And when David was a little past the top of the hill, behold, Ziba the servant of Mephibosheth met him, with a couple of asses saddled, and upon them two hundred loaves of bread, and an hundred bunches of raisins, and an hundred of summer fruits, and a bottle of wine. |
Et David avait passé un peu au delà du sommet, lorsque voici, Tsiba, serviteura de Mephibosheth, vint à sa rencontre avec deux ânes bâtés, sur lesquels il y avait deux cents pains, et cent gâteaux de raisins secs, et cent de fruits d'été, et une outre de vin. |

And the king said unto Ziba, What meanest thou by these? And Ziba said, The asses be for the king’s household to ride on; and the bread and summer fruit for the young men to eat; and the wine, that such as be faint in the wilderness may drink. |
Et le roi dit à Tsiba : Que veux-tu faire de cela ? Et Tsiba dit : Les ânes sont pour la maison du roi, pour les monter ; et le pain et les fruits d'été, pour que les jeunes hommes les mangent ; et le vin, pour que celui qui est fatigué dans le désert en boive. |

And the king said, And where is thy master’s son? And Ziba said unto the king, Behold, he abideth at Jerusalem: for he said, To day shall the house of Israel restore me the kingdom of my father. |
Et le roi dit : Et où est le fils de ton seigneur ? Et Tsiba dit au roi : Voici, il est demeuré à Jérusalem ; car il a dit : Aujourd'hui la maison d'Israël me rendra le royaume de mon père. |

And the king said, And where is thy master's son? And Ziba said to the king, Behold, he abides at Jerusalem; for he said, To-day shall the house of Israel restore me the kingdom of my father. |
Y dijo el rey: ¿Dónde está el hijo de tu señor? Y Siba respondió al rey: He aquí él se ha quedado en Jerusalén, porque ha dicho: Hoy me devolverá la casa de Israel el reino de mi padre. |

Then said the king to Ziba, Behold, thine are all that pertained unto Mephibosheth. And Ziba said, I humbly beseech thee that I may find grace in thy sight, my lord, O king. |
Et le roi dit à Tsiba : Voici, tout ce qui est à Mephibosheth est à toi. Et Tsiba dit : Je me prosterne ; que je trouve faveur à tes yeux, ô roi, mon seigneur ! |

And the king said to Ziba, Behold, thine are all that pertained to Mephibosheth. And Ziba said, I humbly bow myself: may I find favour in thy sight, my lord, O king. |
Entonces el rey dijo a Siba: He aquí, sea tuyo todo lo que tiene Mefi-boset. Y respondió Siba inclinándose: Rey señor mío, halle yo gracia delante de ti. |

And when king David came to Bahurim, behold, thence came out a man of the family of the house of Saul, whose name was Shimei, the son of Gera: he came forth, and cursed still as he came. |
Et le roi David vint jusqu'à Bakhurim ; et voici, il en sortit un homme de la famille de la maison de Saül, et son nom était Shimhi, fils de Guéra : il sortit en maudissant, |

And when king David came to Bahurim, behold, there came out from thence a man of the family of the house of Saul, whose name was Shimei, the son of Gera: he came forth, and cursed, |

And he cast stones at David, and at all the servants of king David: and all the people and all the mighty men were on his right hand and on his left. |
et lança des pierres contre David et contre tous les serviteurs du roi David ; et tout le peuple et tous les hommes forts étaient à sa droite et à sa gauche. |

And thus said Shimei when he cursed, Come out, come out, thou bloody man, and thou man of Belial: |
Et Shimhi disait ainsi en maudissant : Sors, sors, homme de sang, et homme de Bélial ! |

The Lord hath returned upon thee all the blood of the house of Saul, in whose stead thou hast reigned; and the Lord hath delivered the kingdom into the hand of Absalom thy son: and, behold, thou art taken in thy mischief, because thou art a bloody man. |
L'Éternel a fait retomber sur toi tout le sang de la maison de Saül, à la place duquel tu as régné, et l'Éternel a mis le royaume dans la main d'Absalom, ton fils ; et te voilà [pris] dans ton propre mal, car tu es un homme de sang. |

Jehovah has returned upon thee all the blood of the house of Saul, in whose stead thou hast reigned; and Jehovah has given the kingdom into the hand of Absalom thy son; and behold, thou art taken in thine own evil, for thou art a man of blood. |
Jehová te ha dado el pago de toda la sangre de la casa de Saúl, en lugar del cual tú has reinado, y Jehová ha entregado el reino en mano de tu hijo Absalón; y hete aquí sorprendido en tu maldad, porque eres hombre sanguinario. |

Then said Abishai the son of Zeruiah unto the king, Why should this dead dog curse my lord the king? let me go over, I pray thee, and take off his head. |
Et Abishaï, fils de Tseruïa, dit au roi : Pourquoi ce chien mort maudit-il le roi, mon seigneur ? Laisse-moi passer et lui ôter la tête. |

And the king said, What have I to do with you, ye sons of Zeruiah? so let him curse, because the Lord hath said unto him, Curse David. Who shall then say, Wherefore hast thou done so? |
Et le roi dit : Qu'y a-t-il entre moi et vous, fils de Tseruïa ? Oui, qu'il maudisse ; car l'Éternel lui a dit : Maudis David ! Et qui dira : Pourquoi fais-tu ainsi ? |

And the king said, What have I to do with you, ye sons of Zeruiah? so let him curse, for Jehovah has said to him, Curse David! Who shall then say, Why dost thou so? |
Y el rey respondió: ¿Qué tengo yo con vosotros, hijos de Sarvia? Si él así maldice, es porque Jehová le ha dicho que maldiga a David. ¿Quién, pues, le dirá: Por qué lo haces así? |

And David said to Abishai, and to all his servants, Behold, my son, which came forth of my bowels, seeketh my life: how much more now may this Benjamite do it? let him alone, and let him curse; for the Lord hath bidden him. |
Et David dit à Abishaï et à tous ses serviteurs : Voici, mon fils qui est sorti de mes entrailles, cherche ma vie, combien plus maintenant ce Benjaminite ! Laissez-le, et qu'il maudisse ! car l'Éternel le lui a dit. |

And David said to Abishai, and to all his servants, Behold, my son, who came forth of my bowels, seeks my life: how much more now a Benjaminite? let him alone and let him curse; for Jehovah has bidden him. |
Y dijo David a Abisai y a todos sus siervos: He aquí, mi hijo que ha salido de mis entrañas, acecha mi vida; ¿cuánto más ahora un hijo de Benjamín? Dejadle que maldiga, pues Jehová se lo ha dicho. |

It may be that the Lord will look on mine affliction, and that the Lord will requite me good for his cursing this day. |
Peut-être l'Éternel regardera mon affliction, et l'Éternel me rendra le bien pour la malédiction qui tombe aujourd'hui sur moi. |

And as David and his men went by the way, Shimei went along on the hill’s side over against him, and cursed as he went, and threw stones at him, and cast dust. |
Et David et ses hommes allèrent leur chemin ; et Shimhi marchait sur le flanc de la montagne, vis-à-vis de lui, et en marchant il maudissait et lançait des pierres contre lui, et jetait de la poussière. |

And it came to pass, when Hushai the Archite, David’s friend, was come unto Absalom, that Hushai said unto Absalom, God save the king, God save the king. |
Et il arriva que, lorsque Hushaï, l'Arkite, l'ami de David, vint vers Absalom, Hushaï dit à Absalom : Vive le roi ! vive le roi ! |

And it came to pass, when Hushai the Archite, David's friend, came to Absalom, that Hushai said to Absalom, Long live the king! Long live the king! |
Aconteció luego, que cuando Husai arquita, amigo de David, vino al encuentro de Absalón, dijo Husai: ¡Viva el rey, viva el rey! |

And Absalom said to Hushai, Is this thy kindness to thy friend? why wentest thou not with thy friend? |
Et Absalom dit à Hushaï : Est-ce là ta bonté pour ton ami ? Pourquoi n'es-tu pas allé avec ton ami ? |

And Hushai said unto Absalom, Nay; but whom the Lord, and this people, and all the men of Israel, choose, his will I be, and with him will I abide. |
Et Hushaï dit à Absalom : Non, car je serai à celui qu'ont choisi l'Éternel et ce peuple, et tous les hommes d'Israël, et c'est avec lui que je demeurerai ; |

And Hushai said to Absalom, No; but whom Jehovah, and this people, and all the men of Israel choose, his will I be, and with him will I abide. |
Y Husai respondió a Absalón: No, sino que de aquel que eligiere Jehová y este pueblo y todos los varones de Israel, de aquel seré yo, y con él me quedaré. |

And again, whom should I serve? should I not serve in the presence of his son? as I have served in thy father’s presence, so will I be in thy presence. |
et de plus, qui servirai-je ? Ne sera-ce pas devant son fils ? Comme j'ai servi devant ton père, ainsi je serai devant toi. |

Then said Absalom to Ahithophel, Give counsel among you what we shall do. |

And Ahithophel said unto Absalom, Go in unto thy father’s concubines, which he hath left to keep the house; and all Israel shall hear that thou art abhorred of thy father: then shall the hands of all that are with thee be strong. |
Et Akhitophel dit à Absalom : Va vers les concubines de ton père, qu'il a laissées pour garder la maison ; et tout Israël entendra dire que tu es en mauvaise odeur auprès de ton père, et les mains de tous ceux qui sont avec toi seront fortifiées. |

And Ahithophel said to Absalom, Go in to thy father's concubines, whom he has left to keep the house; and all Israel shall hear that thou art become odious with thy father; and the hands of all that are with thee shall be strong. |

So they spread Absalom a tent upon the top of the house; and Absalom went in unto his father’s concubines in the sight of all Israel. |

And the counsel of Ahithophel, which he counselled in those days, was as if a man had enquired at the oracle of God: so was all the counsel of Ahithophel both with David and with Absalom. |
Et le conseil que donnait Akhitophel, en ces jours-là, était comme si on se fût enquis de la parole de Dieu. Ainsi était tout le conseil d'Akhitophel, tant auprès de David qu'auprès d'Absalom. |

And the counsel of Ahithophel, which he counselled in those days, was as if a man had inquired of the word of God: so was all the counsel of Ahithophel both with David and with Absalom. |
Y el consejo que daba Ahitofel en aquellos días, era como si se consultase la palabra de Dios. Así era todo consejo de Ahitofel, tanto con David como con Absalón. |
