| 14 | Howbeit he would not hearken unto her voice: but, being stronger than she, forced her, and lay with her. | Et il ne voulut pas écouter sa voix, et il fut plus fort qu'elle et l'humilia et coucha avec elle. | But he would not hearken to her voice, and was stronger than she, and humbled her and lay with her. | Mas él no la quiso oír, sino que pudiendo más que ella, la forzó, y se acostó con ella. | |
| 15 | Then Amnon hated her exceedingly; so that the hatred wherewith he hated her was greater than the love wherewith he had loved her. And Amnon said unto her, Arise, be gone. | Et Amnon la haït d'une très-grande haine, car la haine dont il la haït était plus grande que l'amour dont il l'avait aimée. Et Amnon lui dit : Lève-toi, va-t'en. | And Amnon hated her with an exceeding great hatred, for the hatred with which he hated her was greater than the love with which he had loved her. | 17 | Then he called his servant that ministered unto him, and said, Put now this woman out from me, and bolt the door after her. | Et il appela son jeune homme qui le servait, et dit : Chassez donc cette [femme] dehors, de devant moi ; et ferme la porte au verrou après elle. | Then he called his young man that attended upon him, and said, Put now this woman out from me, and bolt the door after her. | sino que llamando a su criado que le servía, le dijo: Échame a esta fuera de aquí, y cierra tras ella la puerta. | |
| 18 | And she had a garment of divers colours upon her: for with such robes were the king’s daughters that were virgins apparelled. Then his servant brought her out, and bolted the door after her. | Et elle avait sur elle une tunique bigarrée ; car les filles du roi qui étaient vierges étaient ainsi habillées de robes. Et celui qui le servait la mit dehors, et ferma la porte après elle. | Now she had a vest of many colours upon her; for so were the king's daughters that were virgins apparelled. | 20 | And Absalom her brother said unto her, Hath Amnon thy brother been with thee? but hold now thy peace, my sister: he is thy brother; regard not this thing. And Absalom her brother said to her, Has Amnon thy brother been with thee? and now, my sister, be still: he is thy brother; take not this thing to heart. And Tamar remained, and that desolate, in her brother Absalom's house. | Y le dijo su hermano Absalón: ¿Ha estado contigo tu hermano Amnón? | 28 | Now Absalom had commanded his servants, saying, Mark ye now when Amnon’s heart is merry with wine, and when I say unto you, Smite Amnon; then kill him, fear not: have not I commanded you? be courageous, and be valiant. | Et Absalom commanda à ses serviteursc, disant : Faites attention, je vous prie, quand le cœur d'Amnon sera gai par le vin, et que je vous dirai : Frappez Amnon, alors tuez-le, ne craignez point ; n'est-ce pas moi qui vous l'ai commandé ? | 32 | And Jonadab, the son of Shimeah David’s brother, answered and said, Let not my lord suppose that they have slain all the young men the king’s sons; for Amnon only is dead: for by the appointment of Absalom this hath been determined from the day that he forced his sister Tamar. | Et Jonadab, fils de Shimha, frère de David, prit la parole et dit : Que mon seigneur ne pense pas qu'on ait tué tous les jeunes hommes, fils du roi, car Amnon seul est mort ; car cela a eu lieu par l'ordre d'Absalom, qu'il avait arrêté dès le jour qu'[Amnon] humilia Tamar, sa sœur. | And Jonadab, the son of Shimeah David's brother, answered and said, Let not my lord suppose that they have slain all the young men the king's sons; for Amnon only is dead; for by the appointment of Absalom this has been determined from the day that he humbled his sister Tamar. | Pero Jonadab, hijo de Simea hermano de David, habló y dijo: No diga mi señor que han dado muerte a todos los jóvenes hijos del rey, pues solo Amnón ha sido muerto; porque por mandato de Absalón esto había sido determinado desde el día en que Amnón forzó a Tamar su hermana. | |
