But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house. |

And he could there do no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them. |

et tous ceux qui ne vous recevront pas et ne vous écouteront pas, quand vous partirez de là, secouez la poussière de dessous vos piedsa, pour leur servir de témoignage. |

And when a convenient day was come, that Herod on his birthday made a supper to his lords, high captains, and chief estates of Galilee; |

And the king was exceeding sorry; yet for his oath’s sake, and for their sakes which sat with him, he would not reject her. |

And when the day was now far spent, his disciples came unto him, and said, This is a desert place, and now the time is far passed: |

Send them away, that they may go into the country round about, and into the villages, and buy themselves bread: for they have nothing to eat. |

And having taken the five loaves and the two fishes, looking up to heaven, he blessed, and broke the loaves, and gave them to his disciples that they might set them before them. And the two fishes he divided among all. |

And straightway he constrained his disciples to get into the ship, and to go to the other side before unto Bethsaida, while he sent away the people. |

And immediately he compelled his disciples to go on board ship, and to go on before to the other side to Bethsaida, while *he* sends the crowd away. |

And when he had sent them away, he departed into a mountain to pray. |

And he saw them toiling in rowing; for the wind was contrary unto them: and about the fourth watch of the night he cometh unto them, walking upon the sea, and would have passed by them. |
Et les voyant se tourmenter à ramer, car le vent leur était contraire, vers la quatrième veille de la nuit, il vient vers eux, marchant sur la mer ; et il voulait passer à côté d'eux. |
Cuando los vio cansados de remar porque el viento les era contrario, cerca de la cuarta vigilia de la noche, fue a ellos andando sobre el mar. E hizo como que iba a pasarlos. |
And seeing them labouring in rowing, for the wind was contrary to them, about the fourth watch of the night he comes to them walking on the sea, and would have passed them by. |
Y viéndoles remar con gran fatiga, porque el viento les era contrario, cerca de la cuarta vigilia de la noche vino a ellos andando sobre el mar, y quería adelantárseles. |

But when they saw him walking upon the sea, they supposed it had been a spirit, and cried out: |
Mais eux, le voyant marcher sur la mer, crurent que c'était un fantôme, et ils poussèrent des cris ; |

But they, seeing him walking on the sea, thought that it was an apparition, and cried out. |

For they all saw him, and were troubled. And immediately he talked with them, and saith unto them, Be of good cheer: it is I; be not afraid. |

And he went up unto them into the ship; and the wind ceased: and they were sore amazed in themselves beyond measure, and wondered. |

For they considered not the miracle of the loaves: for their heart was hardened. |

And when they had passed over, they came into the land of Gennesaret, and drew to the shore. |

And when they were come out of the ship, straightway they knew him, |
Et comme ils sortaient de la nacelle, ils le reconnurent aussitôt ; |

And on their coming out of the ship, immediately recognising him, |

And ran through that whole region round about, and began to carry about in beds those that were sick, where they heard he was. |
et ils coururent par tout le pays d'alentour, et se mirent à apporter de tous côtés dans de petits lits ceux qui se portaient mal, là où ils entendaient dire qu'il était. |
y corriendo por toda aquella región, comenzaron a llevar en sus camillas a los enfermos, adonde oían decir que estaba. |
they ran through that whole country around, and began to carry about those that were ill on couches, where they heard that he was. |

And whithersoever he entered, into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and besought him that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment: and as many as touched him were made whole. |
Et où que ce fût qu'il entrât, dans les villages, ou dans les villes, ou dans les campagnes, ils plaçaient les infirmes dans les marchés et le priaient de les laisser toucher ne fût-ce que le bord de son vêtement ; et tous ceux qui le touchaient étaient guérisi. |
Dondequiera que entraba, en aldeas, o en ciudades, o en los campos, ponían a los enfermos en las plazas, y le rogaban que les permitiese tocar siquiera el borde de su manto; y cuantos lo tocaban, quedaban sanos. |
And wherever he entered into villages, or cities, or the country, they laid the sick in the market-places, and besought him that they might touch if it were only the hem of his garment; and as many as touched him were healed. |
Y dondequiera que entraba, en aldeas, ciudades o campos, ponían en las calles a los que estaban enfermos, y le rogaban que les dejase tocar siquiera el borde de su manto; y todos los que le tocaban quedaban sanos. |
