Come near, ye nations, to hear; and hearken, ye people: let the earth hear, and all that is therein; the world, and all things that come forth of it. |

For the indignation of the Lord is upon all nations, and his fury upon all their armies: he hath utterly destroyed them, he hath delivered them to the slaughter. |
Car la colère de l'Éternel est sur toutes les nations, et sa fureur sur toutes leurs armées. Il les a vouées à la destruction ; il les a livrées au carnage ; |

For the wrath of Jehovah is against all the nations, and his fury against all their armies: he hath devoted them to destruction, he hath delivered them to the slaughter. |
Porque Jehová está airado contra todas las naciones, e indignado contra todo el ejército de ellas; las destruirá y las entregará al matadero. |

Their slain also shall be cast out, and their stink shall come up out of their carcases, and the mountains shall be melted with their blood. |
et leurs tués seront jetés loin, et la puanteur de leurs cadavres s'élèvera ; et les montagnes seront dissoutes par leur sang. |

And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree. |
Et toute l'armée des cieux s'est fondue, et les cieux sont enroulés comme un livre, et toute leur armée est tombée comme une feuille tombe de la vigne, et comme ce qui tombe du figuier. |

And all the host of the heavens shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll; and all their host shall fade away, as a leaf fadeth from off the vine, and as the withered fruit from the fig-tree. |
Y todo el ejército de los cielos se disolverá, y se enrollarán los cielos como un libro; y caerá todo su ejército, como se cae la hoja de la parra, y como se cae la de la higuera.a |

For my sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Idumea, and upon the people of my curse, to judgment. |
Car mon épée sera enivrée dans les cieux : voici, elle descendra sur Édom et sur le peuple que j'ai voué à la destruction, pour le jugement. |

The sword of the Lord is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, and with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams: for the Lord hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Idumea. |
L'épée de l'Éternel est pleine de sang ; elle est engraissée de graisse, du sang des agneaux et des boucs, de la graisse des rognons des béliers ; car l'Éternel a un sacrifice à Botsra, et une grande tuerie dans le pays d'Édom. |

And the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness. |
Et les buffles descendront avec eux, et les jeunes bœufs avec les taureaux ; et leur pays sera trempé de sang, et leur poussière sera engraissée de graisse. |

For it is the day of the Lord’s vengeance, and the year of recompences for the controversy of Zion. |
Car c'est le jour de la vengeance de l'Éternel, l'année des récompenses pour la cause de Sion. |

And the streams thereof shall be turned into pitch, and the dust thereof into brimstone, and the land thereof shall become burning pitch. |
Et les rivières d'Édomc seront changées en poix, et sa poussière en soufre, et son pays deviendra une poix brûlante ; |

Y sus arroyos se convertirán en brea, y su polvo en azufre, y su tierra en brea ardiente. |

It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke thereof shall go up for ever: from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it for ever and ever. |
ni jour ni nuit elle ne sera éteinte, sa fumée montera à toujours ; — de génération en génération il sera désert ; à tout jamais personne n'y passera ; |

But the cormorant and the bittern shall possess it; the owl also and the raven shall dwell in it: and he shall stretch out upon it the line of confusion, and the stones of emptiness. |
le pélican et le butor l'hériteront, et le hibou et le corbeau y habiteront. Et il étendra sur lui le cordeau de la désolation et les plombsd du vide. |

And the pelican and the bittern shall possess it, and the great owl and the raven shall dwell in it. And he shall stretch out upon it the line of waste, and the plummets of emptiness. |
Se adueñarán de ella el pelícano y el erizo, la lechuza y el cuervo morarán en ella; y se extenderá sobre ella cordel de destrucción, y niveles de asolamiento. |

They shall call the nobles thereof to the kingdom, but none shall be there, and all her princes shall be nothing. |
Ses nobles pour proclamer le royaume,… il n'y en a pas ! Tous ses princes sont devenus néant. |

Of her nobles who should proclaim the kingdom, none are there; and all her princes shall be nought. |
Llamarán a sus príncipes, príncipes sin reino; y todos sus grandes serán nada. |

And thorns shall come up in her palaces, nettles and brambles in the fortresses thereof: and it shall be an habitation of dragons, and a court for owls. |
Des épines croîtront dans ses palais, des orties et des roncese dans ses forteresses ; et il sera le repaire des chiens sauvages, le parc des autruches. |

En sus alcázares crecerán espinos, y ortigas y cardos en sus fortalezas; y serán morada de chacales, y patio para los pollos de los avestruces. |

The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest. |
Les bêtes du désert s'y rencontreront avec les chacals, et le bouc sauvage y criera à son compagnon. Là aussi la lilithf se reposera et trouvera sa tranquille habitation. |

And there shall the beasts of the desert meet with the jackals, and the wild goat shall cry to his fellow; the lilith also shall settle there, and find for herself a place of rest. |
Las fieras del desierto se encontrarán con las hienas, y la cabra salvaje gritará a su compañero; la lechuza también tendrá allí morada, y hallará para sí reposo. |

There shall the great owl make her nest, and lay, and hatch, and gather under her shadow: there shall the vultures also be gathered, every one with her mate. |
Là le serpent-dard fera son nid, et pondra, et fera éclore et rassemblera [ses petits] sous son ombre ; là aussi se rassembleront les vautours l'un avec l'autre. |

There shall the arrow-snake make her nest, and lay, and hatch, and gather under her shadow; there also shall the vultures be gathered one with another. |
Allí anidará el búho, pondrá sus huevos, y sacará sus pollos, y los juntará debajo de sus alas; también se juntarán allí buitres, cada uno con su compañera. |

Seek ye out of the book of the Lord, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them. |
Cherchez dans le livre de l'Éternel, et lisez. Pas un d'eux ne manquera ; l'un n'aura pas à chercher l'autre ; car ma bouche l'a commandé, et mon Esprit les a rassemblés, |

Search ye in the book of Jehovah and read: not one of these shall fail, one shall not have to seek for the other; for my mouth, it hath commanded, and his Spirit, it hath gathered them. |
Inquirid en el libro de Jehová, y leed si faltó alguno de ellos; ninguno faltó con su compañera; porque su boca mandó, y los reunió su mismo Espíritu. |

And he hath cast the lot for them, and his hand hath divided it unto them by line: they shall possess it for ever, from generation to generation shall they dwell therein. |
Et Lui a jeté le sort pour eux, et sa main leur a partagé le [pays] au cordeau : ils le posséderont pour toujours ; ils y habiteront de génération en génération. |

For he himself hath cast the lot for them, and his hand hath divided it unto them with the line: they shall possess it for ever; from generation to generation shall they dwell therein. |
Y él les echó suertes, y su mano les repartió con cordel; para siempre la tendrán por heredad; de generación en generación morarán allí. |
