If one be found slain in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee to possess it, lying in the field, and it be not known who hath slain him: |
Quand on trouvera sur la terre que l'Éternel, ton Dieu te donne pour la posséder, un homme tué, étendu dans les champs, sans qu'on sache qui l'a frappé, |

Si en la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da para que la poseas, fuere hallado alguien muerto, tendido en el campo, y no se supiere quién lo mató, |

Then thy elders and thy judges shall come forth, and they shall measure unto the cities which are round about him that is slain: |
tes anciens et tes juges sortiront, et mesureront jusqu'aux villes qui sont autour de l'homme tué. |

entonces tus ancianos y tus jueces saldrán y medirán la distancia hasta las ciudades que están alrededor del muerto. |

And it shall be, that the city which is next unto the slain man, even the elders of that city shall take an heifer, which hath not been wrought with, and which hath not drawn in the yoke; |
Et [quand ils auront établi quelle est] la ville la plus rapprochée de l'homme tué, les anciens de cette ville prendront une génissea qui n'a pas servi et qui n'a pas tiré au joug, |

and the city that is nearest unto him that is slain, even the elders of that city shall take a heifer that hath not been wrought with, that hath not drawn in the yoke; |
Y los ancianos de la ciudad más cercana al lugar donde fuere hallado el muerto, tomarán de las vacas una becerra que no haya trabajado, que no haya llevado yugo; |

And the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto a rough valley, which is neither eared nor sown, and shall strike off the heifer’s neck there in the valley: |
et les anciens de cette ville feront descendre la génisse dans une vallée [où coule un torrent] qui ne tarit pas, dans laquelle on ne travaille ni ne sème, et là, dans la vallée, ils briseront la nuque à la génisse. |

and the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto an ever-flowing watercourse, which is not tilled, nor is it sown, and shall break the heifer's neck there in the watercourse; |
y los ancianos de aquella ciudad traerán la becerra a un valle escabroso, que nunca haya sido arado ni sembrado, y quebrarán la cerviz de la becerra allí en el valle. |

And the priests the sons of Levi shall come near; for them the Lord thy God hath chosen to minister unto him, and to bless in the name of the Lord; and by their word shall every controversy and every stroke be tried: |
Et les sacrificateurs, fils de Lévi, s'approcheront ; car ce sont eux que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, a choisis pour faire son service et pour bénir au nom de l'Éternel ; et ce sont eux qui prononceront sur tout différend et sur toute blessure. |

and the priests the sons of Levi shall come near; for them Jehovah thy God hath chosen to do service unto him, and to bless in the name of Jehovah; and according to their word shall be every controversy and every stroke. |
Entonces vendrán los sacerdotes hijos de Leví, porque a ellos escogió Jehová tu Dios para que le sirvan, y para bendecir en el nombre de Jehová; y por la palabra de ellos se decidirá toda disputa y toda ofensa. |

And all the elders of that city, that are next unto the slain man, shall wash their hands over the heifer that is beheaded in the valley: |
Et tous les anciens de cette ville, qui sont les plus rapprochés de l'homme tué, laveront leurs mains sur la génisse à laquelle on aura brisé la nuque dans la vallée ; |

And all the elders of that city, that are nearest unto him that is slain, shall wash their hands over the heifer whose neck is broken in the watercourse, |
Y todos los ancianos de la ciudad más cercana al lugar donde fuere hallado el muerto lavarán sus manos sobre la becerra cuya cerviz fue quebrada en el valle; |

And they shall answer and say, Our hands have not shed this blood, neither have our eyes seen it. |
et ils prendront la parole et diront : Nos mains n'ont pas versé ce sang, et nos yeux ne l'ont pas vu. |

Be merciful, O Lord, unto thy people Israel, whom thou hast redeemed, and lay not innocent blood unto thy people of Israel’s charge. And the blood shall be forgiven them. |
Pardonneb, ô Éternel, à ton peuple Israël que tu as racheté, et n'impute pas à ton peuple Israël le sang innocent. Et le sang leur sera pardonnéb. |

Forgive thy people Israel, whom thou, Jehovah, hast redeemed, and lay not innocent blood to the charge of thy people Israel; and the blood shall be expiated for them. |
Perdona a tu pueblo Israel, al cual redimiste, oh Jehová; y no culpes de sangre inocente a tu pueblo Israel. Y la sangre les será perdonada. |

So shalt thou put away the guilt of innocent blood from among you, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the Lord. |
Et toi, tu ôteras le sang innocent du milieu de toi, quand tu auras fait ce qui est droit aux yeux de l'Éternel. |

So shalt thou put away innocent blood from thy midst, when thou shalt do what is right in the eyes of Jehovah. |
Y tú quitarás la culpa de la sangre inocente de en medio de ti, cuando hicieres lo que es recto ante los ojos de Jehová. |

When thou goest forth to war against thine enemies, and the Lord thy God hath delivered them into thine hands, and thou hast taken them captive, |
Si tu sors pour faire la guerre contre tes ennemis, et que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, les livre en ta main, et que tu en emmènes des captifs, |

Cuando salieres a la guerra contra tus enemigos, y Jehová tu Dios los entregare en tu mano, y tomares de ellos cautivos, |

And seest among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast a desire unto her, that thou wouldest have her to thy wife; |
si tu vois parmi les captifs une femme belle de figure, et que tu t'attaches à elle, et que tu la prennes pour femme, |

and thou seest among the captives a woman of beautiful form, and hast a desire unto her, and takest her as thy wife; |
y vieres entre los cautivos a alguna mujer hermosa, y la codiciares, y la tomares para ti por mujer, |

Then thou shalt bring her home to thine house; and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails; |
tu l'introduiras dans l'intérieur de ta maison ; et elle rasera sa tête et se fera les ongles, |

And she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife. |
et elle ôtera de dessus elle le vêtement de sa captivité ; et elle habitera dans ta maison, et pleurera son père et sa mère un mois entier ; et après cela tu viendras vers elle, et tu seras son mari, et elle sera ta femme. |

and she shall put the clothes of her captivity from off her, and shall abide in thy house, and bewail her father and mother a full month, and afterwards thou mayest go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife. |
y se quitará el vestido de su cautiverio, y se quedará en tu casa; y llorará a su padre y a su madre un mes entero; y después podrás llegarte a ella, y tú serás su marido, y ella será tu mujer. |

And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her, then thou shalt let her go whither she will; but thou shalt not sell her at all for money, thou shalt not make merchandise of her, because thou hast humbled her. |
Et s'il arrive qu'elle ne te plaise pas, tu la renverras à son gré ; mais tu ne la vendras point pour de l'argent : tu ne la traiteras pas en esclave, parce que tu l'as humiliée. |

And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her, then thou shalt let her go according to her desire; but thou shalt in no wise sell her for money; thou shalt not treat her as a slave, because thou hast humbled her. |
Y si no te agradare, la dejarás en libertad; no la venderás por dinero, ni la tratarás como esclava, por cuanto la humillaste. |

If a man have two wives, one beloved, and another hated, and they have born him children, both the beloved and the hated; and if the firstborn son be hers that was hated: |
Si un homme a deux femmes, l'une aimée et l'autre haïe, et qu'elles lui aient enfanté des fils, tant celle qui est aimée que celle qui est haïe, et que le fils premier-né soit de celle qui est haïe, |

If a man have two wives, one beloved, and one hated, and they have borne him children, both the beloved and the hated, and the firstborn son be hers that was hated; |
Si un hombre tuviere dos mujeres, la una amada y la otra aborrecida, y la amada y la aborrecida le hubieren dado hijos, y el hijo primogénito fuere de la aborrecida; |

Then it shall be, when he maketh his sons to inherit that which he hath, that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, which is indeed the firstborn: |
alors, le jour où il fera hériter à ses fils ce qui est à lui, il ne pourra pas faire premier-né le fils de celle qui est aimée, de préférence au fils de celle qui est haïe, lequel est le premier-né ; |

then it shall be, in the day that he maketh his sons to inherit what he hath, that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, who is the firstborn; |
en el día que hiciere heredar a sus hijos lo que tuviere, no podrá dar el derecho de primogenitura al hijo de la amada con preferencia al hijo de la aborrecida, que es el primogénito; |

But he shall acknowledge the son of the hated for the firstborn, by giving him a double portion of all that he hath: for he is the beginning of his strength; the right of the firstborn is his. |
mais il reconnaîtra pour premier-né le fils de celle qui est haïe, pour lui donner double portion de tout ce qui se trouvera être à lui ; car il est le commencement de sa vigueur, le droit d'aînesse lui appartient. |

but he shall acknowledge as firstborn the son of the hated, by giving him a double portion of all that is found with him; for he is the firstfruits of his vigour: the right of the firstborn is his. |
mas al hijo de la aborrecida reconocerá como primogénito, para darle el doble de lo que correspondiere a cada uno de los demás; porque él es el principio de su vigor, y suyo es el derecho de la primogenitura. |

If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them: |
Si un homme a un fils indocile et rebelle, qui n'écoute pas la voix de son père ni la voix de sa mère, et qu'ils l'aient châtié, et qu'il ne les ait pas écoutés, |

If a man have an unmanageable and rebellious son, who hearkeneth not unto the voice of his father, nor unto the voice of his mother, and they have chastened him, but he hearkeneth not unto them; |
Si alguno tuviere un hijo contumaz y rebelde, que no obedeciere a la voz de su padre ni a la voz de su madre, y habiéndole castigado, no les obedeciere; |

Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place; |
alors son père et sa mère le prendront et l'amèneront aux anciens de sa ville, à la porte de son lieu ; |

And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard. |
et ils diront aux anciens de sa ville : Voici notre fils, il est indocile et rebelle, il n'écoute pas notre voix, il est débauchéc et ivrogne ; |

and they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is unmanageable and rebellious, he hearkeneth not unto our voice; he is a profligate and a drunkard. |
y dirán a los ancianos de la ciudad: Este nuestro hijo es contumaz y rebelde, no obedece a nuestra voz; es glotón y borracho. |

And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear. |
et tous les hommes de sa ville le lapideront avec des pierres, et il mourra ; et tu ôteras le mal du milieu de toi, et tout Israël l'entendra et craindra. |

Entonces todos los hombres de su ciudad lo apedrearán, y morirá; así quitarás el mal de en medio de ti, y todo Israel oirá, y temerá. |

And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree: |
Et si un homme a commis un péché digne de mortd, et qu'il ait été mis à mort, et que tu l'aies pendu à un bois, |

His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance. |
son cadavre ne passera pas la nuit sur le bois ; mais tu l'enterreras sans faute le jour même, car celui qui est pendu est malédiction de Dieu ; et tu ne rendras pas impure lae terre que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne en héritage. |

no dejaréis que su cuerpo pase la noche sobre el madero; sin falta lo enterrarás el mismo día, porque maldito por Dios es el colgado;a y no contaminarás tu tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad. |
