At that time Merodach–baladan, the son of Baladan, king of Babylon, sent letters and a present to Hezekiah: for he had heard that he had been sick, and was recovered. |
☆ En ce temps-là, Merodac-Baladan, fils de Baladan, roi de Babylone, envoya une lettre et un présent à Ézéchias ; or il avait appris qu'il avait été malade, et qu'il était rétabli. |

At that time Merodach-Baladan, the son of Baladan, king of Babylon, sent a letter and a present to Hezekiah; for he had heard that he had been sick and had recovered. |
En aquel tiempo Merodac-baladán hijo de Baladán, rey de Babilonia, envió cartas y presentes a Ezequías; porque supo que había estado enfermo, y que había convalecido. |

And Hezekiah was glad of them, and shewed them the house of his precious things, the silver, and the gold, and the spices, and the precious ointment, and all the house of his armour, and all that was found in his treasures: there was nothing in his house, nor in all his dominion, that Hezekiah shewed them not. |
Et Ézéchias se réjouit [de leur venue], et leur montra la maison [où étaient renfermés] ses objets précieux, l'argent et l'or, et les aromates et l'huile fine, et tout son arsenal, et tout ce qui se trouvait dans ses trésors ; il n'y eut rien qu'Ézéchias ne leur montrât dans sa maison et dans tous ses domaines. |

And Hezekiah was glad of them, and shewed them the house of his precious things, the silver and the gold, and the spices and the fine oil, and all the house of his armour, and all that was found amongst his treasures: there was nothing in his house, nor in all his dominion, that Hezekiah did not shew them. |
Y se regocijó con ellos Ezequías, y les mostró la casa de su tesoro, plata y oro, especias, ungüentos preciosos, toda su casa de armas, y todo lo que se hallaba en sus tesoros; no hubo cosa en su casa y en todos sus dominios, que Ezequías no les mostrase. |

Then came Isaiah the prophet unto king Hezekiah, and said unto him, What said these men? and from whence came they unto thee? And Hezekiah said, They are come from a far country unto me, even from Babylon. |
Et Ésaïe le prophète vint vers le roi Ézéchias, et lui dit : Qu'ont dit ces hommes, et d'où sont-ils venus vers toi ? Et Ézéchias dit : Ils sont venus vers moi d'un pays éloigné, de Babylone. |

Then came the prophet Isaiah to king Hezekiah, and said to him, What said these men? and from whence came they to thee? And Hezekiah said, They came from a far country to me, from Babylon. |
Entonces el profeta Isaías vino al rey Ezequías, y le dijo: ¿Qué dicen estos hombres, y de dónde han venido a ti? Y Ezequías respondió: De tierra muy lejana han venido a mí, de Babilonia. |

Then said he, What have they seen in thine house? And Hezekiah answered, All that is in mine house have they seen: there is nothing among my treasures that I have not shewed them. |
Et [Ésaïe] dit : Qu'ont-ils vu dans ta maison ? Et Ézéchias dit : Ils ont vu tout ce qui est dans ma maison ; il n'y a rien dans mes trésors que je ne leur aie montré. |

And he said, What have they seen in thy house? And Hezekiah said, All that is in my house have they seen: there is nothing among my treasures that I have not shewn them. |
Dijo entonces: ¿Qué han visto en tu casa? Y dijo Ezequías: Todo lo que hay en mi casa han visto, y ninguna cosa hay en mis tesoros que no les haya mostrado. |

Then said Isaiah to Hezekiah, Hear the word of the Lord of hosts: |

Entonces dijo Isaías a Ezequías: Oye palabra de Jehová de los ejércitos: |

Behold, the days come, that all that is in thine house, and that which thy fathers have laid up in store until this day, shall be carried to Babylon: nothing shall be left, saith the Lord. |
Voici, des jours viennent où tout ce qui est dans ta maison, et ce que tes pères ont amassé jusqu'à ce jour, sera porté à Babylone ; il n'en restera rien, dit l'Éternel. |

Behold, days come when all that is in thy house, and that which thy fathers have laid up until this day, shall be carried to Babylon: nothing shall be left, saith Jehovah. |
He aquí vienen días en que será llevado a Babilonia todo lo que hay en tu casa, y lo que tus padres han atesorado hasta hoy; ninguna cosa quedará, dice Jehová. |

And of thy sons that shall issue from thee, which thou shalt beget, shall they take away; and they shall be eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon. |
Et on prendra de tes fils, qui sortiront de toi, que tu auras engendrés, et ils seront eunuques dans le palais du roi de Babylone. |

De tus hijos que saldrán de ti, y que habrás engendrado, tomarán, y serán eunucos en el palacio del rey de Babilonia.a |

Then said Hezekiah to Isaiah, Good is the word of the Lord which thou hast spoken. He said moreover, For there shall be peace and truth in my days. |
Et Ézéchias dit à Ésaïe : La parole de l'Éternel, que tu as prononcée, est bonne. Puis il dit : Car il y aura paix et stabilitéa pendant mes jours. |

And Hezekiah said to Isaiah, Good is the word of Jehovah which thou hast spoken. And he said, For there shall be peace and truth in my days. |
Y dijo Ezequías a Isaías: La palabra de Jehová que has hablado es buena. Y añadió: A lo menos, haya paz y seguridad en mis días. |
