Then said the Lord unto me, Though Moses and Samuel stood before me, yet my mind could not be toward this people: cast them out of my sight, and let them go forth. |
Et l'Éternel me dit : Quand Moïse et Samuel se tiendraient devant moi, mon âme ne serait pas [tournée] vers ce peuple ; renvoie-les de devant moi, et qu'ils sortent. |

And Jehovah said unto me, Though Moses and Samuel stood before me, my soul would not turn toward this people. Send them out of my sight, and let them go forth. |
Me dijo Jehová: Si Moisésa y Samuelb se pusieran delante de mí, no estaría mi voluntad con este pueblo; échalos de mi presencia, y salgan. |

And it shall come to pass, if they say unto thee, Whither shall we go forth? then thou shalt tell them, Thus saith the Lord; Such as are for death, to death; and such as are for the sword, to the sword; and such as are for the famine, to the famine; and such as are for the captivity, to the captivity. |
Et il arrivera que, s'ils te disent : Où sortirons-nous ? tu leur diras : Ainsi dit l'Éternel : Ceux qui sont pour la mort, à la mort ; et ceux qui sont pour l'épée, à l'épée ; et ceux qui sont pour la famine, à la famine ; et ceux qui sont pour la captivité, à la captivité. |

And I will appoint over them four kinds, saith the Lord: the sword to slay, and the dogs to tear, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the earth, to devour and destroy. |
Et j'établirai sur eux quatre espèces de punitionsa, dit l'Éternel : l'épée pour tuer, et les chiens pour traîner, et les oiseaux des cieux et les bêtes de la terre pour dévorer et pour détruire. |

For I will visit them with four kinds of punishments , saith Jehovah: the sword to slay, and dogs to tear, and the fowl of the heavens, and the beasts of the earth, to devour and to destroy. |
Y enviaré sobre ellos cuatro géneros de castigo, dice Jehová: espada para matar, y perros para despedazar, y aves del cielo y bestias de la tierra para devorar y destruir.d |

And I will cause them to be removed into all kingdoms of the earth, because of Manasseh the son of Hezekiah king of Judah, for that which he did in Jerusalem. |
Et je les livrerai pour être chassés çà et làb par tous les royaumes de la terre, à cause de Manassé, fils d'Ézéchias, roi de Juda, pour ce qu'il a fait dans Jérusalem. |

And I will give them over to be driven hither and thither amongst all the kingdoms of the earth, because of Manasseh the son of Hezekiah, king of Judah, for that which he did in Jerusalem. |
Y los entregaré para terror a todos los reinos de la tierra, a causa de Manasés hijo de Ezequías, rey de Judá, por lo que hizo en Jerusalén.e |

For who shall have pity upon thee, O Jerusalem? or who shall bemoan thee? or who shall go aside to ask how thou doest? |
Car qui aurait compassion de toi, Jérusalem, et qui te plaindrait ? et qui se détournerait pour s'enquérir de ta paix ? |

Thou hast forsaken me, saith the Lord, thou art gone backward: therefore will I stretch out my hand against thee, and destroy thee; I am weary with repenting. |
Tu m'as délaissé, dit l'Éternel, tu t'en es allée en arrière ; et j'ai étendu ma main sur toi, et je te détruirai : je suis las de me repentir. |

And I will fan them with a fan in the gates of the land; I will bereave them of children, I will destroy my people, since they return not from their ways. |
Je les vannerai avec un van aux portes du pays ; je priverai d'enfants [et] je ferai périr mon peuple : ils ne reviennent pas de leurs voies. |

Aunque los aventé con aventador hasta las puertas de la tierra, y dejé sin hijos a mi pueblo y lo desbaraté, no se volvieron de sus caminos. |

Their widows are increased to me above the sand of the seas: I have brought upon them against the mother of the young men a spoiler at noonday: I have caused him to fall upon it suddenly, and terrors upon the city. |
Les veuves sont multipliées devant moi plus que le sable des mers ; je fais venir contre eux, sur la mère des jeunes hommes, un dévastateur en plein midi ; je fais tomber sur elle subitement l'angoisse et l'épouvante ; |

Their widows are increased to me more than the sand of the seas; I have brought upon them, against the mother of the young men, a spoiler at noonday; I have caused anguish and terror to fall upon her suddenly. |
Sus viudas se me multiplicaron más que la arena del mar; traje contra ellos destruidor a mediodía sobre la madre y sobre los hijos; hice que de repente cayesen terrores sobre la ciudad. |

She that hath borne seven languisheth: she hath given up the ghost; her sun is gone down while it was yet day: she hath been ashamed and confounded: and the residue of them will I deliver to the sword before their enemies, saith the Lord. |
celle qui en avait enfanté sept languit, elle rend l'âme ; son soleil s'est couché pendant qu'il faisait encore jour ; elle est couverte de honte et d'opprobre. Et ce qui reste d'eux, je le livrerai à l'épée devant leurs ennemis, dit l'Éternel. |

Woe is me, my mother, that thou hast borne me a man of strife and a man of contention to the whole earth! I have neither lent on usury, nor men have lent to me on usury; yet every one of them doth curse me. |
Malheur à moi, ma mère ! de ce que tu m'as enfanté homme de débat et homme de contestation à tout le pays ; je n'ai pas prêté à usure, on ne m'a pas prêté à usure, [et] chacun me maudit ! |

The Lord said, Verily it shall be well with thy remnant; verily I will cause the enemy to entreat thee well in the time of evil and in the time of affliction. |
L'Éternel dit : Si je ne te délivre pour le bien ! Si je ne fais venir au-devant de toi l'ennemi, au temps du malheur, et au temps de la détresse ! |

Jehovah said, Verily I will set thee free for thy good; verily I will cause the enemy to meet thee kindly in the time of evil and in the time of affliction. |
¡Sea así, oh Jehová, si no te he rogado por su bien, si no he suplicado ante ti en favor del enemigo en tiempo de aflicción y en época de angustia! |

Shall iron break the northern iron and the steel? |
Le fer se brisera-t-il, le fer du nord et l'airain ? — |

Will iron break? iron from the north? and bronze? |
¿Puede alguno quebrar el hierro, el hierro del norte y el bronce? |

Thy substance and thy treasures will I give to the spoil without price, and that for all thy sins, even in all thy borders. |
Tes biens et tes trésors, je les livrerai au pillage, sans en faire le prix, et [cela] à cause de tous tes péchés, et dans tous tes confins ; |

And I will make thee to pass with thine enemies into a land which thou knowest not: for a fire is kindled in mine anger, which shall burn upon you. |
et je [les]c ferai passer avec tes ennemis dans un pays que tu ne connais pas ; car un feu est allumé dans ma colère, il brûlera contre vous. |

O Lord, thou knowest: remember me, and visit me, and revenge me of my persecutors; take me not away in thy longsuffering: know that for thy sake I have suffered rebuke. |
Tu le sais, ô Éternel ! Souviens-toi de moi, et visite-moi, et venge-moi de mes persécuteurs. Selon la lenteur de ta colère, ne m'enlève pas ; sache que, pour toi, je porte l'opprobre. |

Jehovah, thou knowest: remember me, and visit me, and avenge me of my persecutors; in thy long-suffering take me not away: know that for thy sake I bear reproach. |
Tú lo sabes, oh Jehová; acuérdate de mí, y visítame, y véngame de mis enemigos. No me reproches en la prolongación de tu enojo; sabes que por amor de ti sufro afrenta. |

Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O Lord God of hosts. |
Tes paroles se sont-elles trouvées, je les ai mangées ; et tes paroles ont été pour moi l'allégresse et la joie de mon cœur ; car je suis appelé de ton nomd, ô Éternel, Dieu des armées ! |

I sat not in the assembly of the mockers, nor rejoiced; I sat alone because of thy hand: for thou hast filled me with indignation. |
Je ne me suis pas assis dans l'assembléee des moqueurs, ni ne me suis égayé : à cause de ta main, je me suis assis solitaire, parce que tu m'as rempli d'indignation. |

No me senté en compañía de burladores, ni me engreí a causa de tu profecía; me senté solo, porque me llenaste de indignación. |

Why is my pain perpetual, and my wound incurable, which refuseth to be healed? wilt thou be altogether unto me as a liar, and as waters that fail? |
Pourquoi ma douleur est-elle continuelle, et ma plaie, incurable ? Elle refuse d'être guérie. Me serais-tu bien comme une source qui trompe, comme des eaux qui ne sont pas constantes ? |

Therefore thus saith the Lord, If thou return, then will I bring thee again, and thou shalt stand before me: and if thou take forth the precious from the vile, thou shalt be as my mouth: let them return unto thee; but return not thou unto them. |
C'est pourquoi, ainsi dit l'Éternel : Si tu te retournes, je te ramènerai, tu te tiendras devant moi ; et si tu sépares ce qui est précieux de ce qui est vil, tu seras comme ma bouche. Qu'ils reviennent vers toi, mais toi ne retourne pas vers eux. |

And I will make thee unto this people a fenced brasen wall: and they shall fight against thee, but they shall not prevail against thee: for I am with thee to save thee and to deliver thee, saith the Lord. |
Et je te ferai être à l'égard de ce peuple une muraille d'airain bien forte ; ils combattront contre toi, mais ils ne prévaudront pas sur toi ; car je suis avec toi pour te sauver et pour te délivrer, dit l'Éternel ; |

And I will make thee unto this people a strong brazen wall; and they shall fight against thee, but they shall not prevail against thee: for I am with thee, to save thee and to deliver thee, saith Jehovah; |
Y te pondré en este pueblo por muro fortificado de bronce, y pelearán contra ti, pero no te vencerán; porque yo estoy contigo para guardarte y para defenderte, dice Jehová. |

And I will deliver thee out of the hand of the wicked, and I will redeem thee out of the hand of the terrible. |
et je te délivrerai de la main des iniques et te rachèterai de la main des violents. |
