And an angel of the Lord came up from Gilgal to Bochim, and said, I made you to go up out of Egypt, and have brought you unto the land which I sware unto your fathers; and I said, I will never break my covenant with you. |
Et l'Ange de l'Éternel monta de Guilgal à Bokim ; et il dit : Je vous ai fait monter d'Égypte, et je vous ai introduits dans le pays que j'avais promis par serment à vos pères, et j'ai dit : Je ne romprai jamais mon alliance avec vous ; |

El ángel de Jehová subió de Gilgal a Boquim, y dijo: Yo os saqué de Egipto, y os introduje en la tierra de la cual había jurado a vuestros padres, diciendo: No invalidaré jamás mi pacto con vosotros, |

And ye shall make no league with the inhabitants of this land; ye shall throw down their altars: but ye have not obeyed my voice: why have ye done this? |
et vous, vous ne traiterez point alliance avec les habitants de ce pays, vous démolirez leurs autels. Et vous n'avez pas écouté ma voix. Pourquoi avez-vous fait cela ? |

ye shall make no covenant with the inhabitants of this land; ye shall throw down their altars: but ye have not hearkened unto my voice. Why have ye done this? |
con tal que vosotros no hagáis pacto con los moradores de esta tierra, cuyos altares habéis de derribar;a mas vosotros no habéis atendido a mi voz. ¿Por qué habéis hecho esto? |

Wherefore I also said, I will not drive them out from before you; but they shall be as thorns in your sides, and their gods shall be a snare unto you. |
Et aussi j'ai dit : Je ne les chasserai pas de devant vous, et ils seront à vos côtés, et leurs dieux vous seront en piège. |

Por tanto, yo también digo: No los echaré de delante de vosotros, sino que serán azotes para vuestros costados, y sus dioses os serán tropezadero. |

And it came to pass, when the angel of the Lord spake these words unto all the children of Israel, that the people lifted up their voice, and wept. |
Et il arriva que, comme l'Ange de l'Éternel disait ces paroles à tous les fils d'Israël, le peuple éleva sa voix et pleura. |

And they called the name of that place Bochim: and they sacrificed there unto the Lord. |
Et ils appelèrent le nom de ce lieu-là Bokima ; et ils sacrifièrent là à l'Éternel. |

Y llamaron el nombre de aquel lugar Boquim,b y ofrecieron allí sacrificios a Jehová. |

And when Joshua had let the people go, the children of Israel went every man unto his inheritance to possess the land. |
☆ Et Josué renvoya le peuple, et les fils d'Israël s'en allèrent chacun à son héritage pour posséder le pays. |

And Joshua dismissed the people, and the children of Israel went every man to his inheritance to possess the land. |
Porque ya Josué había despedido al pueblo, y los hijos de Israel se habían ido cada uno a su heredad para poseerla. |

And the people served the Lord all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders that outlived Joshua, who had seen all the great works of the Lord, that he did for Israel. |
Et le peuple servit l'Éternel tous les jours de Josué, et tous les jours des anciens dont les jours se prolongèrent après Josué, [et] qui avaient vu toute la grande œuvre de l'Éternel, qu'il avait faite pour Israël. |

And the people served Jehovah all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders whose days were prolonged after Joshua, who had seen all the great works of Jehovah, which he had done for Israel. |
Y el pueblo había servido a Jehová todo el tiempo de Josué, y todo el tiempo de los ancianos que sobrevivieron a Josué, los cuales habían visto todas las grandes obras de Jehová, que él había hecho por Israel. |

And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the Lord, died, being an hundred and ten years old. |
Et Josué, fils de Nun, serviteur de l'Éternel, mourut, âgé de cent dix ans. |

And they buried him in the border of his inheritance in Timnath–heres, in the mount of Ephraim, on the north side of the hill Gaash. |
Et on l'enterra dans les limites de son héritage, à Thimnath-Hérèsb, dans la montagne d'Éphraïm, au nord de la montagne de Gaash. |

And also all that generation were gathered unto their fathers: and there arose another generation after them, which knew not the Lord, nor yet the works which he had done for Israel. |
Et toute cette génération fut aussi recueillie vers ses pères ; et après eux, se leva une autre génération qui ne connaissait pas l'Éternel, ni l'œuvre qu'il avait faite pour Israël.c |

Y toda aquella generación también fue reunida a sus padres. Y se levantó después de ellos otra generación que no conocía a Jehová, ni la obra que él había hecho por Israel. |

And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the Lord, and served Baalim: |
Et les fils d'Israël firent ce qui est mauvais aux yeux de l'Éternel, et servirent les Baalsd. |

And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of Jehovah, and served the Baals. |
Después los hijos de Israel hicieron lo malo ante los ojos de Jehová, y sirvieron a los baales. |

And they forsook the Lord God of their fathers, which brought them out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods, of the gods of the people that were round about them, and bowed themselves unto them, and provoked the Lord to anger. |
Et ils abandonnèrent l'Éternel, le Dieu de leurs pères, qui les avait fait sortir du pays d'Égypte ; et ils marchèrent après d'autres dieux, d'entre les dieux des peuples qui étaient autour d'eux, et se prosternèrent devant eux ; et ils provoquèrent à colère l'Éternel, |

And they forsook Jehovah the God of their fathers, who had brought them up out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods of the gods of the peoples that were round about them, and bowed themselves to them, and provoked Jehovah to anger. |
Dejaron a Jehová el Dios de sus padres, que los había sacado de la tierra de Egipto, y se fueron tras otros dioses, los dioses de los pueblos que estaban en sus alrededores, a los cuales adoraron; y provocaron a ira a Jehová. |

And they forsook the Lord, and served Baal and Ashtaroth. |
et abandonnèrent l'Éternel, et servirent Baal et Ashtarothe. |

Y dejaron a Jehová, y adoraron a Baal y a Astarot. |

And the anger of the Lord was hot against Israel, and he delivered them into the hands of spoilers that spoiled them, and he sold them into the hands of their enemies round about, so that they could not any longer stand before their enemies. |
Et la colère de l'Éternel s'embrasa contre Israël ; et il les livra en la main de pillards qui les pillèrent ; et il les vendit en la main de leurs ennemis d'alentour ; et ils ne purent plus se maintenir devant leurs ennemis. |

Y se encendió contra Israel el furor de Jehová, el cual los entregó en manos de robadores que los despojaron, y los vendió en mano de sus enemigos de alrededor; y no pudieron ya hacer frente a sus enemigos. |

Whithersoever they went out, the hand of the Lord was against them for evil, as the Lord had said, and as the Lord had sworn unto them: and they were greatly distressed. |
Partout où ils sortaient, la main de l'Éternel était contre eux en mal, comme l'Éternel avait dit, et comme l'Éternel le leur avait juré ; et ils furent dans une grande détresse. |

Whithersoever they went out the hand of Jehovah was against them for evil, as Jehovah had said, and as Jehovah had sworn unto them; and they were greatly distressed. |
Por dondequiera que salían, la mano de Jehová estaba contra ellos para mal, como Jehová había dicho, y como Jehová se lo había jurado; y tuvieron gran aflicción. |

Nevertheless the Lord raised up judges, which delivered them out of the hand of those that spoiled them. |
Et l'Éternel suscita des juges ; et ils les délivrèrent de la main de ceux qui les pillaient. |

And Jehovah raised up judges, and they saved them out of the hand of those that spoiled them. |
Y Jehová levantó jueces que los librasen de mano de los que les despojaban; |

And yet they would not hearken unto their judges, but they went a whoring after other gods, and bowed themselves unto them: they turned quickly out of the way which their fathers walked in, obeying the commandments of the Lord; but they did not so. |
Mais, même leurs juges, ils ne les écoutèrent pas ; car ils se prostituèrent après d'autres dieux et se prosternèrent devant eux ; ils se détournèrent vite du chemin où leurs pères avaient marché en écoutant les commandements de l'Éternel : ils ne firent pas ainsi. |

But they did not even hearken to their judges, for they went a whoring after other gods, and bowed themselves to them; they turned quickly out of the way that their fathers had walked in, obeying the commandments of Jehovah; they did not so. |
pero tampoco oyeron a sus jueces, sino que fueron tras dioses ajenos, a los cuales adoraron; se apartaron pronto del camino en que anduvieron sus padres obedeciendo a los mandamientos de Jehová; ellos no hicieron así. |

And when the Lord raised them up judges, then the Lord was with the judge, and delivered them out of the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge: for it repented the Lord because of their groanings by reason of them that oppressed them and vexed them. |
Et quand l'Éternel leur suscitait des juges, l'Éternel était avec le juge, et les délivrait de la main de leurs ennemis pendant tous les jours du juge ; car l'Éternel avait pitié, à cause de leur gémissement devant ceux qui les opprimaient et qui les accablaient. |

And when Jehovah raised them up judges, then Jehovah was with the judge, and saved them out of the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge; for it repented Jehovah because of their groanings by reason of them that oppressed them and crushed them. |
Y cuando Jehová les levantaba jueces, Jehová estaba con el juez, y los libraba de mano de los enemigos todo el tiempo de aquel juez; porque Jehová era movido a misericordia por sus gemidos a causa de los que los oprimían y afligían. |

And it came to pass, when the judge was dead, that they returned, and corrupted themselves more than their fathers, in following other gods to serve them, and to bow down unto them; they ceased not from their own doings, nor from their stubborn way. |
Et il arrivait que, lorsque le juge mourait, ils retournaient à se corrompre plus que leurs pères, marchant après d'autres dieux pour les servir et pour se prosterner devant eux : ils n'abandonnaient rien de leurs actions et de leur voie obstinée. |

And it came to pass when the judge died, that they turned back and corrupted themselves more than their fathers, in following other gods to serve them, and to bow down to them: they ceased not from their own doings, nor from their stubborn way. |
Mas acontecía que al morir el juez, ellos volvían atrás, y se corrompían más que sus padres, siguiendo a dioses ajenos para servirles, e inclinándose delante de ellos; y no se apartaban de sus obras, ni de su obstinado camino. |

And the anger of the Lord was hot against Israel; and he said, Because that this people hath transgressed my covenant which I commanded their fathers, and have not hearkened unto my voice; |
Et la colère de l'Éternel s'embrasa contre Israël, et il dit : Puisque cette nation a transgressé mon alliance, que j'avais commandée à leurs pères, et qu'ils n'ont pas écouté ma voix, |

And the anger of Jehovah was hot against Israel; and he said, Because this nation hath transgressed my covenant which I commanded their fathers, and hath not hearkened unto my voice, |
Y la ira de Jehová se encendió contra Israel, y dijo: Por cuanto este pueblo traspasa mi pacto que ordené a sus padres, y no obedece a mi voz, |

I also will not henceforth drive out any from before them of the nations which Joshua left when he died: |
moi aussi je ne déposséderai plus un homme devant eux, d'entre les nations que Josué laissa quand il mourut, |

I also will not henceforth dispossess from before them any of the nations that Joshua left when he died; |
tampoco yo volveré más a arrojar de delante de ellos a ninguna de las naciones que dejó Josué cuando murió; |

That through them I may prove Israel, whether they will keep the way of the Lord to walk therein, as their fathers did keep it, or not. |
afin d'éprouver par elles Israël, s'ils garderont la voie de l'Éternel pour y marcher, comme leurs pères l'ont gardée, ou non. |

Therefore the Lord left those nations, without driving them out hastily; neither delivered he them into the hand of Joshua. |
Et l'Éternel laissa subsister ces nations sans se hâter de les déposséder ; il ne les livra pas en la main de Josué. |

Por esto dejó Jehová a aquellas naciones, sin arrojarlas de una vez, y no las entregó en mano de Josué. |
