Avenge the children of Israel of the Midianites: afterward shalt thou be gathered unto thy people. |

And Moses spake unto the people, saying, Arm some of yourselves unto the war, and let them go against the Midianites, and avenge the Lord of Midian. |
Et Moïse parla au peuple, disant : Équipez d'entre vous des hommes pour l'armée, afin qu'ils marchenta contre Madian pour exécuter la vengeance de l'Éternel sur Madian. |

And Moses spoke to the people, saying, Arm from amongst you men for military service, that they go against Midian to execute Jehovah's vengeance upon Midian. |
Entonces Moisés habló al pueblo, diciendo: Armaos algunos de vosotros para la guerra, y vayan contra Madián y hagan la venganza de Jehová en Madián. |

Of every tribe a thousand, throughout all the tribes of Israel, shall ye send to the war. |
Vous enverrez à l'armée mille [hommes] par tribu, de toutes les tribus d'Israël. |

And Moses sent them to the war, a thousand of every tribe, them and Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest, to the war, with the holy instruments, and the trumpets to blow in his hand. |
et Moïse les envoya à l'armée, mille par tribu, à la guerre, eux et Phinées, fils d'Éléazar, le sacrificateur ; et il avait en sa main les ustensiles du lieu saintb, savoirc les trompettes au son éclatant. |

And Moses sent them to the war, a thousand by the tribe, them and Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest, to the war, and the holy instruments, even the alarm-trumpets in his hand. |
Y Moisés los envió a la guerra; mil de cada tribu envió; y Finees hijo del sacerdote Eleazar fue a la guerra con los vasos del santuario, y con las trompetas en su mano para tocar. |

And they warred against the Midianites, as the Lord commanded Moses; and they slew all the males. |

And they slew the kings of Midian, beside the rest of them that were slain; namely, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, five kings of Midian: Balaam also the son of Beor they slew with the sword. |
Et ils tuèrent les rois de Madian, outre ceux qui leur furent tués, Évi, et Rékem, et Tsur, et Hur, et Réba, cinq rois de Madian ; et ils tuèrent par l'épée Balaam, fils de Béor. |

And the children of Israel took all the women of Midian captives, and their little ones, and took the spoil of all their cattle, and all their flocks, and all their goods. |
Et les fils d'Israël emmenèrent captives les femmes de Madian et leurs petits enfants, et pillèrent tout leur bétail et tous leurs troupeaux et tout leur bien ; |

And the children of Israel took the women of Midian captives, and their little ones, and took for a spoil all their cattle and all their flocks and all their goods; |
Y los hijos de Israel llevaron cautivas a las mujeres de los madianitas, a sus niños, y todas sus bestias y todos sus ganados; y arrebataron todos sus bienes, |

And they burnt all their cities wherein they dwelt, and all their goodly castles, with fire. |
et ils brûlèrent par le feu toutes les villes de leursd habitations, et tous leurs campements ; |

and all their cities in their settlements and all their encampments they burned with fire. |
e incendiaron todas sus ciudades, aldeas y habitaciones. |

And they took all the spoil, and all the prey, both of men and of beasts. |
et ils emportèrent tout le butin et tout ce qu'ils avaient pris, en hommes et en bêtes ; |

And they took all the booty, and all the prey, of man and of cattle; |
Y tomaron todo el despojo, y todo el botín, así de hombres como de bestias. |

And they brought the captives, and the prey, and the spoil, unto Moses, and Eleazar the priest, and unto the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the camp at the plains of Moab, which are by Jordan near Jericho. |
et ils amenèrent les captifs, et ce qu'ils avaient pris, et le butin, à Moïse et à Éléazar, le sacrificateur, et à l'assemblée des fils d'Israël, au camp, dans les plaines de Moab, qui sont auprès du Jourdain de Jéricho. |

and they brought to Moses and Eleazar the priest, and to the assembly of the children of Israel, the captives and the prey and the booty, to the camp in the plains of Moab, which are by the Jordan of Jericho. |

And Moses, and Eleazar the priest, and all the princes of the congregation, went forth to meet them without the camp. |

Behold, these caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against the Lord in the matter of Peor, and there was a plague among the congregation of the Lord. |
Voici, ce sont elles qui, à la parole de Balaam, ont donné occasion aux fils d'Israël de commettre une infidélité contre l'Éternel, dans l'affaire de Péor, et il y eut une plaie sur l'assemblée de l'Éternel. |

Lo, these, through the counsel of Balaam, caused the children of Israel to commit sin against Jehovah in the matter of Peor, and there was a plague on the assembly of Jehovah. |
He aquí, por consejo de Balaam ellas fueron causa de que los hijos de Israel prevaricasen contra Jehová en lo tocante a Baal-peor,a por lo que hubo mortandad en la congregación de Jehová. |

Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. |
Et maintenant, tuez tous les mâles parmi les enfants, et tuez toute femme qui a connu un homme, en couchant avec lui ; |

And now slay every male among the little ones, and slay every woman that hath known man by lying with him, |
Matad, pues, ahora a todos los varones de entre los niños; matad también a toda mujer que haya conocido varón carnalmente. |

But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves. |
et vous laisserez en vie, pour vous, tous les enfants, les jeunes filles qui n'ont pas eu compagnie d'homme. |

Pero a todas las niñas entre las mujeres, que no hayan conocido varón, las dejaréis con vida. |

And do ye abide without the camp seven days: whosoever hath killed any person, and whosoever hath touched any slain, purify both yourselves and your captives on the third day, and on the seventh day. |
Et vous, demeurez hors du camp, sept jours, quiconque aura tué un hommee, et quiconque aura touché quelqu'un de tué ; vous vous purifierezf le troisième jour et le septième jour, vous et vos captifs. |

And encamp outside the camp seven days; whoever hath killed a person, and whoever hath touched any slain; ye shall purify yourselves on the third day, and on the seventh day, you and your captives. |
Y vosotros, cualquiera que haya dado muerte a persona, y cualquiera que haya tocado muerto, permaneced fuera del campamento siete días, y os purificaréis al tercer día y al séptimo, vosotros y vuestros cautivos. |

And purify all your raiment, and all that is made of skins, and all work of goats’ hair, and all things made of wood. |
Et vous purifierezf tout vêtement, et tout objet [fait] de peau, et tout ouvrage en poil de chèvres, et tout ustensile de bois. |

And every garment, and every vessel of skin, and all work of goat's hair, and every utensil of wood shall ye purify. |
Asimismo purificaréis todo vestido, y toda prenda de pieles, y toda obra de pelo de cabra, y todo utensilio de madera. |

And Eleazar the priest said unto the men of war which went to the battle, This is the ordinance of the law which the Lord commanded Moses; |
Et Éléazar le sacrificateur, dit aux hommes de l'armée, qui étaient allés à la guerre : C'est ici le statut de la loi que l'Éternel a commandée à Moïse : |

And Eleazar the priest said to the men of war that had gone to the battle, This is the statute of the law which Jehovah hath commanded Moses. |
Y el sacerdote Eleazar dijo a los hombres de guerra que venían de la guerra: Esta es la ordenanza de la ley que Jehová ha mandado a Moisés: |

Only the gold, and the silver, the brass, the iron, the tin, and the lead, |

Ciertamente el oro y la plata, el bronce, hierro, estaño y plomo, |

Every thing that may abide the fire, ye shall make it go through the fire, and it shall be clean: nevertheless it shall be purified with the water of separation: and all that abideth not the fire ye shall make go through the water. |
tout ce qui peut supporterg le feu, vous le ferez passer par le feu, et ce sera pur ; seulement, on le purifierah avec l'eau de séparation ; et tout ce qui ne peut pas supporter le feu, vous le ferez passer par l'eau. |

everything that passeth through the fire, ye shall make it go through the fire, and it shall be clean; only it shall be purified with the water of separation; and everything that cannot pass through the fire ye shall make go through the water. |
todo lo que resiste el fuego, por fuego lo haréis pasar, y será limpio, bien que en las aguas de purificación habrá de purificarse; y haréis pasar por agua todo lo que no resiste el fuego. |

And ye shall wash your clothes on the seventh day, and ye shall be clean, and afterward ye shall come into the camp. |
Et vous laverez vos vêtements le septième jour, et vous serez purs ; et, après cela, vous entrerez dans le camp. |

Take the sum of the prey that was taken, both of man and of beast, thou, and Eleazar the priest, and the chief fathers of the congregation: |
Relève la somme de ce qui a été pris et mené captif, en hommes et en bêtes, toi et Éléazar, le sacrificateur, et les chefs des pères de l'assemblée ; |

Take the sum of the prey that was taken, of man and of cattle, thou, and Eleazar the priest, and the chief fathers of the assembly; |
Toma la cuenta del botín que se ha hecho, así de las personas como de las bestias, tú y el sacerdote Eleazar, y los jefes de los padres de la congregación; |

And divide the prey into two parts; between them that took the war upon them, who went out to battle, and between all the congregation: |
et partage le butin par moitié entre ceux qui ont pris part à la guerre, qui sont allés à l'armée, et toute l'assemblée. |

and divide the prey into halves, between them that conducted the war, who went out to the battle, and the whole assembly. |

And levy a tribute unto the Lord of the men of war which went out to battle: one soul of five hundred, both of the persons, and of the beeves, and of the asses, and of the sheep: |
Et tu lèveras pour l'Éternel un tribut sur les hommes de guerre qui sont allés à l'armée, uni sur cinq cents, tant des hommes que du gros bétail, et des ânes, et du menu bétail ; |

And thou shalt levy a tribute for Jehovah of the men of war who went out to the army, one soul of five hundred of the persons, and of the oxen, and of the asses, and of the small cattle. |
Y apartarás para Jehová el tributo de los hombres de guerra que salieron a la guerra; de quinientos, uno, así de las personas como de los bueyes, de los asnos y de las ovejas. |

Take it of their half, and give it unto Eleazar the priest, for an heave offering of the Lord. |
vous le prendrez de leur moitié, et tu le donneras à Éléazar, le sacrificateur, comme offrande élevée à l'Éternel. |

Of their half shall ye take it, and give it unto Eleazar the priest, for a heave-offering of Jehovah. |

And of the children of Israel’s half, thou shalt take one portion of fifty, of the persons, of the beeves, of the asses, and of the flocks, of all manner of beasts, and give them unto the Levites, which keep the charge of the tabernacle of the Lord. |
Et de la moitié qui revient auxj fils d'Israël, tu prendras une part sur cinquante, des hommes, du gros bétail, des ânes, et du menu bétail, de toutes les bêtes, et tu les donneras aux Lévites, qui vaquent au servicek du tabernacle de l'Éternel. |

And Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the Lord commanded Moses. |

And the booty, being the rest of the prey which the men of war had caught, was six hundred thousand and seventy thousand and five thousand sheep, |
Et ce qui fut pris, le reste du pillage dont le peuple de l'armée s'était emparé, était de six cent soixante-quinze mille [têtes de] menu bétail, |

And the prey, the rest of the spoil, which the men of war had taken, was six hundred and seventy-five thousand sheep, |
Y fue el botín, el resto del botín que tomaron los hombres de guerra, seiscientas setenta y cinco mil ovejas, |

And threescore and twelve thousand beeves, |
soixante-douze mille [têtes de] gros bétail, |

and seventy-two thousand oxen, |
setenta y dos mil bueyes, |

And threescore and one thousand asses, |
soixante et un mille ânes, |

and sixty-one thousand asses, |

And thirty and two thousand persons in all, of women that had not known man by lying with him. |
et les personnes, les femmes qui n'avaient pas eu compagnie d'homme, en tout, trente-deux mille âmes. |

and of human persons, of the women that had not known lying with a man, all the persons were thirty-two thousand. |
En cuanto a personas, de mujeres que no habían conocido varón, eran por todas treinta y dos mil. |

And the half, which was the portion of them that went out to war, was in number three hundred thousand and seven and thirty thousand and five hundred sheep: |

And the Lord’s tribute of the sheep was six hundred and threescore and fifteen. |

And the beeves were thirty and six thousand; of which the Lord’s tribute was threescore and twelve. |

And the asses were thirty thousand and five hundred; of which the Lord’s tribute was threescore and one. |

And the persons were sixteen thousand; of which the Lord’s tribute was thirty and two persons. |

And Moses gave the tribute, which was the Lord’s heave offering, unto Eleazar the priest, as the Lord commanded Moses. |

(Now the half that pertained unto the congregation was three hundred thousand and thirty thousand and seven thousand and five hundred sheep, |

Even of the children of Israel’s half, Moses took one portion of fifty, both of man and of beast, and gave them unto the Levites, which kept the charge of the tabernacle of the Lord; as the Lord commanded Moses. |

We have therefore brought an oblation for the Lord, what every man hath gotten, of jewels of gold, chains, and bracelets, rings, earrings, and tablets, to make an atonement for our souls before the Lord. |
Et nous présentons une offrande àm l'Éternel, chacun ce qu'il a trouvé, des objets d'or, des bracelets pour les bras, et des bracelets pour les mains, des anneaux, des pendants d'oreilles, et des colliers, afin de faire propitiation pour nos âmes devant l'Éternel. |

So we present the offering of Jehovah, that which each one hath found, jewels of gold, chains, and bracelets, rings, earrings, and necklaces, to make atonement for our souls before Jehovah. |
Por lo cual hemos ofrecido a Jehová ofrenda, cada uno de lo que ha hallado, alhajas de oro, brazaletes, manillas, anillos, zarcillos y cadenas, para hacer expiación por nuestras almas delante de Jehová. |
