2 And he said, The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; Et il dit :

3 The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence. 7 In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried to my God: and he did hear my voice out of his temple, and my cry did enter into his ears. 8 Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations of heaven moved and shook, because he was wroth. 9 There went up a smoke out of his nostrils, and fire out of his mouth devoured: coals were kindled by it. 16 And the channels of the sea appeared, the foundations of the world were discovered, at the rebuking of the Lord, at the blast of the breath of his nostrils. 17 He sent from above, he took me; he drew me out of many waters; D'en haut, il étendit [sa main], il me prit, il me tira des grandes eaux ; He reached forth from above, he took me, He drew me out of great waters; Envió desde lo alto y me tomó;
Me sacó de las muchas aguas.
18 He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them that hated me: for they were too strong for me. Il me délivra de mon puissant ennemi, de ceux qui me haïssaient ; car ils étaient plus forts que moi. He delivered me from my strong enemy, From them that hated me; For they were mightier than I. Me libró de poderoso enemigo,

19 They prevented me in the day of my calamity: but the Lord was my stay. Ils m'avaient surpris au jour de ma calamité, mais l'Éternel fut mon appui. They encountered me in the day of my calamity; But Jehovah was my stay. Me asaltaron en el día de mi quebranto;
Mas Jehová fue mi apoyo,
20 He brought me forth also into a large place: he delivered me, because he delighted in me. ✱ Et il me fit sortir au large, il me délivra, parce qu'il prenait son plaisir en moi. And he brought me forth into a large place; He delivered me, because he delighted in me. Y me sacó a lugar espacioso;
Me libró, porque se agradó de mí.
21 The Lord rewarded me according to my righteousness: according to the cleanness of my hands hath he recompensed me. L'Éternel m'a récompensé selon ma justice, il m'a rendu selon la pureté de mes mains ; Jehovah hath rewarded me according to my righteousness, According to the cleanness of my hands hath he recompensed me. Jehová me ha premiado conforme a mi justicia;
Conforme a la limpieza de mis manos me ha recompensado.
22 For I have kept the ways of the Lord, and have not wickedly departed from my God. Car j'ai gardé les voies de l'Éternel, et je ne me suis point méchamment détourné de mon Dieu ; For I have kept the ways of Jehovah, And have not wickedly departed from my God. Porque yo he guardado los caminos de Jehová,
Y no me aparté impíamente de mi Dios.
23 For all his judgments were before me: and as for his statutes, I did not depart from them. Car toutes ses ordonnances ont été devant moi ; et de ses statuts, je ne me suis pas écarté ; For all his ordinances were before me, And his statutes, I did not depart from them, Pues todos sus decretos estuvieron delante de mí,
Y no me he apartado de sus estatutos.
24 I was also upright before him, and have kept myself from mine iniquity. Et j'ai été parfaite envers lui, et je me suis gardé de mon iniquité. And I was upright before him, And kept myself from mine iniquity. Fui recto para con él,
Y me he guardado de mi maldad;
25 Therefore the Lord hath recompensed me according to my righteousness; according to my cleanness in his eye sight. Et l'Éternel m'a rendu selon ma justice, selon ma pureté devant ses yeux. And Jehovah hath recompensed me according to my righteousness, According to my cleanness in his sight. Por lo cual me ha recompensado Jehová conforme a mi justicia;
Conforme a la limpieza de mis manos delante de su vista.
26 With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful, and with the upright man thou wilt shew thyself upright. Avec celui qui use de grâce, tu uses de grâce ; avec l'homme parfait, tu te montres parfait ; With the gracious thou dost shew thyself gracious; With the upright man thou dost shew thyself upright; Con el misericordioso te mostrarás misericordioso,
Y recto para con el hombre íntegro.
27 With the pure thou wilt shew thyself pure; and with the froward thou wilt shew thyself unsavoury. Avec celui qui est pur, tu te montres pur ; et avec le pervers, tu es roidef. With the pure thou dost shew thyself pure; And with the perverse thou dost shew thyself contrary. Limpio te mostrarás para con el limpio,
Y rígido serás para con el perverso.
28 And the afflicted people thou wilt save: but thine eyes are upon the haughty, that thou mayest bring them down. Et tu sauveras le peuple affligé, et tes yeux sont sur les hautains, [et] tu les abaisses. And the afflicted people thou dost save; And thine eyes are upon the haughty, whom thou bringest down. Porque tú salvas al pueblo afligido,
Mas tus ojos están sobre los altivos para abatirlos.
29 For thou art my lamp, O Lord: and the Lord will lighten my darkness. Car toi, Éternel ! tu es ma lampe ; et l'Éternel fait resplendir mes ténèbres. For thou art my lamp, Jehovah; And Jehovah enlighteneth my darkness. Tú eres mi lámpara, oh Jehová;
Mi Dios alumbrará mis tinieblas.
30 For by thee I have run through a troop: by my God have I leaped over a wall. Car, par toi, je courrai au travers d'une troupe ; par mon Dieu, je franchirai une muraille. For by thee I have run through a troop; By my God have I leaped over a wall. Contigo desbarataré ejércitos,
Y con mi Dios asaltaré muros.
31 As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him. ✱ Quant à ∗Dieug, sa voie est parfaite ; la parole de l'Éternel est affinée ; il est un bouclier à tous ceux qui se confient en lui. As for *God, his way is perfect; The word of Jehovah is tried: He is a shield to all that trust in him. En cuanto a Dios, perfecto es su camino,
Y acrisolada la palabra de Jehová.
Escudo es a todos los que en él esperan.
32 For who is God, save the Lord? and who is a rock, save our God? Car qui est ∗Dieu, hormis l'Éternel ? et qui est un rocher, hormis notre Dieu ? For who is *God, save Jehovah? And who is a rock, save our God? Porque ¿quién es Dios, sino solo Jehová?
¿Y qué roca hay fuera de nuestro Dios?
33 God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way perfect. ∗Dieu est ma puissante forteresse, et il aplanit parfaitement ma voie. *God is my strong fortress, And he maketh my way perfectly smooth. Dios es el que me ciñe de fuerza,
Y quien despeja mi camino;

Y me hace estar firme sobre mis alturas;
35 He teacheth my hands to war; so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms. Il enseigne mes mains à combattre ; et mes bras bandent un arc d'airain. He teacheth my hands to war, And mine arms bend a bow of brass. Quien adiestra mis manos para la batalla,
De manera que se doble el arco de bronce con mis brazos.
36 Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy gentleness hath made me great. Et tu m'as donné le bouclier de ton salut, et ta débonnaireté m'a agrandi. And thou didst give me the shield of thy salvation, And thy condescending gentleness hath made me great. Me diste asimismo el escudo de tu salvación,
Y tu benignidad me ha engrandecido.
37 Thou hast enlarged my steps under me; so that my feet did not slip. Tu as mis au large mes pas sous moi, et les chevilles de mes pieds n'ont pas chancelé. Thou enlargedst my steps under me; And mine ankles did not slip. Tú ensanchaste mis pasos debajo de mí,
Y mis pies no han resbalado.
38 I have pursued mine enemies, and destroyed them; and turned not again until I had consumed them. J'ai poursuivi mes ennemis, et je les ai détruits ; et je ne m'en suis pas retourné que je ne les aie consumés. I pursued mine enemies, and destroyed them, And I turned not again till they were consumed. Perseguiré a mis enemigos, y los destruiré,
Y no volveré hasta acabarlos.
39 And I have consumed them, and wounded them, that they could not arise: yea, they are fallen under my feet. Et je les ai consumés, je les ai transpercés, et ils ne se sont pas relevés, mais ils sont tombés sous mes pieds. And I have consumed them and have crushed them, and they rose not again; Yea, they fell under my feet. Los consumiré y los heriré, de modo que no se levanten;

40 For thou hast girded me with strength to battle: them that rose up against me hast thou subdued under me. Et tu m'as ceint de force pour le combat ; tu as courbé sous moi ceux qui s'élevaient contre moi. And thou girdedst me with strength to battle: Thou didst subdue under me those that rose up against me. Pues me ceñiste de fuerzas para la pelea;
Has humillado a mis enemigos debajo de mí,
41 Thou hast also given me the necks of mine enemies, that I might destroy them that hate me. Et tu as fait que mes ennemis m'ont tourné le dos ; et ceux qui me haïssaient, je les ai détruits. And mine enemies didst thou make to turn their backs unto me, And those that hated me I destroyed. Y has hecho que mis enemigos me vuelvan las espaldas,
Para que yo destruyese a los que me aborrecen.
42 They looked, but there was none to save; even unto the Lord, but he answered them not. Ils regardaient, et il n'y avait point de sauveur ; [ils regardaient] vers l'Éternel, et il ne leur a pas répondu. They looked, and there was none to save--Unto Jehovah, and he answered them not. Clamaron, y no hubo quien los salvase;
Aun a Jehová, mas no les oyó.
43 Then did I beat them as small as the dust of the earth, I did stamp them as the mire of the street, and did spread them abroad. Et je les ai brisés menu comme la poussière de la terre ; comme la boue des rues, je les ai écrasés, je les ai foulés. And I did beat them small as the dust of the earth, I trod them as the mire of the streets; I stamped upon them. Como polvo de la tierra los molí;
Como lodo de las calles los pisé y los trituré.
44 Thou also hast delivered me from the strivings of my people, thou hast kept me to be head of the heathen: a people which I knew not shall serve me. Et tu m'as délivré des débats de mon peuple ; tu m'as gardé pour être le chef des nations ; un peuple que je ne connaissais pas me servira. And thou hast delivered me from the strivings of my people, Thou hast kept me to be head of the nations: A people I knew not doth serve me: Me has librado de las contiendas del pueblo;
Me guardaste para que fuese cabeza de naciones;
Pueblo que yo no conocía me servirá.
45 Strangers shall submit themselves unto me: as soon as they hear, they shall be obedient unto me. Les fils de l'étranger se sont soumis à moi en dissimulanth ; dès qu'ils ont entendu de leur oreille, ils m'ont obéi. Strangers come cringing unto me: At the hearing of the ear, they obey me. Los hijos de extraños se someterán a mí;
Al oír de mí, me obedecerán.
46 Strangers shall fade away, and they shall be afraid out of their close places. Les fils de l'étranger ont dépéri, et ils sont sortis en tremblant de leurs lieux cachési. Strangers have faded away, And they come trembling forth from their close places. Los extraños se debilitarán,
Y saldrán temblando de sus encierros.
47 The Lord liveth; and blessed be my rock; and exalted be the God of the rock of my salvation. ✱ L'Éternel est vivant ; et que mon Rocher soit béni ! Et que Dieu, le rocher de mon salut, soit exalté, Jehovah liveth; and blessed be my rock; And exalted be the God, the rock of my salvation, Viva Jehová, y bendita sea mi roca,
Y engrandecido sea el Dios de mi salvación.
48 It is God that avengeth me, and that bringeth down the people under me, Le ∗Dieu qui m'a donné des vengeances, et qui a amené les peuples sous moi, The *God who hath avenged me, And hath brought the peoples under me. El Dios que venga mis agravios,
Y sujeta pueblos debajo de mí;
49 And that bringeth me forth from mine enemies: thou also hast lifted me up on high above them that rose up against me: thou hast delivered me from the violent man. Et qui m'a fait sortir du milieu de mes ennemis. Tu m'as élevé au-dessus de ceux qui s'élèvent contre moi, tu m'as délivré de l'homme violent. He brought me forth from mine enemies: Yea, thou hast lifted me up above them that rose up against me; From the man of violence hast thou delivered me. El que me libra de enemigos,
Y aun me exalta sobre los que se levantan contra mí;
Me libraste del varón violento.
50 Therefore I will give thanks unto thee, O Lord, among the heathen, and I will sing praises unto thy name. C'est pourquoi, Éternel ! je te célébrerai parmi les nations, et je chanterai des cantiques à [la gloire de] ton nom. Therefore will I give thanks to thee, Jehovah, among the nations, And will sing psalms to thy name. Por tanto, yo te confesaré entre las naciones, oh Jehová,
Y cantaré a tu nombre.b
51 He is the tower of salvation for his king: and sheweth mercy to his anointed, unto David, and to his seed for evermore. [C'est lui] qui a donné de grandes délivrances à son roi, et qui use de bonté envers son oint, envers David, et envers sa semence, à toujours. It is he who giveth great deliverances to his king, And sheweth loving-kindness to his anointed, To David, and to his seed for evermore. Él salva gloriosamente a su rey,
Y usa de misericordia para con su ungido,
A David y a su descendencia para siempre.
