8	Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.	Produisez donc des fruits qui conviennent à la repentance ; et ne vous mettez pas à dire en vous-mêmes : Nous avons Abraham pour père ; car je vous dis que Dieu peut, de ces pierres, susciter des enfants à Abraham.	Producid frutos dignos de arrepentimiento y no comencéis a decir entre vosotros: A Abraham tenemos por padre; porque os digo, que puede Dios levantar hijos a Abraham de estas piedras.	Produce therefore fruits worthy of repentance; and begin not to say in yourselves, We have Abraham for our father, for I say unto you that God is able of these stones to raise up children to Abraham. 9	And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: every tree therefore which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.	Et déjà même la cognée est mise à la racine des arbres ; tout arbre donc qui ne produit pas de bon fruit, est coupé et jeté au feu.	Ya está puesta el hacha en la raíz de los árboles y todo árbol que no dé buen fruto será cortado y echado al fuego.	And already also the axe is applied to the root of the trees; every tree therefore not producing good fruit is cut down and cast into the fire. 10	And the people asked him, saying, What shall we do then?	Et les foules l'interrogèrent, disant : Que faut-il donc que nous fassions ?	Le preguntaban las multitudes: ¿Qué debemos hacer?	And the crowds asked him saying, What should we do then?	Y la gente le preguntaba, diciendo: Entonces, ¿qué haremos?
11	He answereth and saith unto them, He that hath two coats, let him impart to him that hath none; and he that hath meat, let him do likewise.	Et répondant, il leur dit : Que celui qui a deux tuniques en donne à celui qui n'en a point, et que celui qui a des vivres fasse de même.	Él les respondió: El que tenga dos túnicas, que comparta con el que no tiene; y el que tenga alimentos, que haga lo mismo.	And he answering says to them, He that has two body-coats, let him give to him that has none; and he that has food, let him do likewise.	Y respondiendo, les dijo: El que tiene dos túnicas, dé al que no tiene; y el que tiene qué comer, haga lo mismo.
12	Then came also publicans to be baptized, and said unto him, Master, what shall we do?	Et des publicains vinrent aussi pour être baptisés ; et ils lui dirent : Maîtreb, que faut-il que nous fassions ?	Vinieron también unos cobradores de impuestos para ser bautizados y le dijeron: Maestro, ¿qué haremos?	And tax-gatherers came also to be baptised, and they said to him, Teacher, what should we do?	Vinieron también unos publicanos para ser bautizados,e y le dijeron: Maestro, ¿qué haremos?
13	And he said unto them, Exact no more than that which is appointed you.	Et il leur dit : Ne percevez rien au delà de ce qui vous est ordonné.	Y les contestó: No exijáis más de lo que os está ordenado.	And he said to them, Take no more money than what is appointed to you.	Él les dijo: No exijáis más de lo que os está ordenado.
14	And the soldiers likewise demanded of him, saying, And what shall we do? And he said unto them, Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely; and be content with your wages.	Et des gens de guerre l'interrogèrent aussi, disant : Et nous, que faut-il que nous fassions ? Et il leur dit : Ne commettez pas d'extorsions, ni n'accusez faussement personne, et contentez-vous de vos gages.	Le preguntaron también unos soldados: Y ¿qué haremos también nosotros? Les contestó: No cometáis extorsión ni acuséis falsamente a nadie; y conformaos con vuestros sueldos.	And persons engaged in military service also asked him saying, And we, what should we do? And he said to them, Oppress no one, nor accuse falsely, and be satisfied with your pay.	También le preguntaron unos soldados, diciendo: Y nosotros, ¿qué haremos? Y les dijo: No hagáis extorsión a nadie, ni calumniéis; y contentaos con vuestro salario.
15	And as the people were in expectation, and all men mused in their hearts of John, whether he were the Christ, or not;	— Et comme le peuple était dans l'attente, et que tous raisonnaient dans leurs cœurs à l'égard de Jean si lui ne serait point le Christ,	Estando el pueblo en expectativa, preguntándose todos en sus corazones acerca de Juan, si acaso él sería el Cristo,	But as the people were in expectation, and all were reasoning in their hearts concerning John whether he might be the Christ,	Como el pueblo estaba en expectativa, preguntándose todos en sus corazones si acaso Juan sería el Cristo,
16	John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:	Jean répondait à tous, disant : Moi, je vous baptise avec de l'eau ; mais il vient, celui qui est plus puissant que moi, duquel je ne suis pas digne de délier la courroie des sandales : lui vous baptisera dec l'Esprit Saint et de feu.	Juan les respondió a todos: Yo, en verdad, os bautizo con agua; pero viene el que es más poderoso que yo, de quien no soy digno de desatar la correa de sus sandalias; él os bautizará con Espíritu Santo y fuego;	John answered all, saying, I indeed baptise you with water, but the mightier than I is coming, the thong of whose sandals I am not fit to unloose; he shall baptise you with the Holy Spirit and fire;	respondió Juan, diciendo a todos: Yo a la verdad os bautizo en agua; pero viene uno más poderoso que yo, de quien no soy digno de desatar la correa de su calzado; él os bautizará en Espíritu Santo y fuego.
17	Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and will gather the wheat into his garner; but the chaff he will burn with fire unquenchable.	Il a son van dans sa main, et il nettoiera entièrement son aire et assemblera le froment dans son grenier, mais il brûlera la balle au feu inextinguible.	su aventador está en su mano para limpiar con esmero su era y recoger el trigo en su granero; pero consumirá la paja en el fuego inextinguible.	whose winnowing-fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his threshing-floor, and will gather the wheat into his garner, but the chaff he will burn with fire unquenchable. 18	And many other things in his exhortation preached he unto the people.	Et faisant aussi plusieurs autres exhortations, il évangélisait donc le peuple ;	Con muchas y variadas exhortaciones evangelizaba al pueblo.	Exhorting then many other things also he announced his glad tidings to the people.	Con estas y otras muchas exhortaciones anunciaba las buenas nuevas al pueblo.
19	But Herod the tetrarch, being reproved by him for Herodias his brother Philip’s wife, and for all the evils which Herod had done,	mais Hérode le tétrarque, étant repris par lui au sujet d'Hérodias, la femme de son frère, et à cause de toutes les choses méchantes qu'Hérode avait faites,	Pero Herodes el tetrarca, siendo reprendido por él a causa de Herodías, mujer de su hermano, y por todas las maldades que había cometido,	But Herod the tetrarch, being reproved by him as to Herodias, the wife of his brother, and as to all the wicked things which Herod had done,	Entonces Herodes el tetrarca, siendo reprendido por Juan a causa de Herodías, mujer de Felipe su hermano, y de todas las maldades que Herodes había hecho,
