When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the Lord thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt. |
Quand tu sortiras pour faire la guerre contre tes ennemis, et que tu verras des chevaux et des chars, un peuple plus nombreux que toi, tu n'auras point peur d'eux ; car l'Éternel, ton Dieu, qui t'a fait monter du pays d'Égypte, est avec toi. |

Cuando salgas a la guerra contra tus enemigos, si vieres caballos y carros, y un pueblo más grande que tú, no tengas temor de ellos, porque Jehová tu Dios está contigo, el cual te sacó de tierra de Egipto. |

And it shall be, when ye are come nigh unto the battle, that the priest shall approach and speak unto the people, |
Et il arrivera que, quand vous vous approcherez pour le combat, le sacrificateur s'approchera et parlera au peuple, |

And it shall be, when ye approach unto the battle, that the priest shall draw near and speak unto the people, |
Y cuando os acerquéis para combatir, se pondrá en pie el sacerdote y hablará al pueblo, |

And shall say unto them, Hear, O Israel, ye approach this day unto battle against your enemies: let not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be ye terrified because of them; |
et leur dira : Écoute, Israël ! Vous vous approchez aujourd'hui pour livrer bataille à vos ennemis : que votre cœur ne faiblisse point, ne craignez point, ne soyez point alarmés, et ne soyez point épouvantés devant eux ; |

and shall say unto them, Hear, Israel, ye are approaching this day unto battle against your enemies: let not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be afraid of them; |
y les dirá: Oye, Israel, vosotros os juntáis hoy en batalla contra vuestros enemigos; no desmaye vuestro corazón, no temáis, ni os azoréis, ni tampoco os desalentéis delante de ellos; |

For the Lord your God is he that goeth with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you. |
car l'Éternel, votre Dieu, marche avec vous, pour combattre pour vous contre vos ennemis, pour vous sauver. |

And the officers shall speak unto the people, saying, What man is there that hath built a new house, and hath not dedicated it? let him go and return to his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man dedicate it. |
Et les magistratsa parleront au peuple, disant : Qui est l'homme qui a bâti une maison neuve et qui ne l'a pas consacrée ? qu'il s'en aille et retourne en sa maison, de peur qu'il ne meure dans la bataille et qu'un autre ne la consacre. |

And the officers shall speak unto the people, saying, What man is there that hath built a new house, and hath not dedicated it? let him go and return unto his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man dedicate it. |
Y los oficiales hablarán al pueblo, diciendo: ¿Quién ha edificado casa nueva, y no la ha estrenado? Vaya, y vuélvase a su casa, no sea que muera en la batalla, y algún otro la estrene. |

And what man is he that hath planted a vineyard, and hath not yet eaten of it? let him also go and return unto his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man eat of it. |
Et qui est l'homme qui a planté une vigne et n'en a pas jouib ? qu'il s'en aille et retourne en sa maison, de peur qu'il ne meure dans la bataille et qu'un autre n'en jouisse. |

And what man is there that hath betrothed a wife, and hath not taken her? let him go and return unto his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man take her. |
Et qui est l'homme qui s'est fiancé une femme et ne l'a pas encore prise ? qu'il s'en aille et retourne en sa maison, de peur qu'il ne meure dans la bataille et qu'un autre ne la prenne. |

¿Y quién se ha desposado con mujer, y no la ha tomado? Vaya, y vuélvase a su casa, no sea que muera en la batalla, y algún otro la tome. |

And the officers shall speak further unto the people, and they shall say, What man is there that is fearful and fainthearted? let him go and return unto his house, lest his brethren’s heart faint as well as his heart. |
Et les magistrats continueront à parler au peuple, et diront : Qui est l'homme qui a peur et dont le cœur faiblit ? qu'il s'en aille et retourne en sa maison, de peur que le cœur de ses frères ne se fonde comme le sien. |

And the officers shall speak further unto the people, and shall say, What man is there that is timid and faint-hearted? let him go and return unto his house, lest his brethren's heart melt as well as his heart. |
Y volverán los oficiales a hablar al pueblo, y dirán: ¿Quién es hombre medroso y pusilánime? Vaya, y vuélvase a su casa, y no apoque el corazón de sus hermanos, como el corazón suyo. |

And it shall be, when the officers have made an end of speaking unto the people, that they shall make captains of the armies to lead the people. |
Et quand les magistrats auront achevé de parler au peuple, ils établiront les chefs des armées à la tête du peuple. |

And it shall be, when the officers have ended speaking unto the people, that they shall place captains of the hosts at the head of the people. |
Y cuando los oficiales acaben de hablar al pueblo, entonces los capitanes del ejército tomarán el mando a la cabeza del pueblo. |

When thou comest nigh unto a city to fight against it, then proclaim peace unto it. |
Quand tu approcheras d'une ville pour lui faire la guerre, tu l'inviteras à la paix. |

When thou approachest unto a city to fight against it, thou shalt proclaim peace unto it. |
Cuando te acerques a una ciudad para combatirla, le intimarás la paz. |

And it shall be, if it make thee answer of peace, and open unto thee, then it shall be, that all the people that is found therein shall be tributaries unto thee, and they shall serve thee. |
Et s'il arrive qu'elle te fasse une réponse de paix et qu'elle s'ouvre à toi, alors tout le peuple qui sera trouvé dedans te sera tributaire et te servira. |

And it shall be, if it make thee answer of peace, and open unto thee, then all the people that are found therein shall be tributaries unto thee, and they shall serve thee. |
Y si respondiere: Paz, y te abriere, todo el pueblo que en ella fuere hallado te será tributario, y te servirá. |

And if it will make no peace with thee, but will make war against thee, then thou shalt besiege it: |
Et si elle ne fait pas la paix avec toi, mais qu'elle fasse la guerre contre toi, tu l'assiégeras ; |

And if it will not make peace with thee, but will make war with thee, then thou shalt besiege it; |
Mas si no hiciere paz contigo, y emprendiere guerra contigo, entonces la sitiarás. |

And when the Lord thy God hath delivered it into thine hands, thou shalt smite every male thereof with the edge of the sword: |
et quand l'Éternel, ton Dieu, la livrera en ta main, tu frapperas tous les mâles par le tranchant de l'épée ; |

Luego que Jehová tu Dios la entregue en tu mano, herirás a todo varón suyo a filo de espada. |

But the women, and the little ones, and the cattle, and all that is in the city, even all the spoil thereof, shalt thou take unto thyself; and thou shalt eat the spoil of thine enemies, which the Lord thy God hath given thee. |
mais les femmes et les enfants, et le bétail, et tout ce qui sera dans la ville, tout son butin, tu le pilleras pour toi ; et tu mangeras le butin de tes ennemis, que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, t'aura donné. |

only the women, and the little ones, and the cattle, and all that shall be in the city, all the spoil thereof, shalt thou take as booty for thyself; and thou shalt eat the spoil of thine enemies, which Jehovah thy God giveth thee |
Solamente las mujeres y los niños, y los animales, y todo lo que haya en la ciudad, todo su botín tomarás para ti; y comerás del botín de tus enemigos, los cuales Jehová tu Dios te entregó. |

Thus shalt thou do unto all the cities which are very far off from thee, which are not of the cities of these nations. |
C'est ainsi que tu feras à toutes les villes qui sont très-éloignées de toi, qui ne sont point des villes de ces nations-ci ; |

But of the cities of these people, which the Lord thy God doth give thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth: |
mais des villes de ces peuples-ci que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne en héritage, tu ne laisseras en vie rien de ce qui respire ; |

Pero de las ciudades de estos pueblos que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad, ninguna persona dejarás con vida, |

But thou shalt utterly destroy them; namely, the Hittites, and the Amorites, the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; as the Lord thy God hath commanded thee: |
car tu les détruiras entièrement comme un anathème ; le Héthien et l'Amoréen, le Cananéen et le Phérézien, le Hévien et le Jébusien, comme l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te l'a commandé, |

but shalt utterly devote them to destruction, the Hittites and the Amorites, the Canaanites and the Perizzites, the Hivites and the Jebusites, as Jehovah thy God hath commanded thee; |
sino que los destruirás completamente: al heteo, al amorreo, al cananeo, al ferezeo, al heveo y al jebuseo, como Jehová tu Dios te ha mandado; |

That they teach you not to do after all their abominations, which they have done unto their gods; so should ye sin against the Lord your God. |
afin qu'ils ne vous enseignent pas à faire selon toutes leurs abominations qu'ils ont faites à leurs dieux, et que vous ne péchiez pas contre l'Éternel, votre Dieu. |

that they teach you not to do according to all their abominations, which they have done unto their gods, so that ye sin against Jehovah your God. |
para que no os enseñen a hacer según todas sus abominaciones que ellos han hecho para sus dioses, y pequéis contra Jehová vuestro Dios. |

When thou shalt besiege a city a long time, in making war against it to take it, thou shalt not destroy the trees thereof by forcing an axe against them: for thou mayest eat of them, and thou shalt not cut them down (for the tree of the field is man’s life) to employ them in the siege: |
Quand tu assiégeras une ville pendant plusieurs jours en lui faisant la guerre pour la prendre, tu ne détruiras pas ses arbres en levant la hache contre eux, car tu pourras en manger : tu ne les couperas pas, car l'arbre des champs est-il un homme, pour être assiégé par toic ? |

When thou shalt besiege a city many days, in making war against it to take it, thou shalt not destroy the trees thereof by lifting up an axe against them; for thou canst eat of them; and thou shalt not cut them down, for is the tree of the field a man that it should be besieged? |
Cuando sities a alguna ciudad, peleando contra ella muchos días para tomarla, no destruirás sus árboles metiendo hacha en ellos, porque de ellos podrás comer; y no los talarás, porque el árbol del campo no es hombre para venir contra ti en el sitio. |

Only the trees which thou knowest that they be not trees for meat, thou shalt destroy and cut them down; and thou shalt build bulwarks against the city that maketh war with thee, until it be subdued. |
Seulement, l'arbre que tu connaîtras n'être pas un arbre dont on mange, celui-là tu le détruiras et tu le couperas, et tu en construiras des ouvrages pour assiéger la ville qui est en guerre avec toi, jusqu'à ce qu'elle tombe. |

Mas el árbol que sepas que no lleva fruto, podrás destruirlo y talarlo, para construir baluarte contra la ciudad que te hace la guerra, hasta sojuzgarla. |
