When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house. |
Si un homme prend une femme et l'épouse, et qu'il arrive qu'elle ne trouve pas grâce à ses yeux, parce qu'il aura trouvé en elle quelque chose de malséant, il écrira pour elle une lettre de divorce, et la lui mettra dans la main, et la renverra hors de sa maison. |

Cuando alguno tomare mujer y se casare con ella, si no le agradare por haber hallado en ella alguna cosa indecente, le escribirá carta de divorcio,a y se la entregará en su mano, y la despedirá de su casa. |

And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man’s wife. |
Et elle sortira de sa maison et s'en ira, et elle pourra être à un autre homme. |

And if the latter husband hate her, and write her a bill of divorcement, and giveth it in her hand, and sendeth her out of his house; or if the latter husband die, which took her to be his wife; |
Et si le dernier mari la hait, et qu'il lui écrive une lettre de divorce et la lui mette dans la main, et la renvoie de sa maison, ou si le dernier mari qui l'avait prise pour sa femme vient à mourir : |

Pero si la aborreciere este último, y le escribiere carta de divorcio, y se la entregare en su mano, y la despidiere de su casa; o si hubiere muerto el postrer hombre que la tomó por mujer, |

Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before the Lord: and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance. |
alors son premier mari, qui l'a renvoyée, ne pourra pas la reprendre pour être sa femme, après qu'elle aura été rendue impure ; car c'est une abomination devant l'Éternel : tu ne chargeras pas de péché le pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne en héritage. |

her first husband, who sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for it is an abomination before Jehovah; and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which Jehovah thy God giveth thee for an inheritance. |
no podrá su primer marido, que la despidió, volverla a tomar para que sea su mujer, después que fue envilecida; porque es abominación delante de Jehová, y no has de pervertir la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad. |

When a man hath taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war, neither shall he be charged with any business: but he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer up his wife which he hath taken. |
Si un homme a nouvellement pris une femme, il n'ira point à l'armée, et il ne sera chargé d'aucune affaire : il en sera exempt, pour sa maison, pendant une année, et il réjouira sa femme qu'il a prise. |

When a man hath newly taken a wife, he shall not go out with the army, neither shall any kind of business be imposed upon him; he shall be free for his house one year, and shall gladden his wife whom he hath taken. |
Cuando alguno fuere recién casado, no saldrá a la guerra, ni en ninguna cosa se le ocupará; libre estará en su casa por un año, para alegrar a la mujer que tomó. |

No man shall take the nether or the upper millstone to pledge: for he taketh a man’s life to pledge. |
On ne prendra point en gage les deux meules, ni la meule tournantea, car ce serait prendre en gage la vie. |

No tomarás en prenda la muela del molino, ni la de abajo ni la de arriba; porque sería tomar en prenda la vida del hombre. |

If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him; then that thief shall die; and thou shalt put evil away from among you. |
Si on trouve un homme qui ait volé l'un d'entre ses frères, les fils d'Israël, et qui l'ait traité en esclave et l'ait vendu, ce voleur mourra ; et tu ôteras le mal du milieu de toi. |

Take heed in the plague of leprosy, that thou observe diligently, and do according to all that the priests the Levites shall teach you: as I commanded them, so ye shall observe to do. |
Prends garde à la plaie de la lèpre, afin de bien observer et de faire selon tout ce que les sacrificateurs, les Lévites, vous enseigneront ; vous prendrez garde à faire comme je leur ai commandé. |

Thou shalt stand abroad, and the man to whom thou dost lend shall bring out the pledge abroad unto thee. |
tu te tiendras dehors, et l'homme à qui tu prêtes t'apportera le gage dehors. |

In any case thou shalt deliver him the pledge again when the sun goeth down, that he may sleep in his own raiment, and bless thee: and it shall be righteousness unto thee before the Lord thy God. |
tu ne manqueras pas de lui rendre le gage au coucher du soleil ; et il couchera dans son vêtement, et te bénira ; et cela te sera justice devant l'Éternel, ton Dieu. |

Thou shalt not oppress an hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of thy brethren, or of thy strangers that are in thy land within thy gates: |
Tu n'opprimeras pas l'homme à gages affligé et pauvre d'entre tes frères ou d'entre tes étrangers qui sont dans ton pays, dans tes portes. |

Thou shalt not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy of thy brethren, or of thy sojourners who are in thy land within thy gates: |
No oprimirás al jornalero pobre y menesteroso, ya sea de tus hermanos o de los extranjeros que habitan en tu tierra dentro de tus ciudades. |

At his day thou shalt give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, and setteth his heart upon it: lest he cry against thee unto the Lord, and it be sin unto thee. |
En son jour, tu lui donneras son salaire ; le soleil ne se couchera pas sur lui, car il est pauvre et son désir s'y porte ; afin qu'il ne crie pas contre toi à l'Éternel et qu'il n'y ait pas du péché sur toi. |

En su día le darás su jornal, y no se pondrá el sol sin dárselo; pues es pobre, y con él sustenta su vida; para que no clame contra ti a Jehová, y sea en ti pecado.f |

The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin. |
Les pères ne seront pas mis à mort pour les fils, et les fils ne seront pas mis à mort pour les pères : ils seront mis à mort chacun pour son péché. |

Thou shalt not pervert the judgment of the stranger, nor of the fatherless; nor take a widow’s raiment to pledge: |
Tu ne feras pas fléchir le jugement de l'étranger [ni] de l'orphelin, et tu ne prendras pas en gage le vêtement de la veuve. |

Et tu te souviendras que tu as été serviteur en Égypte, et que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, t'a racheté de là ; c'est pourquoi je te commande de faire cela. |

When thou cuttest down thine harvest in thy field, and hast forgot a sheaf in the field, thou shalt not go again to fetch it: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow: that the Lord thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hands. |
Quand tu feras ta moisson dans ton champ, et que tu auras oublié une gerbe dans ton champ, tu ne retourneras pas pour la prendre ; elle sera pour l'étranger, pour l'orphelin, et pour la veuve, afin que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te bénisse dans toute l'œuvre de tes mains. |
