Now Pashur the son of Immer the priest, who was also chief governor in the house of the Lord, heard that Jeremiah prophesied these things. |
☆ Et Pashkhur, fils d'Immer, le sacrificateur (et il était premier intendant dans la maison de l'Éternel), entendit Jérémie prophétiser ces choses. |

And Pashur the son of Immer, the priest--and he was chief officer in the house of Jehovah--heard Jeremiah prophesy these things. |
El sacerdote Pasur hijo de Imer, que presidía como príncipe en la casa de Jehová, oyó a Jeremías que profetizaba estas palabras. |

Then Pashur smote Jeremiah the prophet, and put him in the stocks that were in the high gate of Benjamin, which was by the house of the Lord. |
Et Pashkhur frappa Jérémie le prophète, et le mit au bloca à la porte haute de Benjamin, dans la maison de l'Éternel. |

Y azotó Pasur al profeta Jeremías, y lo puso en el cepo que estaba en la puerta superior de Benjamín, la cual conducía a la casa de Jehová. |

And it came to pass on the morrow, that Pashur brought forth Jeremiah out of the stocks. Then said Jeremiah unto him, The Lord hath not called thy name Pashur, but Magor–missabib. |
Et il arriva, le lendemain, que Pashkhur tira Jérémie du bloca ; et Jérémie lui dit : L'Éternel n'appelle pas ton nom Pashkhur, mais Magor-Missabibb. |

And it came to pass the next day, that Pashur brought forth Jeremiah out of the stocks; and Jeremiah said unto him, Jehovah hath not called thy name Pashur, but Magor-missabib. |

For thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will make thee a terror to thyself, and to all thy friends: and they shall fall by the sword of their enemies, and thine eyes shall behold it: and I will give all Judah into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall carry them captive into Babylon, and shall slay them with the sword. |
Car ainsi dit l'Éternel : Voici, je te ferai [être] une terreur pour toi et pour tous ceux qui t'aiment ; et ils tomberont par l'épée de leurs ennemis, et tes yeux le verront ; et je livrerai tout Juda en la main du roi de Babylonec, et il les transportera à Babylone, et les frappera de l'épée. |

Moreover I will deliver all the strength of this city, and all the labours thereof, and all the precious things thereof, and all the treasures of the kings of Judah will I give into the hand of their enemies, which shall spoil them, and take them, and carry them to Babylon. |
Et je livrerai toutes les richesses de cette ville et tout son travail, et tout ce qu'elle a de précieux, et tous les trésors des rois de Juda, je les livrerai en la main de leurs ennemis ; et ils les pilleront, et les prendront, et les emporteront à Babylone. |

And, I will give all the wealth of this city, and all its gains, and all its precious things, and all the treasures of the kings of Judah, will I give into the hand of their enemies; and they shall make them a prey, and take them, and carry them to Babylon. |
Entregaré asimismo toda la riqueza de esta ciudad, todo su trabajo y todas sus cosas preciosas; y daré todos los tesoros de los reyes de Judá en manos de sus enemigos, y los saquearán, y los tomarán y los llevarán a Babilonia. |

And thou, Pashur, and all that dwell in thine house shall go into captivity: and thou shalt come to Babylon, and there thou shalt die, and shalt be buried there, thou, and all thy friends, to whom thou hast prophesied lies. |
Et toi, Pashkhur, et tous ceux qui habitent dans ta maison, vous irez en captivité ; et tu iras à Babylone, et là tu mourras, et là tu seras enterré, toi et tous ceux qui t'aiment, auxquels tu as prophétisé le mensonge. |

Y tú, Pasur, y todos los moradores de tu casa iréis cautivos; entrarás en Babilonia, y allí morirás, y allí serás enterrado tú, y todos los que bien te quieren, a los cuales has profetizado con mentira. |

O Lord, thou hast deceived me, and I was deceived: thou art stronger than I, and hast prevailed: I am in derision daily, every one mocketh me. |
Tu m'as entraîné, ô Éternel ! et j'ai été entraîné ; tu m'as saisi, et tu as été le plus fort ; je suis un objet de dérision tout le jour, chacun se moque de moi. |

Jehovah, thou hast enticed me, and I was enticed; thou hast laid hold of me, and hast prevailed; I am become a derision the whole day: every one mocketh me. |
Me sedujiste, oh Jehová, y fui seducido; más fuerte fuiste que yo, y me venciste; cada día he sido escarnecido, cada cual se burla de mí. |

For since I spake, I cried out, I cried violence and spoil; because the word of the Lord was made a reproach unto me, and a derision, daily. |
Car toutes les fois que je parle, je crie, je proclame la violence et la dévastation ; car la parole de l'Éternel m'a été à opprobre et à moquerie tout le jour. |

For as oft as I speak, I cry out; I proclaim violence and spoil; for the word of Jehovah is become unto me a reproach and a derision all the day. |
Porque cuantas veces hablo, doy voces, grito: Violencia y destrucción; porque la palabra de Jehová me ha sido para afrenta y escarnio cada día. |

Then I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name. But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay. |
Et j'ai dit : Je ne ferai plus mention de lui, et je ne parlerai plus en son nom ; mais elle a été dans mon cœur comme un feu brûlant, renfermé dans mes os ; je fus las de [la] retenird, et je ne l'ai pu. |

And I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name: but it was in my heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones; and I became wearied with holding in, and I could not. |
Y dije: No me acordaré más de él, ni hablaré más en su nombre; no obstante, había en mi corazón como un fuego ardiente metido en mis huesos; traté de sufrirlo, y no pude. |

For I heard the defaming of many, fear on every side. Report, say they, and we will report it. All my familiars watched for my halting, saying, Peradventure he will be enticed, and we shall prevail against him, and we shall take our revenge on him. |
Car j'ai entendu les diffamations de plusieurs : la terreur de tous côtés ! Rapporteze, et nous rapporterons ! Tous mes familiers guettaient ma chute [disant] : Peut-être se laissera-t-il séduire ; et nous prévaudrons contre lui, et nous nous vengerons sur lui. |

For I have heard the defaming of many, terror on every side: Report, and we will report it. All my familiars are watching for my stumbling: Peradventure he will be enticed, and we shall prevail against him; and we shall take our revenge on him. |
Porque oí la murmuración de muchos, temor de todas partes: Denunciad, denunciémosle. Todos mis amigos miraban si claudicaría. Quizá se engañará, decían, y prevaleceremos contra él, y tomaremos de él nuestra venganza. |

But the Lord is with me as a mighty terrible one: therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail: they shall be greatly ashamed; for they shall not prosper: their everlasting confusion shall never be forgotten. |
Mais l'Éternel est avec moi comme un homme puissant ; c'est pourquoi mes persécuteurs trébucheront, et ne prévaudront pas ; ils seront fort honteux, car ils n'ont pas réussi : confusion éternelle qui ne sera point oubliée ! |

But Jehovah is with me as a mighty terrible one; therefore my persecutors shall stumble and shall not prevail; they shall be greatly ashamed, for they have not prospered: it shall be an everlasting confusion that shall not be forgotten. |
Mas Jehová está conmigo como poderoso gigante; por tanto, los que me persiguen tropezarán, y no prevalecerán; serán avergonzados en gran manera, porque no prosperarán; tendrán perpetua confusión que jamás será olvidada. |

But, O Lord of hosts, that triest the righteous, and seest the reins and the heart, let me see thy vengeance on them: for unto thee have I opened my cause. |
Éternel des armées, qui éprouves le juste, [et] qui vois les reins et le cœur ! fais que je voie ta vengeance sur eux ; car à toi j'ai découvert ma cause. |

And thou, Jehovah of hosts, who triest the righteous, who seest the reins and the heart, let me see thy vengeance on them; for unto thee have I revealed my cause. |
Oh Jehová de los ejércitos, que pruebas a los justos, que ves los pensamientos y el corazón, vea yo tu venganza de ellos; porque a ti he encomendado mi causa. |

Sing unto the Lord, praise ye the Lord: for he hath delivered the soul of the poor from the hand of evildoers. |
Chantez à l'Éternel, louez l'Éternel ! car il a délivré l'âme du pauvre de la main des méchants. |

Maudit l'homme qui annonça des nouvelles à mon père, disant : Un enfant mâle t'est né, et qui le combla de joie ! |

And let that man be as the cities which the Lord overthrew, and repented not: and let him hear the cry in the morning, and the shouting at noontide; |
Que cet homme-là soit comme les villes que l'Éternel a renversées sans s'en repentir ! Qu'il entende des cris le matin, et des clameurs au temps de midi ! |

Because he slew me not from the womb; or that my mother might have been my grave, and her womb to be always great with me. |
parce qu'il ne m'a pas fait mourir dès le ventre. Ou ma mère, que n'a-t-elle pas été mon sépulcre ! et son ventre, que ne m'a-t-il toujours porté ! |
