8 | These be the names of the mighty men whom David had: The Tachmonite that sat in the seat, chief among the captains; the same was Adino the Eznite: he lift up his spear against eight hundred, whom he slew at one time. | ☆ Ce sont ici les noms des hommes forts qu'avait David : Josheb-Bashébethd, Thacmonitee, chef des principaux capitaines ; c'était Adino, l'Etsnite, qui eut le dessus surf huit cents hommes, qu'il tua en une fois. | These are the names of the mighty men whom David had: Joseb-Bassebeth, Tachkemonite the chief of the captains: he was Adino the Eznite; he fought against eight hundred, slain by him at one time. | Estos son los nombres de los valientes que tuvo David: Joseb-basebet el tacmonita, principal de los capitanes; este era Adino el eznita, que mató a ochocientos hombres en una ocasión. | |

16 | And the three mighty men brake through the host of the Philistines, and drew water out of the well of Beth–lehem, that was by the gate, and took it, and brought it to David: nevertheless he would not drink thereof, but poured it out unto the Lord. | Et les trois hommes forts forcèrent le passage à travers le camp des Philistins, et puisèrent de l'eau du puits de Bethléhem, qui est près de la porte, et la prirent et l'apportèrent à David ; et il ne voulut pas la boire, mais il en fit une libation à l'Éternel. | And the three mighty men broke through the camp of the Philistines, and drew water out of the well of Bethlehem, which is in the gate, and took it, and brought it to David; however he would not drink of it, but poured it out to Jehovah. | Entonces los tres valientes irrumpieron por el campamento de los filisteos, y sacaron agua del pozo de Belén que estaba junto a la puerta; y tomaron, y la trajeron a David; mas él no la quiso beber, sino que la derramó para Jehová, diciendo: | |
17 | And he said, Be it far from me, O Lord, that I should do this: is not this the blood of the men that went in jeopardy of their lives? therefore he would not drink it. These things did these three mighty men. | Et il dit : Loin de moi, Éternel, que je fasse cela ! N'est-ce pas le sang des hommes qui sont allés au péril de leur vie ? Et il ne voulut pas la boire. Ces trois hommes forts firent cela. | And he said, Be it far from me, Jehovah, that I should do this thing! is it not the blood of the men that went at the risk of their lives? Et il eut un nom parmi les trois. | And Abishai, the brother of Joab, the son of Zeruiah, was the chief of three; and he brandished his spear against three hundred and slew them; and he had a name among the three. | Y Abisai hermano de Joab, hijo de Sarvia, fue el principal de los treinta. 20 | And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, the son of a valiant man, of Kabzeel, who had done many acts, he slew two lionlike men of Moab: he went down also and slew a lion in the midst of a pit in time of snow: | Et Benaïa, fils de Jehoïada, fils d'un homme vaillant, de Kabtseël, grand en exploits, lui, frappa deux lionsi de Moab ; et il descendit, et frappa le lion dans une fosse, par un jour de neige. | And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, son of a valiant man, great in exploits, of Kabzeel: he it was that smote two lions of Moab; and he went down and smote a lion in the midst of a pit on a snowy day. | Después, Benaía hijo de Joiada, hijo de un varón esforzado, grande en proezas, de Cabseel.
