And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. |

And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. |
Et je vis : et voici un cheval blanc, et celui qui était assis dessus ayant un arc ; et une couronne lui fut donnée, et il sortit en vainqueur et pour vaincre. |
Y miré y vi un caballo blanco, y el que lo montaba tenía un arco; y le fue dada una corona, y salió venciendo y para vencer aún. |
And I saw: and behold, a white horse, and he that sat upon it having a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went forth conquering and that he might conquer. |

And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. |

And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword. |
Et il sortit un autre cheval, roux ; et il fut donné à celui qui était assis dessus d'ôter la paix de la terre, et [de faire] qu'ils s'égorgeassent l'un l'autre ; et il lui fut donné une grande épée. |
Y salió otro caballo, rojo; y al que estaba sentado sobre él le fue dado quitar la paz de la tierra, y que los hombres se degollasen unos a otros; y le fue dada una gran espada. |
And another, a red horse, went forth; and to him that sat upon it, to him it was given to take peace from the earth, and that they should slay one another; and there was given to him a great sword. |
Y salió otro caballo, bermejo;b y al que lo montaba le fue dado poder de quitar de la tierra la paz, y que se matasen unos a otros; y se le dio una gran espada. |

And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. |
Et lorsqu'il ouvrit le troisième sceau, j'entendis le troisième animal disant : Viens [et vois]. Et je vis : et voici un cheval noir ; et celui qui était assis dessus, ayant une balance dans sa main. |
Y cuando abrió el tercer sello, oí al tercer ser viviente que decía: ¡Ven! Y vi un caballo negro; y el que estaba sentado sobre él tenía una balanza en su mano. |
And when it opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature saying, Come and see . And I saw: and behold, a black horse, and he that sat upon it having a balance in his hand. |
Cuando abrió el tercer sello, oí al tercer ser viviente, que decía: Ven y mira. Y miré, y he aquí un caballo negro;c y el que lo montaba tenía una balanza en la mano. |

And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine. |
Et j'ouïs comme une voix au milieu des quatre animaux, disant : Une mesurea de froment pour un denier, et trois mesures d'orge pour un denierb ; et ne nuis pas à l'huile ni au vin. |
Y oí una voz en medio de los cuatro seres vivientes, que decía: Una medida de trigo por un denario, y tres medidas de cebada por un denario, y no dañes al aceite y al vino. |
And I heard as a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, A choenix of wheat for a denarius, and three choenixes of barley for a denarius: and do not injure the oil and the wine. |
Y oí una voz de en medio de los cuatro seres vivientes, que decía: Dos libras de trigo por un denario, y seis libras de cebada por un denario; pero no dañes el aceite ni el vino. |

And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. |

And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth. |
Et je vis : et voici un cheval livide ; et le nom de celui qui était assis dessus est la Mort ; et le hadèsc suivait avec lui ; et il luid fut donné pouvoir sur le quart de la terre, pour tuer avec l'épée, et par la famine, et par la mort, et par les bêtes sauvages de la terre. |
Y miré y vi un caballo pálido, y el nombre del que estaba sentado sobre él es Muerte; y el hades le seguía. Y le fue dada autoridad sobre la cuarta parte de la tierra, para matar con espada, y con hambre, y con peste, y por las fieras de la tierra. |
And I saw: and behold, a pale horse, and he that sat upon it, his name was Death, and hades followed with him; and authority was given to him over the fourth of the earth to slay with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and by the beasts of the earth. |
Miré, y he aquí un caballo amarillo, y el que lo montaba tenía por nombre Muerte, y el Hades le seguía; y le fue dada potestad sobre la cuarta parte de la tierra, para matar con espada, con hambre, con mortandad, y con las fieras de la tierra.d |

And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: |
Et lorsqu'il ouvrit le cinquième sceau, je vis sous l'autel les âmes de ceux qui avaient été égorgés pour la parole de Dieu et pour le témoignage qu'ils avaient [rendu]. |
Y cuando abrió el quinto sello, vi debajo del altar las almas de los degollados a causa de la palabra de Dios y a causa del testimonio que habían dado; |
And when it opened the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of them that had been slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held; |

And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? |
Et elles criaient à haute voix, disant : Jusques à quand, ô Souveraine, saint et véritable, ne juges-tu pas et ne venges-tu pas notre sang sur ceux qui habitent sur la terre ? |
y clamaban con gran voz: ¿Hasta cuándo, Soberano, santo y verdadero, no juzgas y vengas nuestra sangre en los que habitan en la tierra? |
and they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O sovereign Ruler, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell upon the earth? |
Y clamaban a gran voz, diciendo: ¿Hasta cuándo, Señor, santo y verdadero, no juzgas y vengas nuestra sangre en los que moran en la tierra? |

And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled. |
Et il leur fut donné à chacun une longue robe blanche ; et il leur fut dit qu'ils se reposassent encore un peu de temps, jusqu'à ce que, et leurs compagnons d'esclavage et leurs frères qui devaient être mis à mort comme eux, fussent au complet. |
Y le fue dado a cada uno un vestido blanco; y se les dijo que descansaran aún un poco de tiempo, hasta que también se completaran sus consiervos, y sus hermanos que iban a ser matados como ellos. |
And there was given to them, to each one a white robe; and it was said to them that they should rest yet a little while, until both their fellow-bondmen and their brethren, who were about to be killed as they, should be fulfilled. |
Y se les dieron vestiduras blancas, y se les dijo que descansasen todavía un poco de tiempo, hasta que se completara el número de sus consiervos y sus hermanos, que también habían de ser muertos como ellos. |

And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; |
Et je vis, lorsqu'il ouvrit le sixième sceau : et il se fit un grand tremblement de terre, et le soleil devint noir comme un sac de poil, et la lune devint tout entière comme du sang ; |
Y vi cuando abrió el sexto sello; y hubo un gran terremoto, y el sol se volvió negro como un saco de crin, y la luna se volvió toda como sangre, |
And I saw when it opened the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as hair sackcloth, and the whole moon became as blood, |
Miré cuando abrió el sexto sello, y he aquí hubo un gran terremoto;e y el sol se puso negro como tela de cilicio, y la luna se volvió toda como sangre; |

And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. |
et les étoiles du ciel tombèrent sur la terre, comme un figuier agité par un grand vent jette loin ses figues tardives. |
y las estrellas del cielo cayeron a la tierra, como una higuera sacudida por un gran viento deja caer sus higos sin madurar. |
and the stars of heaven fell upon the earth, as a fig tree, shaken by a great wind, casts its unseasonable figs. |

And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. |
Et le ciel se retira comme un livre qui s'enroule, et toute montagne et toute île furent transportées de leur place. |
Y el cielo desapareció como un pergamino enrollado; y todo monte e (toda) isla fueron trasladados de sus lugares. |
And the heaven was removed as a book rolled up, and every mountain and island were removed out of their places. |
Y el cielo se desvaneció como un pergamino que se enrolla;g y todo monte y toda isla se removió de su lugar.h |

And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; |
Et les rois de la terre, et les grands, et les chiliarques, et les riches, et les forts, et tout esclave, et [tout] homme libre, se cachèrent dans les cavernes et dans les rochers des montagnes ; |
Y los reyes de la tierra, los magnates, los jefes militares, los ricos, los poderosos, todo siervo y todo libre, se escondieron en las cuevas, y en las rocas de los montes; |
And the kings of the earth, and the great, and the chiliarchs, and the rich, and the strong, and every bondman and freeman, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains; |
Y los reyes de la tierra, y los grandes, los ricos, los capitanes, los poderosos, y todo siervo y todo libre, se escondieron en las cuevas y entre las peñas de los montes;i |

And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: |
et ils disent aux montagnes et aux rochers : Tombez sur nous et tenez-nous cachés de devant la face de celui qui est assis sur le trône et de devant la colère de l'Agneau ; |
y decían a los montes y a las rocas: Caed sobre nosotros y escondednos del rostro del que está sentado en el trono, y de la ira del Cordero; |
and they say to the mountains and to the rocks, Fall on us, and have us hidden from the face of him that sits upon the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb; |
y decían a los montes y a las peñas: Caed sobre nosotros, y escondednosj del rostro de aquel que está sentado sobre el trono, y de la ira del Cordero; |

For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? |
car le grand jour de sa colère est venu, et qui peut subsister ? |
porque ha llegado el gran día de su ira, y ¿quién puede mantenerse en pie? |
because the great day of his wrath is come, and who is able to stand? |
