Israel is an empty vine, he bringeth forth fruit unto himself: according to the multitude of his fruit he hath increased the altars; according to the goodness of his land they have made goodly images. |
Israël est une vigne branchue ; il porte du fruit pour lui-mêmea. Selon l'abondance de son fruit, il a multiplié les autels ; selon la beauté de son pays, il a rendu belles ses statues. |

Their heart is divided; now shall they be found faulty: he shall break down their altars, he shall spoil their images. |
Leur cœur est flatteurb ; maintenant ils seront tenus pour coupables. Il abattra leurs autels, il détruira leurs statues ; |

Está dividido su corazón. Ahora serán hallados culpables; Jehová demolerá sus altares, destruirá sus ídolos. |

For now they shall say, We have no king, because we feared not the Lord; what then should a king do to us? |
car maintenant ils diront : Nous n'avons pas de roi, car nous n'avons pas craint l'Éternel ; et un roi, que ferait-il pour nous ? |

For now they will say, We have no king, for we feared not Jehovah; and a king, what can he do for us? |
Seguramente dirán ahora: No tenemos rey, porque no temimos a Jehová; ¿y qué haría el rey por nosotros? |

They have spoken words, swearing falsely in making a covenant: thus judgment springeth up as hemlock in the furrows of the field. |
Ils prononcent des paroles, ils jurent faussement, [et] ils concluent une alliance ; aussi le jugement poussera comme une plante vénéneuse dans les sillons des champs. |

Han hablado palabras jurando en vano al hacer pacto; por tanto, el juicio florecerá como ajenjo en los surcos del campo. |

The inhabitants of Samaria shall fear because of the calves of Beth–aven: for the people thereof shall mourn over it, and the priests thereof that rejoiced on it, for the glory thereof, because it is departed from it. |
L'habitant de Samarie a peur pour le veauc de Beth-Aven ; car son peuple mènera deuil sur lui, et ses Camarimd trembleront à cause de lui, pour sa gloire, car elle a été transportée d'auprès de luie ; |

The inhabitants of Samaria shall fear because of the calf of Beth-aven; for the people thereof shall mourn over it, and the idolatrous priests thereof shall tremble for it, for its glory, because it is departed from it. |
Por las becerras de Bet-avéna serán atemorizados los moradores de Samaria; porque su pueblo lamentará a causa del becerro, y sus sacerdotes que en él se regocijaban por su gloria, la cual será disipada. |

It shall be also carried unto Assyria for a present to king Jareb: Ephraim shall receive shame, and Israel shall be ashamed of his own counsel. |
on le porte à l'Assyrie, comme présent au roi Jarebf. Éphraïm est saisi de honte, et Israël aura honte de son conseil. |

Yea, it shall be carried unto Assyria as a present for king Jareb: Ephraim shall be seized with shame, and Israel shall be ashamed of his own counsel. |
Aun será él llevado a Asiria como presente al rey Jareb; Efraín será avergonzado, e Israel se avergonzará de su consejo. |

As for Samaria, her king is cut off as the foam upon the water. |
Samarie [est détruite], son roi a péri, comme un fétug sur la face des eaux ; |

De Samaria fue cortado su rey como espuma sobre la superficie de las aguas. |

The high places also of Aven, the sin of Israel, shall be destroyed: the thorn and the thistle shall come up on their altars; and they shall say to the mountains, Cover us; and to the hills, Fall on us. |
et les hauts lieux d'Aven, le péché d'Israël, seront détruits. L'épine et la ronce monteront sur leurs autels ; et ils diront aux montagnes : Couvrez-nous ! et aux collines : Tombez sur nous ! |

O Israel, thou hast sinned from the days of Gibeah: there they stood: the battle in Gibeah against the children of iniquity did not overtake them. |

It is in my desire that I should chastise them; and the people shall be gathered against them, when they shall bind themselves in their two furrows. |
Selon mon bon plaisir, je les châtierai ; et les peuples seront rassemblés contre eux, quand ils seront liés pour leurs deux iniquités. |

And Ephraim is as an heifer that is taught, and loveth to tread out the corn; but I passed over upon her fair neck: I will make Ephraim to ride; Judah shall plow, and Jacob shall break his clods. |
Et Éphraïm est une génisse dressée, qui aime à fouler le blé ; et j'ai passé sur son beau cou : je ferai tirer le chariot à Éphraïm ; Juda labourera, et Jacob hersera. |

And Ephraim is a trained heifer, that loveth to tread out the corn ; I have passed over upon her fair neck: I will make Ephraim to draw; Judah shall plough, Jacob shall break his clods. |
Efraín es novilla domada, que le gusta trillar, mas yo pasaré sobre su lozana cerviz; haré llevar yugo a Efraín; arará Judá, quebrará sus terrones Jacob. |

Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the Lord, till he come and rain righteousness upon you. |
Semez pour vous en justice, moissonnez selon la piété. Défrichez pour vous un terrain neuf ; [c'est] le temps pour chercher l'Éternel, jusqu'à ce qu'il vienne et qu'il fasse pleuvoir sur vous la justice. |

Ye have plowed wickedness, ye have reaped iniquity; ye have eaten the fruit of lies: because thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men. |
Vous avez labouré la méchanceté, moissonné l'iniquité, mangé le fruit du mensonge ; car tu as eu confiance en ta voie, en la multitude de tes hommes forts. |

Ye have ploughed wickedness, reaped iniquity, eaten the fruit of lies; for thou didst confide in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men. |
Habéis arado impiedad, y segasteis iniquidad; comeréis fruto de mentira, porque confiaste en tu camino y en la multitud de tus valientes. |

Therefore shall a tumult arise among thy people, and all thy fortresses shall be spoiled, as Shalman spoiled Beth–arbel in the day of battle: the mother was dashed in pieces upon her children. |
Et un tumulte s'élèvera parmi tes peuples, et toutes tes forteresses seront détruites, comme Shalman détruisit Beth-Arbel, au jour de la guerre : la mère fut écrasée avec les fils. |

And a tumult shall arise among thy peoples, and all thy fortresses shall be spoiled, as Shalman spoiled Beth-arbel in the day of battle: the mother was dashed in pieces with the children. |
Por tanto, en tus pueblos se levantará alboroto, y todas tus fortalezas serán destruidas, como destruyó Salmán a Bet-arbel en el día de la batalla, cuando la madre fue destrozada con los hijos. |

So shall Beth–el do unto you because of your great wickedness: in a morning shall the king of Israel utterly be cut off. |
Béthel vous fera de même, à cause de la méchanceté de votre méchanceté : à l'aube du jour, le roi d'Israël aura entièrement cessé d'être. |

Así hará a vosotros Bet-el, por causa de vuestra gran maldad; a la mañana será del todo cortado el rey de Israel. |
