| 9 | For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. | ou parle-t-il entièrement pour nous ? Car c'est pour nous que cela est écrit, quea celui qui laboure doit labourer avec espérance, et que celui qui foule le grain [doit le fouler] dans l'espérance d'y avoir part. | ¿O lo dice expresamente por nosotros? | 12 | If others be partakers of this power over you, are not we rather? Nevertheless we have not used this power; but suffer all things, lest we should hinder the gospel of Christ. | Si d'autres ont part à ce droit sur vous, ne l'avons-nous pas bien plus ? Mais nous n'avons pas usé de ce droit, mais nous supportons tout, afin de ne mettre aucun obstacle à l'évangile du Christ. | Si otros tienen este derecho sobre vosotros, ¿cuánto más nosotros? | 15 | But I have used none of these things: neither have I written these things, that it should be so done unto me: for it were better for me to die, than that any man should make my glorying void. | Mais moi je n'ai usé d'aucune de ces choses, et je n'ai pas écrit ceci, afin qu'il en soit fait ainsi à mon égard ; car il serait bon pour moi de mourir, plutôt que [de voir] quelqu'un anéantir ma gloire. | Pero yo no he usado de ninguno de estos derechos; ni escribo esto para reclamarlos en mi favor; prefiero morir antes que ver a alguien privarme de esta gloria mía. | But *I* have used none of these things. | 18 | What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel. | Quel est donc mon salaire ? | 25 | And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things.
