In the beginning of the reign of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah came this word from the Lord, saying, |

Thus saith the Lord; Stand in the court of the Lord’s house, and speak unto all the cities of Judah, which come to worship in the Lord’s house, all the words that I command thee to speak unto them; diminish not a word: |
Ainsi dit l'Éternel : Tiens-toi dans le parvis de la maison de l'Éternel, et dis à toutes les villes de Juda, qui viennent pour se prosterner dans la maison de l'Éternel, toutes les paroles que je t'ai commandé de leur dire ; n'en retranche pas une parole. |

Thus saith Jehovah: Stand in the court of Jehovah's house, and speak unto all the cities of Judah, which come to worship in Jehovah's house, all the words that I command thee to speak unto them: diminish not a word. |
Así ha dicho Jehová: Ponte en el atrio de la casa de Jehová, y habla a todas las ciudades de Judá, que vienen para adorar en la casa de Jehová, todas las palabras que yo te mandé hablarles; no retengas palabra. |

If so be they will hearken, and turn every man from his evil way, that I may repent me of the evil, which I purpose to do unto them because of the evil of their doings. |
Peut-être qu'ils écouteront, et qu'ils reviendront chacun de sa mauvaise voie ; et je me repentirai du mal que je pense à leur faire à cause de l'iniquité de leurs actions. |

Peradventure they will hearken, and turn every man from his evil way, that I may repent me of the evil which I purpose to do unto them because of the wickedness of their doings. |
Quizá oigan, y se vuelvan cada uno de su mal camino, y me arrepentiré yo del mal que pienso hacerles por la maldad de sus obras. |

And thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord; If ye will not hearken to me, to walk in my law, which I have set before you, |
Et tu leur diras : Ainsi dit l'Éternel : Si vous ne m'écoutez pas, pour marcher dans ma loi que j'ai mise devant vous, |

Les dirás, pues: Así ha dicho Jehová: Si no me oyereis para andar en mi ley, la cual puse ante vosotros, |

To hearken to the words of my servants the prophets, whom I sent unto you, both rising up early, and sending them, but ye have not hearkened; |
pour écouter les paroles de mes serviteurs, les prophètes que je vous envoie, me levant de bonne heure et [les] envoyant, — mais vous ne les avez pas écoutés — |

para atender a las palabras de mis siervos los profetas, que yo os envío desde temprano y sin cesar, a los cuales no habéis oído, |

Then will I make this house like Shiloh, and will make this city a curse to all the nations of the earth. |
je rendrai cette maison comme Silo, et je livrerai cette ville pour être une malédiction à toutes les nations de la terre. |

So the priests and the prophets and all the people heard Jeremiah speaking these words in the house of the Lord. |
Et les sacrificateurs et les prophètes et tout le peuple entendirent Jérémie dire ces paroles dans la maison de l'Éternel. |

Y los sacerdotes, los profetas y todo el pueblo oyeron a Jeremías hablar estas palabras en la casa de Jehová. |

Now it came to pass, when Jeremiah had made an end of speaking all that the Lord had commanded him to speak unto all the people, that the priests and the prophets and all the people took him, saying, Thou shalt surely die. |
Et il arriva que, comme Jérémie achevait de dire tout ce que l'Éternel avait commandé de dire à tout le peuple, les sacrificateurs et les prophètes et tout le peuple le saisirent, disant : Tu mourras certainement ! |

And it came to pass when Jeremiah had ended speaking all that Jehovah had commanded him to speak unto all the people, that the priests and the prophets and all the people seized him, saying, Thou shalt certainly die. |
Y cuando terminó de hablar Jeremías todo lo que Jehová le había mandado que hablase a todo el pueblo, los sacerdotes y los profetas y todo el pueblo le echaron mano, diciendo: De cierto morirás. |

Why hast thou prophesied in the name of the Lord, saying, This house shall be like Shiloh, and this city shall be desolate without an inhabitant? And all the people were gathered against Jeremiah in the house of the Lord. |
Pourquoi prophétises-tu au nom de l'Éternel, disant : Cette maison sera comme Silo, et cette ville sera désolée, de sorte qu'il n'y aura pas d'habitant ? Et tout le peuple s'assembla contre Jérémie dans la maison de l'Éternel. |

Why hast thou prophesied in the name of Jehovah, saying, This house shall be like Shiloh, and this city shall be desolate, without inhabitant? And all the people were gathered against Jeremiah in the house of Jehovah. |
¿Por qué has profetizado en nombre de Jehová, diciendo: Esta casa será como Silo, y esta ciudad será asolada hasta no quedar morador? Y todo el pueblo se juntó contra Jeremías en la casa de Jehová. |

When the princes of Judah heard these things, then they came up from the king’s house unto the house of the Lord, and sat down in the entry of the new gate of the Lord’s house. |
Et les princes de Juda entendirent ces choses, et ils montèrent de la maison du roi à la maison de l'Éternel, et s'assirent dans l'entrée de la porte neuve de l'Éternel. |

And the princes of Judah heard these things; and they went up from the king's house unto the house of Jehovah, and sat in the entry of the new gate of Jehovah. |
Y los príncipes de Judá oyeron estas cosas, y subieron de la casa del rey a la casa de Jehová, y se sentaron en la entrada de la puerta nueva de la casa de Jehová. |

Then spake the priests and the prophets unto the princes and to all the people, saying, This man is worthy to die; for he hath prophesied against this city, as ye have heard with your ears. |
Et les sacrificateurs et les prophètes parlèrent aux princes et à tout le peuple, disant : Cet homme mérite la mort ; car il a prophétisé contre cette ville, comme vous avez entendu de vos oreilles. |

And the priests and the prophets spoke unto the princes and to all the people, saying, This man is worthy to die, for he hath prophesied against this city, as ye have heard with your ears. |
Entonces hablaron los sacerdotes y los profetas a los príncipes y a todo el pueblo, diciendo: En pena de muerte ha incurrido este hombre; porque profetizó contra esta ciudad, como vosotros habéis oído con vuestros oídos. |

Then spake Jeremiah unto all the princes and to all the people, saying, The Lord sent me to prophesy against this house and against this city all the words that ye have heard. |
Et Jérémie parla à tous les princes et à tout le peuple, disant : L'Éternel m'a envoyé pour prophétiser contre cette maison et contre cette ville toutes les paroles que vous avez entendues. |

And Jeremiah spoke to all the princes and to all the people, saying, Jehovah sent me to prophesy against this house and against this city all the words that ye have heard. |
Y habló Jeremías a todos los príncipes y a todo el pueblo, diciendo: Jehová me envió a profetizar contra esta casa y contra esta ciudad, todas las palabras que habéis oído. |

Therefore now amend your ways and your doings, and obey the voice of the Lord your God; and the Lord will repent him of the evil that he hath pronounced against you. |
Et maintenant, amendez vos voies et vos actions, et écoutez la voix de l'Éternel, votre Dieu, et l'Éternel se repentira du mal qu'il a prononcé contre vous. |

And now, amend your ways and your doings, and hearken to the voice of Jehovah your God; and Jehovah will repent him of the evil that he hath pronounced against you. |
Mejorad ahora vuestros caminos y vuestras obras, y oíd la voz de Jehová vuestro Dios, y se arrepentirá Jehová del mal que ha hablado contra vosotros. |

As for me, behold, I am in your hand: do with me as seemeth good and meet unto you. |
Pour moi, me voici entre vos mains ; faites-moi comme il est bon et droit à vos yeux. |

But as for me, behold, I am in your hand; do unto me as seemeth good and right in your eyes: |
En lo que a mí toca, he aquí estoy en vuestras manos; haced de mí como mejor y más recto os parezca. |

But know ye for certain, that if ye put me to death, ye shall surely bring innocent blood upon yourselves, and upon this city, and upon the inhabitants thereof: for of a truth the Lord hath sent me unto you to speak all these words in your ears. |
Seulement, sachez bien que, si vous me faites mourir, vous mettrez du sang innocent sur vous, et sur cette ville, et sur ses habitants ; car en vérité l'Éternel m'a envoyé vers vous pour prononcer à vos oreilles toutes ces paroles. |

only know for certain that if ye put me to death, ye shall surely bring innocent blood upon yourselves, and upon this city, and upon the inhabitants thereof; for of a truth Jehovah hath sent me unto you to speak all these words in your ears. |
Mas sabed de cierto que si me matáis, sangre inocente echaréis sobre vosotros, y sobre esta ciudad y sobre sus moradores; porque en verdad Jehová me envió a vosotros para que dijese todas estas palabras en vuestros oídos. |

Then said the princes and all the people unto the priests and to the prophets; This man is not worthy to die: for he hath spoken to us in the name of the Lord our God. |
Et les princes et tout le peuple dirent aux sacrificateurs et aux prophètes : Cet homme ne mérite pas la mort ; car il nous a parlé au nom de l'Éternel, notre Dieu. |

And the princes and all the people said unto the priests and to the prophets, This man is not worthy to die; for he hath spoken to us in the name of Jehovah our God. |
Y dijeron los príncipes y todo el pueblo a los sacerdotes y profetas: No ha incurrido este hombre en pena de muerte, porque en nombre de Jehová nuestro Dios nos ha hablado. |

Then rose up certain of the elders of the land, and spake to all the assembly of the people, saying, |
Et quelques hommes des anciens du pays se levèrent, et parlèrent à toute la congrégation du peuple, disant : |

And there rose up certain of the elders of the land and spoke to all the congregation of the people, saying, |
Entonces se levantaron algunos de los ancianos de la tierra y hablaron a toda la reunión del pueblo, diciendo: |

Micah the Morasthite prophesied in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah, and spake to all the people of Judah, saying, Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Zion shall be plowed like a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of a forest. |
Michée, le Morashtite, prophétisait dans les jours d'Ézéchias, roi de Juda, et a parlé à tout le peuple de Juda, disant : Ainsi dit l'Éternel des armées : Sion sera labourée comme un champ, et Jérusalem sera des monceaux de pierres, et la montagne de la maison, les lieux hauts d'une forêtb. |

Miqueas de Moreset profetizó en tiempo de Ezequías rey de Judá, y habló a todo el pueblo de Judá, diciendo: Así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos: Sion será arada como campo, y Jerusalén vendrá a ser montones de ruinas, y el monte de la casa como cumbres de bosque.c |

Did Hezekiah king of Judah and all Judah put him at all to death? did he not fear the Lord, and besought the Lord, and the Lord repented him of the evil which he had pronounced against them? Thus might we procure great evil against our souls. |
Ézéchias, le roi de Juda, avec tout Juda, le fit-il donc mourir ? Ne craignit-il pas l'Éternel, et n'implora-t-il pas l'Éternel, de sorte que l'Éternel se repentit du mal qu'il avait prononcé contre eux ? Et nous ferions un grand mal contre nos âmes. — |

Did Hezekiah king of Judah and all Judah put him at all to death? Did he not fear Jehovah, and supplicate Jehovah, and Jehovah repented him of the evil that he had pronounced against them? And we should be doing a great evil against our souls. |
¿Acaso lo mataron Ezequías rey de Judá y todo Judá? ¿No temió a Jehová, y oró en presencia de Jehová, y Jehová se arrepintió del mal que había hablado contra ellos? ¿Haremos, pues, nosotros tan gran mal contra nuestras almas? |

And there was also a man that prophesied in the name of the Lord, Urijah the son of Shemaiah of Kirjath–jearim, who prophesied against this city and against this land according to all the words of Jeremiah: |
Il y avait aussi un homme qui prophétisait au nom de l'Éternel, Urie, fils de Shemahia, de Kiriath-Jéarim ; et il prophétisait contre cette ville et contre ce pays, selon toutes les paroles de Jérémie ; |

And there was also a man that prophesied in the name of Jehovah, Urijah the son of Shemaiah of Kirjath-jearim: and he prophesied against this city and against this land according to all the words of Jeremiah; |
Hubo también un hombre que profetizaba en nombre de Jehová, Urías hijo de Semaías, de Quiriat-jearim, el cual profetizó contra esta ciudad y contra esta tierra, conforme a todas las palabras de Jeremías; |

And when Jehoiakim the king, with all his mighty men, and all the princes, heard his words, the king sought to put him to death: but when Urijah heard it, he was afraid, and fled, and went into Egypt; |
et le roi Jehoïakim, et tous ses hommes forts et tous les princes, entendirent ses paroles, et le roi chercha à le faire mourir ; mais Urie l'apprit, et eut peur, et s'enfuit, et alla en Égypte. |

and Jehoiakim the king, and all his mighty men, and all the princes, heard his words, and the king sought to put him to death; but Urijah heard it, and he was afraid, and fled, and went into Egypt. |
y oyeron sus palabras el rey Joacim y todos sus grandes, y todos sus príncipes, y el rey procuró matarle; entendiendo lo cual Urías, tuvo temor, y huyó a Egipto. |

And Jehoiakim the king sent men into Egypt, namely, Elnathan the son of Achbor, and certain men with him into Egypt. |
Et le roi Jehoïakim envoya des hommes en Égypte, Elnathan, fils d'Acbor, et des hommes avec lui, en Égypte ; |

And they fetched forth Urijah out of Egypt, and brought him unto Jehoiakim the king; who slew him with the sword, and cast his dead body into the graves of the common people. |
et ils firent sortir d'Égypte Urie, et l'amenèrent au roi Jehoïakim, et il le frappa avec l'épée, et jeta son cadavre dans les sépulcres des fils du peuple. — |

and they fetched forth Urijah out of Egypt, and brought him to Jehoiakim the king; and he slew him with the sword, and cast his dead body into the graves of the children of the people. |
los cuales sacaron a Urías de Egipto y lo trajeron al rey Joacim, el cual lo mató a espada, y echó su cuerpo en los sepulcros del vulgo. |

Nevertheless the hand of Ahikam the son of Shaphan was with Jeremiah, that they should not give him into the hand of the people to put him to death. |
Toutefois la main d'Akhikam, fils de Shaphan, fut avec Jérémie, afin qu'on ne le livrât point aux mains du peuple pour le faire mourir. |

--Nevertheless the hand of Ahikam the son of Shaphan was with Jeremiah, that they should not give him into the hand of the people to put him to death. |
Pero la mano de Ahicam hijo de Safán estaba a favor de Jeremías, para que no lo entregasen en las manos del pueblo para matarlo. |
