réjouit en esprit et dit : Je te loue, ô Père, Seigneur du ciel et de la terre, parce que tu as caché ces choses aux sages et aux intelligents, et que tu les as révélées aux petits enfants. Oui, Père, car c'est ce que tu as trouvé bon devant toi. |

All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him. |

And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? |

Et Jésus, répondant, dit : Un homme descendit de Jérusalem à Jéricho, et tomba entre [les mains des] voleurs, qui aussi, l'ayant dépouillé et l'ayant couvert de blessures, s'en allèrent, le laissant à demi mort. |

And Jesus replying said, A certain man descended from Jerusalem to Jericho and fell into the hands of robbers, who also, having stripped him and inflicted wounds, went away leaving him in a half-dead state. |

And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. |

And a certain priest happened to go down that way, and seeing him, passed on on the opposite side; |

And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side. |

and in like manner also a Levite, being at the spot, came and looked at him and passed on on the opposite side. |

But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him, |

Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house. |

Now Martha was distracted with much serving, and coming up she said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Speak to her therefore that she may help me. |
Pero Marta se preocupaba con muchos quehaceres, y acercándose, dijo: Señor, ¿no te da cuidado que mi hermana me deje servir sola? Dile, pues, que me ayude. |

And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: |
Et Jésus, lui répondant, dit : Marthe, Marthe, tu es en souci et tu te tourmentes de beaucoup de choses, |
El Señor le respondió: ¡Marta, Marta!, estás ansiosa e inquieta por muchas cosas; |
But Jesus answering said to her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things; |
Respondiendo Jesús, le dijo: Marta, Marta, afanada y turbada estás con muchas cosas. |

But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. |
