Así ha dicho Jehová Dios de Israel a ti, oh Baruc: |

Thou didst say, Woe is me now! for the Lord hath added grief to my sorrow; I fainted in my sighing, and I find no rest. |
Tu as dit : Malheur à moi ! car l'Éternel a ajouté le chagrin à ma douleur ; je me suis fatigué dans mon gémissement, et je n'ai pas trouvé de repos. |

Thou didst say, Woe unto me! for Jehovah hath added grief to my sorrow; I am weary with my sighing, and I find no rest. |
Tú dijiste: ¡Ay de mí ahora!, porque ha añadido Jehová tristeza a mi dolor; fatigado estoy de gemir, y no he hallado descanso. |

Thus shalt thou say unto him, The Lord saith thus; Behold, that which I have built will I break down, and that which I have planted I will pluck up, even this whole land. |
Tu lui diras ainsi : Ainsi dit l'Éternel ; Voici, ce que j'avais bâti, je le renverse, et ce que j'avais planté, je l'arrache, — tout ce pays. |

Thus shalt thou say unto him, Thus saith Jehovah: Behold, what I have built do I overthrow, and what I have planted I pluck up, even this whole land. |
Así le dirás: Ha dicho Jehová: He aquí que yo destruyo a los que edifiqué, y arranco a los que planté, y a toda esta tierra. |

And seekest thou great things for thyself? seek them not: for, behold, I will bring evil upon all flesh, saith the Lord: but thy life will I give unto thee for a prey in all places whither thou goest. |
Et toi, tu chercherais pour toi de grandes choses ? Ne les cherche pas ; car voici, je fais venir du mal sur toute chair, dit l'Éternel ; mais je te donnerai ta vie pour butin, dans tous les lieux où tu iras. |

And seekest thou great things for thyself? seek them not; for behold, I will bring evil upon all flesh, saith Jehovah; but thy life will I give unto thee for a prey in all places whither thou shalt go. |
¿Y tú buscas para ti grandezas? No las busques; porque he aquí que yo traigo mal sobre toda carne, ha dicho Jehová; pero a ti te daré tu vida por botín en todos los lugares adonde fueres. |
