Oh that I had in the wilderness a lodging place of wayfaring men; that I might leave my people, and go from them! for they be all adulterers, an assembly of treacherous men. |
Oh ! qui me donnera dans le désert une cabane de voyageur ! et j'abandonnerais mon peuple et je m'en irais d'avec eux ; car ils sont tous des adultères, une assemblée de perfides. |

Oh that I had in the wilderness a traveller's lodging-place, that I might leave my people, and go away from them! For they are all adulterers, an assembly of treacherous men. |
¡Oh, quién me diese en el desierto un albergue de caminantes, para que dejase a mi pueblo, y de ellos me apartase! Porque todos ellos son adúlteros, congregación de prevaricadores. |

And they bend their tongues like their bow for lies: but they are not valiant for the truth upon the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, saith the Lord. |
Et ils bandent leur langue, leur arc de mensonge, et ils ne sont pas vaillants dans le pays pour la fidélité ; car ils passent d'iniquité en iniquité, et ne me connaissent pas, dit l'Éternel. |

And they bend their tongue, their bow of falsehood, and not for fidelity are they valiant in the land; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, saith Jehovah. |
Hicieron que su lengua lanzara mentira como un arco, y no se fortalecieron para la verdad en la tierra; porque de mal en mal procedieron, y me han desconocido, dice Jehová. |

Take ye heed every one of his neighbour, and trust ye not in any brother: for every brother will utterly supplant, and every neighbour will walk with slanders. |
Gardez-vous chacun de son ami, et ne vous confiez en aucun frère ; car tout frère ne fera que supplanter, et tout ami marche dans la calomnie. |

Guárdese cada uno de su compañero, y en ningún hermano tenga confianza; porque todo hermano engaña con falacia, y todo compañero anda calumniando. |

And they will deceive every one his neighbour, and will not speak the truth: they have taught their tongue to speak lies, and weary themselves to commit iniquity. |
Et chacun d'eux trompe son ami, et ne dit pas la vérité ; ils ont enseigné leur langue à dire le mensonge, ils se fatiguent à faire le mal. |

And they act deceitfully every one with his neighbour, and speak not the truth: they teach their tongue to speak falsehood, they weary themselves with perverse dealing. |
Y cada uno engaña a su compañero, y ninguno habla verdad; acostumbraron su lengua a hablar mentira, se ocupan de actuar perversamente. |

Thine habitation is in the midst of deceit; through deceit they refuse to know me, saith the Lord. |
Ton habitation est au milieu de la tromperie ; à cause de la tromperie ils refusent de me connaître, dit l'Éternel. |

Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts, Behold, I will melt them, and try them; for how shall I do for the daughter of my people? |
C'est pourquoi, ainsi dit l'Éternel des armées : Voici, je vais les affiner et les éprouver ; car comment agirais-je à l'égard de la fille de mon peuple ? |

Therefore thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Behold, I will melt them, and try them; for how else could I do for the daughter of my people? |
Por tanto, así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos: He aquí que yo los refinaré y los probaré; porque ¿qué más he de hacer por la hija de mi pueblo? |

Their tongue is as an arrow shot out; it speaketh deceit: one speaketh peaceably to his neighbour with his mouth, but in heart he layeth his wait. |
Leur langue est une flèche mortelle, elle profère la tromperie ; de sa bouche il parle de paix avec son ami, mais au dedans il lui dresse des embûches. |

Their tongue is a murderous arrow; it speaketh deceit. A man speaketh peaceably to his neighbour with his mouth, but in his heart he layeth his ambush. |
Saeta afilada es la lengua de ellos; engaño habla; con su boca dice paz a su amigo, y dentro de sí pone sus asechanzas. |

Shall I not visit them for these things? saith the Lord: shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this? |
Ne les punirais-je pas à cause de ces choses ? dit l'Éternel ; mon âme ne se vengerait-elle pas d'une nation comme celle-là ? |

¿No los he de castigar por estas cosas? dice Jehová. De tal nación, ¿no se vengará mi alma? |

For the mountains will I take up a weeping and wailing, and for the habitations of the wilderness a lamentation, because they are burned up, so that none can pass through them; neither can men hear the voice of the cattle; both the fowl of the heavens and the beast are fled; they are gone. |
J'élèverai une voix de pleursa et une lamentation sur les montagnes, et une complainte sur les pâturages du désert, car ils sont brûlés, de sorte que personne n'y passe et qu'on n'y entend pas la voix des troupeaux ; tant les oiseaux des cieux que les bêtes ont fui ; ils s'en sont allés. |

For the mountains will I take up weeping and wailing, and for the pastures of the wilderness, a lamentation; for they are burnt up, so that none passeth through them; and the voice of the cattle is not heard. Both the fowl of the heavens and the beasts are fled; they are gone. |
Por los montes levantaré lloro y lamentación, y llanto por los pastizales del desierto; porque fueron desolados hasta no quedar quien pase, ni oírse bramido de ganado; desde las aves del cielo hasta las bestias de la tierra huyeron, y se fueron. |

And I will make Jerusalem heaps, and a den of dragons; and I will make the cities of Judah desolate, without an inhabitant. |
Et je ferai de Jérusalem des monceaux [de ruines], un repaire de chacals ; et des villes de Juda, j'en ferai une désolation, de sorte qu'il n'y aura plus d'habitant. |

And I will make Jerusalem heaps, a dwelling-place of jackals; and I will make the cities of Judah a desolation, without inhabitant. |
Reduciré a Jerusalén a un montón de ruinas, morada de chacales; y convertiré las ciudades de Judá en desolación en que no quede morador. |

Who is the wise man, that may understand this? and who is he to whom the mouth of the Lord hath spoken, that he may declare it, for what the land perisheth and is burned up like a wilderness, that none passeth through? |
Qui est l'homme sage ? qu'ilb comprenne cela. Et celui à qui la bouche de l'Éternel a parlé, qu'ilb le déclare ! Pourquoi le pays périt-il, [et] est-il brûlé comme un désert, de sorte que personne n'y passe ? |

Who is a wise man, that he may understand this? and he to whom the mouth of Jehovah hath spoken, that he may declare it? Why is the land perished, burnt up like a wilderness, so that none passeth through? |
¿Quién es varón sabio que entienda esto? ¿y a quién habló la boca de Jehová, para que pueda declararlo? ¿Por qué causa la tierra ha perecido, ha sido asolada como desierto, hasta no haber quien pase? |

And the Lord saith, Because they have forsaken my law which I set before them, and have not obeyed my voice, neither walked therein; |
Et l'Éternel dit : Parce qu'ils ont abandonné ma loi que j'avais mise devant eux, et qu'ils n'ont pas écouté ma voix, et parce qu'ils n'ont pas marché en ellec, |

And Jehovah saith, Because they have forsaken my law which I set before them, and have not hearkened unto my voice, nor walked in it, |
Dijo Jehová: Porque dejaron mi ley, la cual di delante de ellos, y no obedecieron a mi voz, ni caminaron conforme a ella; |

But have walked after the imagination of their own heart, and after Baalim, which their fathers taught them: |
et qu'ils ont marché suivant le penchant obstiné de leur cœur et après les Baals, ce que leurs pères leur ont enseigné. |

but have walked after the stubbornness of their own heart, and after the Baals, as their fathers taught them; |
antes se fueron tras la imaginación de su corazón, y en pos de los baales, según les enseñaron sus padres. |

Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will feed them, even this people, with wormwood, and give them water of gall to drink. |
C'est pourquoi, ainsi dit l'Éternel des armées, le Dieu d'Israël : Voici, je vais faire manger de l'absinthe à ce peuple, et je leur ferai boire de l'eau de fiel ; |

therefore thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, Behold, I will feed this people with wormwood, and give them water of gall to drink, |
Por tanto, así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos, Dios de Israel: He aquí que a este pueblo yo les daré a comer ajenjo, y les daré a beber aguas de hiel. |

I will scatter them also among the heathen, whom neither they nor their fathers have known: and I will send a sword after them, till I have consumed them. |
et je les disperserai parmi les nations qu'ils n'ont pas connues, eux et leurs pères ; et j'enverrai après eux l'épée, jusqu'à ce que je les aie consumés. |

Thus saith the Lord of hosts, Consider ye, and call for the mourning women, that they may come; and send for cunning women, that they may come: |
Ainsi dit l'Éternel des armées : Considérez, et appelez les pleureuses, et qu'elles viennent ; et envoyez vers les femmes sages, |

Así dice Jehová de los ejércitos: Considerad, y llamad plañideras que vengan; buscad a las hábiles en su oficio; |

And let them make haste, and take up a wailing for us, that our eyes may run down with tears, and our eyelids gush out with waters. |
et qu'elles viennent, et qu'elles se hâtent, et qu'elles élèvent une [voix de] lamentation sur nous, et que nos yeux se fondent en larmes, et que l'eau coule de nos paupières. |

and let them make haste, and take up a wailing for us, that our eyes may run down with tears, and our eyelids pour forth waters. |
y dense prisa, y levanten llanto por nosotros, y desháganse nuestros ojos en lágrimas, y nuestros párpados se destilen en aguas. |

For a voice of wailing is heard out of Zion, How are we spoiled! we are greatly confounded, because we have forsaken the land, because our dwellings have cast us out. |
Car une voix de lamentation se fait entendre de Sion : Comme nous sommes détruits, [et] devenus fort honteux ! car nous avons abandonné le pays, car ils ont jeté à bas nos demeures. |

For a voice of wailing is heard out of Zion, How are we spoiled, sorely put to shame! For we have forsaken the land, for they have cast down our dwellings. |
Porque de Sion fue oída voz de endecha: ¡Cómo hemos sido destruidos! En gran manera hemos sido avergonzados, porque abandonamos la tierra, porque han destruido nuestras moradas. |

Yet hear the word of the Lord, O ye women, and let your ear receive the word of his mouth, and teach your daughters wailing, and every one her neighbour lamentation. |
Vous, femmes, écoutez donc la parole de l'Éternel, et que votre oreille reçoive la parole de sa bouche ; et enseignez à vos filles la lamentation, et chacune à son amie la complainte. |

Hear then the word of Jehovah, ye women, and let your ear receive the word of his mouth, and teach your daughters wailing, and each one her companion lamentation. |
Oíd, pues, oh mujeres, palabra de Jehová, y vuestro oído reciba la palabra de su boca: Enseñad endechas a vuestras hijas, y lamentación cada una a su amiga. |

For death is come up into our windows, and is entered into our palaces, to cut off the children from without, and the young men from the streets. |
Car la mort est montée par nos fenêtres, elle est entrée dans nos palais, pour retrancher de la rue les petits enfants, [et] des places, les jeunes hommes. |

Speak, Thus saith the Lord, Even the carcases of men shall fall as dung upon the open field, and as the handful after the harvestman, and none shall gather them. |
Dis : Ainsi dit l'Éternel : Oui, le cadavre de l'homme tombera comme du fumier sur la face des champs, et comme la gerbe après le moissonneur, et il n'y a personne qui la recueille. |

Speak, Thus saith Jehovah: Yea, the carcases of men shall fall as dung upon the open field, and as the handful after the reaper, and there shall be none to gather. |
Habla: Así ha dicho Jehová: Los cuerpos de los hombres muertos caerán como estiércol sobre la faz del campo, y como manojo tras el segador, que no hay quien lo recoja. |

Thus saith the Lord, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: |
Ainsi dit l'Éternel : Que le sage ne se glorifie pas dans sa sagesse, et que l'homme vaillant ne se glorifie pas dans sa vaillance ; que le riche ne se glorifie pas dans sa richesse ; |

Thus saith Jehovah: Let not the wise glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty glory in his might; let not the rich glory in his riches: |
Así dijo Jehová: No se alabe el sabio en su sabiduría, ni en su valentía se alabe el valiente, ni el rico se alabe en sus riquezas. |

But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord. |
mais que celui qui se glorifie, se glorifie en ceci, qu'il a de l'intelligence et qu'il me connaît ; car je suis l'Éternel, qui use de bonté, de jugement et de justice sur la terre, car je trouve mes délices en ces choses-là, dit l'Éternel. |

but let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am Jehovah, who exercise loving-kindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth; for in these things I delight, saith Jehovah. |
Mas alábese en esto el que se hubiere de alabar: en entenderme y conocerme,a que yo soy Jehová, que hago misericordia, juicio y justicia en la tierra; porque estas cosas quiero, dice Jehová. |

Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will punish all them which are circumcised with the uncircumcised; |
Voici, des jours viennent, dit l'Éternel, et je punirai tous les circoncis avec les incirconcis, |

He aquí que vienen días, dice Jehová, en que castigaré a todo circuncidado, y a todo incircunciso; |

Egypt, and Judah, and Edom, and the children of Ammon, and Moab, and all that are in the utmost corners, that dwell in the wilderness: for all these nations are uncircumcised, and all the house of Israel are uncircumcised in the heart. |
l'Égypte, et Juda, et Édom, et les fils d'Ammon, et Moab, et tous ceux qui coupent les coins [de leur barbe]d, lesquels habitent le désert ; car toutes les nations sont incirconcises, et toute la maison d'Israël est incirconcise de cœur. |
