And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. |

And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. |
Et la bête que je vis était semblable à un léopard, et ses pieds comme ceux d'un ours, et sa bouche comme la bouche d'un lion ; et le dragon lui donna sa puissance et son trône, et un grand pouvoir. |

And the beast which I saw was like to a leopardess, and its feet as of a bear, and its mouth as a lion's mouth; and the dragon gave to it his power, and his throne, and great authority; |

And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. |
Et [je vis] l'une de ses têtes comme frappée à mort ; et sa plaie mortelle avait été guérie ; et la terre tout entière était dans l'admiration deb la bête. |
Y vi una de sus cabezas como si hubiera sufrido una herida mortal; y su herida mortal fue sanada. Y se maravilló toda la tierra en pos de la bestia. |
and one of his heads was as slain to death, and his wound of death had been healed: and the whole earth wondered after the beast. |

And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? |
Et ils rendirent hommage au dragon, parce qu'il avait donné le pouvoir à la bête ; et ils rendirent hommage à la bête, disant : Qui est semblable à la bête, et qui peut combattre contre elle ? |

And they did homage to the dragon, because he gave the authority to the beast; and they did homage to the beast, saying, Who is like to the beast? and who can make war with it? |

And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. |

And there was given to it a mouth, speaking great things and blasphemies; and there was given to it authority to pursue its career forty-two months. |

And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. |

And it opened its mouth for blasphemies against God, to blaspheme his name and his tabernacle, and those who have their tabernacle in the heaven. |

And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. |
Et il lui fut donné de faire la guerre aux saints et de les vaincre. Et il lui fut donné pouvoir sur toute tribu et peuple et langue et nation. |
Y le fue dado hacer la guerra a los santos y vencerlos; y le fue dada autoridad sobre toda tribu, pueblo, lengua y nación. |
And there was given to it to make war with the saints, and to overcome them; and there was given to it authority over every tribe, and people, and tongue, and nation; |

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. |
Et tous ceux qui habitent sur la terre, dont le nom n'a pas été écrit, dès la fondation du monde, dans le livre de vie de l'Agneau immolé, lui rendront hommage. |
Y todos los habitantes de la tierra la adorarán, cuyos nombres no están escritos, desde la fundación del mundo, en el libro de la vida del Cordero inmolado. |
and all that dwell on the earth shall do it homage, every one whose name had not been written from the founding of the world in the book of life of the slain Lamb. |

If any one leads into captivity, he goes into captivity. If any one shall kill with the sword, he must with the sword be killed. Here is the endurance and the faith of the saints. |

And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. |

And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. |

And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, |

And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. |
Et elle séduit ceux qui habitent sur la terre, à cause des miraclese qu'il lui fut donné de faire devant la bête, disant à ceux qui habitent sur la terre de faire une image à la bête qui a la plaie de l'épée et qui a repris vie. |
Y engañaba a los habitantes de la tierra con los milagros que se le había dado hacer en presencia de la bestia, diciendo a los que habitan en la tierra que hicieran una imagen de la bestia que, teniendo la herida de la espada, revivió. |
And it deceives those that dwell upon the earth by reason of the signs which it was given to it to work before the beast, saying to those that dwell upon the earth to make an image to the beast, which has the wound of the sword, and lived. |
Y engaña a los moradores de la tierra con las señales que se le ha permitido hacer en presencia de la bestia, mandando a los moradores de la tierra que le hagan imagen a la bestia que tiene la herida de espada, y vivió. |

And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. |

And it was given to it to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should also speak, and should cause that as many as should not do homage to the image of the beast should be killed. |

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: |

And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. |
et que personne ne peut acheter ou vendre, sinon celui qui a la marque, le nom de la bête, ou le nombre de son nom. |

and that no one should be able to buy or sell save he that had the mark, the name of the beast, or the number of its name. |

Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. |
