And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, |

Vino a mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo: |

Son of man, What is the vine tree more than any tree, or than a branch which is among the trees of the forest? |
Fils d'homme, le bois de la vigne, que vaut-il plus que tout [autre] bois, le sarment qui est parmi les arbres de la forêt ? |

Son of man, what is the wood of the vine more than any wood, the vine-branch, which is among the trees of the forest? |
Hijo de hombre, ¿qué es la madera de la vid más que cualquier otra madera? ¿Qué es el sarmiento entre los árboles del bosque? |

Shall wood be taken thereof to do any work? or will men take a pin of it to hang any vessel thereon? |
En prendra-t-on du bois pour en faire quelque ouvrage, ou en prendra-t-on une cheville pour y suspendre quelque ustensile ? |

Behold, it is cast into the fire for fuel; the fire devoureth both the ends of it, and the midst of it is burned. Is it meet for any work? |
Voici, on le met au feu pour être consumé ; le feu en consume les deux bouts, et le milieu est brûlé. Serait-il propre à un ouvrage ? |

Behold, it is given to the fire for fuel: the fire consumeth both the ends of it, and the midst of it is burned; is it fit for any work? |
He aquí, es puesta en el fuego para ser consumida; sus dos extremos consumió el fuego, y la parte de en medio se quemó; ¿servirá para obra alguna? |

Behold, when it was whole, it was meet for no work: how much less shall it be meet yet for any work, when the fire hath devoured it, and it is burned? |
Voici, quand il était entier, on n'en a fait aucun ouvrage ; combien moins, quand le feu l'aura consumé et qu'il sera brûlé, en fera-t-on encore un ouvrage. |

Behold, when it was whole, it was used for no work; how much less when the fire hath consumed it, and it is burned, should it yet be used for any work? |
He aquí que cuando estaba entera no servía para obra alguna; ¿cuánto menos después que el fuego la hubiere consumido, y fuere quemada? ¿Servirá más para obra alguna? |

Therefore thus saith the Lord God; As the vine tree among the trees of the forest, which I have given to the fire for fuel, so will I give the inhabitants of Jerusalem. |
C'est pourquoi, ainsi dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel : Comme le bois de la vigne parmi les arbres de la forêt, que j'ai livré au feu pour être consumé, ainsi je livrerai les habitants de Jérusalem, et je mettrai ma face contre eux : |

Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: As the wood of the vine among the trees of the forest, which I have given to the fire for fuel, so will I give the inhabitants of Jerusalem. |
Por tanto, así ha dicho Jehová el Señor: Como la madera de la vid entre los árboles del bosque, la cual di al fuego para que la consumiese, así haré a los moradores de Jerusalén. |

And I will set my face against them; they shall go out from one fire, and another fire shall devour them; and ye shall know that I am the Lord, when I set my face against them. |
ils sortiront d'un feu, et un [autre] feu les consumera ; et vous saurez que je suis l'Éternel, quand j'aurai mis ma face contre eux. |

And I will set my face against them: they shall go forth from one fire, and another fire shall devour them; and ye shall know that I am Jehovah when I set my face against them. |
Y pondré mi rostro contra ellos; aunque del fuego se escaparon, fuego los consumirá; y sabréis que yo soy Jehová, cuando pusiere mi rostro contra ellos. |

And I will make the land desolate, because they have committed a trespass, saith the Lord God. |
Et je ferai du pays une désolation, parce qu'ils ont commis le péchéa, dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel. |

And I will make the land a desolation, because they have wrought unfaithfulness, saith the Lord Jehovah. |
Y convertiré la tierra en asolamiento, por cuanto cometieron prevaricación, dice Jehová el Señor. |
