And it came to pass, when the king sat in his house, and the Lord had given him rest round about from all his enemies; |

That the king said unto Nathan the prophet, See now, I dwell in an house of cedar, but the ark of God dwelleth within curtains. |
il arriva que le roi dit à Nathan, le prophète : Regarde, je te prie, moi j'habite dans une maison de cèdres, et l'arche de Dieu habite sous des tapis. |

And Nathan said to the king, Go, do all that is in thine heart; for the Lord is with thee. |

Go and tell my servant David, Thus saith the Lord, Shalt thou build me an house for me to dwell in? |
Va, et dis à mon serviteur, à David : Ainsi dit l'Éternel : Me bâtirais-tu une maison pour que j'y habite ? |

Whereas I have not dwelt in any house since the time that I brought up the children of Israel out of Egypt, even to this day, but have walked in a tent and in a tabernacle. |
car je n'ai pas habité dans une maison, depuis le jour où j'ai fait monter les fils d'Israël hors d'Égypte, jusqu'à ce jour ; mais j'ai marché çà et là dans une tente et dans un tabernacle. |

For I have not dwelt in a house since the day that I brought up the children of Israel out of Egypt, even to this day, but I went about in a tent and in a tabernacle. |
Ciertamente no he habitado en casas desde el día en que saqué a los hijos de Israel de Egipto hasta hoy, sino que he andado en tienda y en tabernáculo. |

In all the places wherein I have walked with all the children of Israel spake I a word with any of the tribes of Israel, whom I commanded to feed my people Israel, saying, Why build ye not me an house of cedar? |
Partout où j'ai marché au milieu de tous les fils d'Israël, ai-je dit un mot à quelqu'une des tribus d'Israël à laquelle j'ai commandé de paître mon peuple Israël, en disant : Pourquoi ne me bâtissez-vous pas une maison de cèdres ? |

Y en todo cuanto he andado con todos los hijos de Israel, ¿he hablado yo palabra a alguna de las tribus de Israel, a quien haya mandado apacentar a mi pueblo de Israel, diciendo: Por qué no me habéis edificado casa de cedro? |

Now therefore so shalt thou say unto my servant David, Thus saith the Lord of hosts, I took thee from the sheepcote, from following the sheep, to be ruler over my people, over Israel: |
Et maintenant tu diras ainsi à mon serviteur, à David : Ainsi dit l'Éternel des armées : Je t'ai pris des parcs, d'auprès du menu bétail, pour que tu fusses prince sur mon peuple, sur Israël ; |

And now, thus shalt thou say unto my servant David, Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: I took thee from the pasture-grounds, from following the sheep, to be prince over my people, over Israel; |
Ahora, pues, dirás así a mi siervo David: Así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos: Yo te tomé del redil, de detrás de las ovejas, para que fueses príncipe sobre mi pueblo, sobre Israel; |

And I was with thee whithersoever thou wentest, and have cut off all thine enemies out of thy sight, and have made thee a great name, like unto the name of the great men that are in the earth. |
et j'ai été avec toi partout où tu as marché ; et j'ai retranché tous tes ennemis de devant toi, et je t'ai fait un grand nom, comme le nom des grands qui sont sur la terre. |

and I have been with thee whithersoever thou wentest, and have cut off all thine enemies from before thee, and have made thee a great name, like unto the name of the great men that are on the earth. |
y he estado contigo en todo cuanto has andado, y delante de ti he destruido a todos tus enemigos, y te he dado nombre grande, como el nombre de los grandes que hay en la tierra. |

Moreover I will appoint a place for my people Israel, and will plant them, that they may dwell in a place of their own, and move no more; neither shall the children of wickedness afflict them any more, as beforetime, |
Et j'ai établi un lieu à mon peuple, à Israël, et je le planterai, et il habitera chez lui, et ne sera plus agité ; et les fils d'iniquité ne l'affligeront plus comme au commencement, |

And I will appoint a place for my people, for Israel, and will plant them, that they may dwell in a place of their own, and be disturbed no more; neither shall the sons of wickedness afflict them any more, as formerly, |
Además, yo fijaré lugar a mi pueblo Israel y lo plantaré, para que habite en su lugar y nunca más sea removido, ni los inicuos le aflijan más, como al principio, |

And as since the time that I commanded judges to be over my people Israel, and have caused thee to rest from all thine enemies. Also the Lord telleth thee that he will make thee an house. |
et depuis le jour où j'ai établia des juges sur mon peuple Israël. Et je t'ai donné du repos de tous tes ennemis ; et l'Éternel t'annonce que l'Éternel te fera une maison. |

and since the time that I commanded judges to be over my people Israel. And I have given thee rest from all thine enemies; and Jehovah telleth thee that Jehovah will make thee a house. |
desde el día en que puse jueces sobre mi pueblo Israel; y a ti te daré descanso de todos tus enemigos. Asimismo Jehová te hace saber que él te hará casa. |

And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom. |
Quand tes jours seront accomplis et que tu dormiras avec tes pères, je susciterai après toi ta semence qui sortira de tes entrailles, et j'affermirai son royaume. |

He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom for ever. |
Lui, bâtira une maison àb mon nom ; et j'affermirai le trône de son royaume pour toujours. |

I will be his father, and he shall be my son. If he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the children of men: |
Moi, je lui serai pour père, et lui me sera pour fils : s'il commet l'iniquité, je le châtierai avec une verge d'hommes et avec des plaies des fils des hommes ; |

I will be his father, and he shall be my son. If he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men and with the stripes of the sons of men; |
Yo le seré a él padre, y él me será a mí hijo.a Y si él hiciere mal, yo le castigaré con vara de hombres, y con azotes de hijos de hombres; |

But my mercy shall not depart away from him, as I took it from Saul, whom I put away before thee. |
mais ma bonté ne se retirera point de lui, comme je l'ai retirée d'avec Saül que j'ai ôté de devant toi. |

And thine house and thy kingdom shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be established for ever. |
Et ta maison et ton royaume seront rendus stables à toujours devant toi, ton trône sera affermi pour toujours. |

Y será afirmada tu casa y tu reino para siempre delante de tu rostro, y tu trono será estable eternamente. |

According to all these words, and according to all this vision, so did Nathan speak unto David. |
Nathan parla ainsi à David, selon toutes ces paroles et selon toute cette vision. |

Then went king David in, and sat before the Lord, and he said, Who am I, O Lord God? and what is my house, that thou hast brought me hitherto? |
Et le roi David entra et s'assit devant l'Éternel, et dit : Qui suis-je, Seigneur Éternel ! et quelle est ma maison, que tu m'aies amené jusqu'ici ? |

And king David went in and sat before Jehovah, and said, Who am I, Lord Jehovah, and what is my house, that thou hast brought me hitherto? |
Y entró el rey David y se puso delante de Jehová, y dijo: Señor Jehová, ¿quién soy yo, y qué es mi casa, para que tú me hayas traído hasta aquí? |

And this was yet a small thing in thy sight, O Lord God; but thou hast spoken also of thy servant’s house for a great while to come. And is this the manner of man, O Lord God? |
Et encore cela a été peu de chose à tes yeux, Seigneur Éternel ! et tu as même parlé de la maison de ton serviteur pour un long avenir. Est-ce là la manière de l'hommec, Seigneur Éternel ? |

And yet this hath been a small thing in thy sight, Lord Jehovah; but thou hast spoken also of thy servant's house for a great while to come. And is this the manner of man, Lord Jehovah? |
Y aun te ha parecido poco esto, Señor Jehová, pues también has hablado de la casa de tu siervo en lo por venir. ¿Es así como procede el hombre, Señor Jehová? |

And what can David say more unto thee? for thou, Lord God, knowest thy servant. |
Et David, que pourrait-il te dire de plus ? Et toi, Seigneur Éternel, tu connais ton serviteur. |

And what can David say more to thee? for thou, Lord Jehovah, knowest thy servant. |
¿Y qué más puede añadir David hablando contigo? Pues tú conoces a tu siervo, Señor Jehová. |

For thy word’s sake, and according to thine own heart, hast thou done all these great things, to make thy servant know them. |
C'est à cause de ta parole, et selon ton cœur, que tu as fait toute cette grande chose, pour la faire connaître à ton serviteur. |

Todas estas grandezas has hecho por tu palabra y conforme a tu corazón, haciéndolas saber a tu siervo. |

Wherefore thou art great, O Lord God: for there is none like thee, neither is there any God beside thee, according to all that we have heard with our ears. |
C'est pourquoi, Éternel Dieu ! tu t'es montré grand, car il n'y en a point comme toi, et il n'y a point de Dieu si ce n'est toi, selon tout ce que nous avons entendu de nos oreilles. |

Wherefore thou art great, Jehovah Elohim; for there is none like thee, neither is there any God beside thee, according to all that we have heard with our ears. |
Por tanto, tú te has engrandecido, Jehová Dios; por cuanto no hay como tú, ni hay Dios fuera de ti, conforme a todo lo que hemos oído con nuestros oídos. |

And what one nation in the earth is like thy people, even like Israel, whom God went to redeem for a people to himself, and to make him a name, and to do for you great things and terrible, for thy land, before thy people, which thou redeemedst to thee from Egypt, from the nations and their gods? |
Et qui est comme ton peuple, comme Israël, seule nation sur la terre que Dieu soit allé racheter, afin qu'elle lui soit un peuple, et pour se faire un nom à lui-même, et pour opérer en leur faveurd cette grande chose, et des choses terribles pour ton pays, devant ton peuple, que tu t'es racheté d'Égypte, des nations et de leurs dieux ? |

And who is like thy people, like Israel, the one nation in the earth that God went to redeem to be a people to himself, and to make himself a name, and to do for them great things and terrible, for thy land, before thy people, which thou redeemedst to thyself from Egypt, from the nations and their gods? |
¿Y quién como tu pueblo, como Israel, nación singular en la tierra? Porque fue Dios para rescatarlo por pueblo suyo, y para ponerle nombre, y para hacer grandezas a su favor, y obras terribles a tu tierra, por amor de tu pueblo que rescataste para ti de Egipto, de las naciones y de sus dioses. |

For thou hast confirmed to thyself thy people Israel to be a people unto thee for ever: and thou, Lord, art become their God. |
Et tu t'es établi ton peuple Israël pour peuple, à toujours ; et toi, Éternel, tu es devenu leur Dieu. |

And now, O Lord God, the word that thou hast spoken concerning thy servant, and concerning his house, establish it for ever, and do as thou hast said. |
Et maintenant, Éternel Dieu ! confirme pour toujours la parole que tu as prononcée touchant ton serviteur et touchant sa maison, et fais comme tu as dit ; |

And now, Jehovah Elohim, the word that thou hast spoken concerning thy servant and concerning his house, fulfil it for ever, and do as thou hast said. |
Ahora pues, Jehová Dios, confirma para siempre la palabra que has hablado sobre tu siervo y sobre su casa, y haz conforme a lo que has dicho. |

And let thy name be magnified for ever, saying, The Lord of hosts is the God over Israel: and let the house of thy servant David be established before thee. |
et que ton nom soit magnifié à toujours, de sorte qu'on dise : L'Éternel des armées est Dieu sur Israël. Et que la maison de ton serviteur David soit affermie devant toi ! |

And let thy name be magnified for ever, saying, Jehovah of hosts is God over Israel; and let the house of thy servant David be established before thee. |
Que sea engrandecido tu nombre para siempre, y se diga: Jehová de los ejércitos es Dios sobre Israel; y que la casa de tu siervo David sea firme delante de ti. |

For thou, O Lord of hosts, God of Israel, hast revealed to thy servant, saying, I will build thee an house: therefore hath thy servant found in his heart to pray this prayer unto thee. |
Car toi, Éternel des armées, Dieu d'Israël, tu as révélé àe ton serviteur, disant : Je te bâtirai une maison ; c'est pourquoi ton serviteur a trouvé son cœur pour te faire cette prière. |

For thou, Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, hast revealed to thy servant, saying, I will build thee a house; therefore hath thy servant found in his heart to pray this prayer unto thee. |
Porque tú, Jehová de los ejércitos, Dios de Israel, revelaste al oído de tu siervo, diciendo: Yo te edificaré casa. Por esto tu siervo ha hallado en su corazón valor para hacer delante de ti esta súplica. |

And now, O Lord God, thou art that God, and thy words be true, and thou hast promised this goodness unto thy servant: |
Et maintenant, Seigneur Éternel, toi, tu es Dieuf, et tes paroles sont vraiesg, et tu as dit ce bien à ton serviteur. |

Ahora pues, Jehová Dios, tú eres Dios, y tus palabras son verdad, y tú has prometido este bien a tu siervo. |

Therefore now let it please thee to bless the house of thy servant, that it may continue for ever before thee: for thou, O Lord God, hast spoken it: and with thy blessing let the house of thy servant be blessed for ever. |
Et maintenant, qu'il te plaise de bénir la maison de ton serviteur, afin qu'elle soit à toujours devant toi ; car toi, Seigneur Éternel, tu as parlé ; et que la maison de ton serviteur soit bénie de ta bénédiction pour toujours. |

and now let it please thee to bless the house of thy servant, that it may be before thee for ever; for thou, Lord Jehovah, hast spoken it; and with thy blessing shall the house of thy servant be blessed for ever. |
Ten ahora a bien bendecir la casa de tu siervo, para que permanezca perpetuamente delante de ti, porque tú, Jehová Dios, lo has dicho, y con tu bendición será bendita la casa de tu siervo para siempre. |
