1	And Samson went down to Timnath, and saw a woman in Timnath of the daughters of the Philistines.	Et Samson descendit à Thimna ; et il vit à Thimna une femme d'entre les filles des Philistins.	And Samson went down to Timnathah, and saw a woman in Timnathah of the daughters of the Philistines.	Descendió Sansón a Timnat, y vio en Timnat a una mujer de las hijas de los filisteos.
2	And he came up, and told his father and his mother, and said, I have seen a woman in Timnath of the daughters of the Philistines: now therefore get her for me to wife.	Et il remonta et le raconta à son père et à sa mère, et dit : J'ai vu à Thimna une femme d'entre les filles des Philistins ; et maintenant, prenez-la-moi pour femme.	And he went up, and told his father and his mother, and said, I have seen a woman in Timnathah of the daughters of the Philistines; and now take her for me as wife.	Y subió, y lo declaró a su padre y a su madre, diciendo: Yo he visto en Timnat una mujer de las hijas de los filisteos; os ruego que me la toméis por mujer.
3	Then his father and his mother said unto him, Is there never a woman among the daughters of thy brethren, or among all my people, that thou goest to take a wife of the uncircumcised Philistines? And Samson said unto his father, Get her for me; for she pleaseth me well.	Et son père et sa mère lui dirent : N'y a-t-il pas de femme parmi les filles de tes frères, et dans tout mon peuple, que tu ailles prendre une femme d'entre les Philistins, les incirconcis ? Et Samson dit à son père : Prends celle-là pour moi, car elle plaît à mes yeux.	And his father and his mother said to him, Is there no woman among the daughters of thy brethren, and among all my people, that thou goest to take a wife of the Philistines, the uncircumcised? And Samson said to his father, Take her for me, for she pleases me well.	Y su padre y su madre le dijeron: ¿No hay mujer entre las hijas de tus hermanos, ni en todo nuestro pueblo, para que vayas tú a tomar mujer de los filisteos incircuncisos? Y Sansón respondió a su padre: Tómame esta por mujer, porque ella me agrada.
4	But his father and his mother knew not that it was of the Lord, that he sought an occasion against the Philistines: for at that time the Philistines had dominion over Israel.	Et son père et sa mère ne savaient pas que cela venait de l'Éternel ; car [Samson] cherchait une occasion de la part des Philistins. Or en ce temps-là les Philistins dominaient sur Israël.	And his father and his mother did not know that it was of Jehovah, that he was seeking an occasion against the Philistines. Now at that time the Philistines were ruling over Israel.	Mas su padre y su madre no sabían que esto venía de Jehová, porque él buscaba ocasión contra los filisteos; pues en aquel tiempo los filisteos dominaban sobre Israel.
5	Then went Samson down, and his father and his mother, to Timnath, and came to the vineyards of Timnath: and, behold, a young lion roared against him.	Et Samson descendit à Thimna avec son père et sa mère ; et ils arrivèrent jusqu'aux vignes de Thimna. Et voici, un jeune lion rugissant [vint] à sa rencontre.	And Samson went down, and his father and his mother, to Timnathah; and they came to the vineyards of Timnathah. And behold, a young lion roared against him;	Y Sansón descendió con su padre y con su madre a Timnat; y cuando llegaron a las viñas de Timnat, he aquí un león joven que venía rugiendo hacia él.
6	And the Spirit of the Lord came mightily upon him, and he rent him as he would have rent a kid, and he had nothing in his hand: but he told not his father or his mother what he had done.	Et l'Esprit de l'Éternel le saisit : et il le déchira, comme on déchire un chevreau, quoiqu'il n'eût rien en sa main ; et il ne déclara point à son père ni à sa mère ce qu'il avait fait.	and the Spirit of Jehovah came upon him, and he rent it as one rends a kid, and nothing was in his hand. And he did not tell his father or his mother what he had done.	Y el Espíritu de Jehová vino sobre Sansón, quien despedazó al león como quien despedaza un cabrito, sin tener nada en su mano; y no declaró ni a su padre ni a su madre lo que había hecho.
7	And he went down, and talked with the woman; and she pleased Samson well.	Et il descendit, et parla à la femme, et elle plut aux yeux de Samson.	And he went down and talked with the woman; and she pleased Samson well.	Descendió, pues, y habló a la mujer; y ella agradó a Sansón.
8	And after a time he returned to take her, and he turned aside to see the carcase of the lion: and, behold, there was a swarm of bees and honey in the carcase of the lion.	Et il retourna quelque temps après pour la prendre, et se détourna pour voir le cadavre du lion ; et voici, il y avait dans le corps du lion un essaim d'abeilles, et du miel ;	And he returned after a time to take her, and he turned aside to see the carcase of the lion; and behold, there was a swarm of bees in the carcase of the lion, and honey;	Y volviendo después de algunos días para tomarla, se apartó del camino para ver el cuerpo muerto del león; y he aquí que en el cuerpo del león había un enjambre de abejas, y un panal de miel.
9	And he took thereof in his hands, and went on eating, and came to his father and mother, and he gave them, and they did eat: but he told not them that he had taken the honey out of the carcase of the lion.	et il en prit dans ses mains, et s'en alla, mangeant en chemin ; et il alla vers son père et vers sa mère, et leur en donna, et ils en mangèrent ; mais il ne leur raconta pas qu'il avait tiré le miel du corps du lion.	and he took it out in his hands, and went on, and ate as he went. And he came to his father and to his mother, and gave them, and they ate; but he did not tell them that he had taken the honey out of the carcase of the lion.	Y tomándolo en sus manos, se fue comiéndolo por el camino; y cuando alcanzó a su padre y a su madre, les dio también a ellos que comiesen; mas no les descubrió que había tomado aquella miel del cuerpo del león.
10	So his father went down unto the woman: and Samson made there a feast; for so used the young men to do.	Et son père descendit vers la femme, et Samson fit là un festin ; car c'est ainsi que les jeunes gens avaient l'habitude de faire.	And his father went down to the woman, and Samson made there a feast; for so used the young men to do.	Vino, pues, su padre adonde estaba la mujer, y Sansón hizo allí banquete; porque así solían hacer los jóvenes.
11	And it came to pass, when they saw him, that they brought thirty companions to be with him.	Et il arriva que, quand ils le virent, ils prirent trente compagnons, et ils furent avec lui.	And it came to pass when they saw him, that they brought thirty companions, and they were with him.	Y aconteció que cuando ellos le vieron, tomaron treinta compañeros para que estuviesen con él.
12	And Samson said unto them, I will now put forth a riddle unto you: if ye can certainly declare it me within the seven days of the feast, and find it out, then I will give you thirty sheets and thirty change of garments:	Et Samson leur dit : Je vous proposerai, s'il vous plaît, une énigme ; si vous me l'expliquez dans les sept jours du festin et si vous la trouvez, je vous donnerai trente chemises, et trente vêtements de rechange.	And Samson said to them, Let me now propound a riddle to you; if ye clearly explain it to me within the seven days of the feast, and find it out, then I will give you thirty shirts, and thirty changes of garments.	Y Sansón les dijo: Yo os propondré ahora un enigma, y si en los siete días del banquete me lo declaráis y descifráis, yo os daré treinta vestidos de lino y treinta vestidos de fiesta.
13	But if ye cannot declare it me, then shall ye give me thirty sheets and thirty change of garments. And they said unto him, Put forth thy riddle, that we may hear it.	Mais si vous ne pouvez pas me l'expliquer, c'est vous qui me donnerez trente chemises, et trente vêtements de rechange. Et ils lui dirent : Propose ton énigme, et nous l'entendrons.	But if ye cannot explain it to me, then shall ye give me thirty shirts, and thirty changes of garments. And they said to him, Propound thy riddle, that we may hear it.	Mas si no me lo podéis declarar, entonces vosotros me daréis a mí los treinta vestidos de lino y los vestidos de fiesta. Y ellos respondieron: Propón tu enigma, y lo oiremos.
14	And he said unto them, Out of the eater came forth meat, and out of the strong came forth sweetness. And they could not in three days expound the riddle.	Et il leur dit : De celui qui mange est sorti le manger, et du fort est sortie la douceur. Et pendant trois jours ils ne purent expliquer l'énigme.	And he said to them, Out of the eater came forth food, And out of the strong came forth sweetness. And they could not in three days explain the riddle.	Entonces les dijo: Del devorador salió comida, Y del fuerte salió dulzura. Y ellos no pudieron declararle el enigma en tres días.
15	And it came to pass on the seventh day, that they said unto Samson’s wife, Entice thy husband, that he may declare unto us the riddle, lest we burn thee and thy father’s house with fire: have ye called us to take that we have? is it not so?	Et il arriva, le septième jour, qu'ils dirent à la femme de Samson : Persuade ton mari, et il nous expliquera l'énigme, de peur que nous ne te brûlions au feu, toi et la maison de ton père. C'est pour nous dépouiller que vous nous avez appelés, n'est-ce pas ?	And it came to pass on the seventh day, that they said to Samson's wife, Persuade thy husband, that he may explain to us the riddle, lest we burn thee and thy father's house with fire. Have ye invited us to impoverish us, --is it not so ?	Al séptimo día dijeron a la mujer de Sansón: Induce a tu marido a que nos declare este enigma, para que no te quememos a ti y a la casa de tu padre. ¿Nos habéis llamado aquí para despojarnos?
16	And Samson’s wife wept before him, and said, Thou dost but hate me, and lovest me not: thou hast put forth a riddle unto the children of my people, and hast not told it me. And he said unto her, Behold, I have not told it my father nor my mother, and shall I tell it thee?	Et la femme de Samson pleura auprès de lui, et dit : Tu n'as pour moi que de la haine, et tu ne m'aimes pas ; tu as proposé une énigme aux fils de mon peuple, et tu ne me l'as pas expliquée. Et il lui dit : Voici, je ne l'ai pas expliquée à mon père et à ma mère, et je te l'expliquerais à toi ?	And Samson's wife wept before him, and said, Thou dost but hate me, and lovest me not. Thou hast propounded the riddle to the children of my people, and hast not explained it to me. And he said to her, Behold, I have not explained it to my father nor my mother, and shall I explain it to thee?	Y lloró la mujer de Sansón en presencia de él, y dijo: Solamente me aborreces, y no me amas, pues no me declaras el enigma que propusiste a los hijos de mi pueblo. Y él respondió: He aquí que ni a mi padre ni a mi madre lo he declarado, ¿y te lo había de declarar a ti?
17	And she wept before him the seven days, while their feast lasted: and it came to pass on the seventh day, that he told her, because she lay sore upon him: and she told the riddle to the children of her people.	Et elle pleura auprès de lui pendant les sept jours qu'ils eurent le festin ; et il arriva, le septième jour, qu'il la lui expliqua, parce qu'elle le tourmentait ; et elle expliqua l'énigme aux fils de son peuple.	And she wept before him the seven days, while they had the feast. And it came to pass on the seventh day, that he explained it to her, for she pressed him. And she explained the riddle to the children of her people.	Y ella lloró en presencia de él los siete días que ellos tuvieron banquete; mas al séptimo día él se lo declaró, porque le presionaba; y ella lo declaró a los hijos de su pueblo.
18	And the men of the city said unto him on the seventh day before the sun went down, What is sweeter than honey? and what is stronger than a lion? And he said unto them, If ye had not plowed with my heifer, ye had not found out my riddle.	Et le septième jour, avant que le soleil se couchât, les hommes de la ville lui dirent : Qu'y a-t-il de plus doux que le miel, et qu'y a-t-il de plus fort que le lion ? Et il leur dit : Si vous n'aviez pas labouré avec ma génisse, vous n'auriez pas trouvé mon énigme.	And the men of the city said to him on the seventh day before the sun went down, What is sweeter than honey, And what stronger than a lion? And he said to them, If ye had not ploughed with my heifer, Ye had not found out my riddle.	Al séptimo día, antes que el sol se pusiese, los de la ciudad le dijeron: ¿Qué cosa más dulce que la miel? ¿Y qué cosa más fuerte que el león? Y él les respondió: Si no araseis con mi novilla, Nunca hubierais descubierto mi enigma.
19	And the Spirit of the Lord came upon him, and he went down to Ashkelon, and slew thirty men of them, and took their spoil, and gave change of garments unto them which expounded the riddle. And his anger was kindled, and he went up to his father’s house.	Et l'Esprit de l'Éternel le saisit ; et il descendit à Askalon, et en tuaa trente hommes, et prit leurs dépouilles, et donna les vêtements de rechange à ceux qui avaient expliqué l'énigme. Et sa colère s'embrasa, et il monta à la maison de son père.	And the Spirit of Jehovah came upon him, and he went down to Ashkelon, and slew of them thirty men, and took their spoil, and gave the changes of garments unto them that explained the riddle. And his anger was kindled, and he went up to his father's house.	Y el Espíritu de Jehová vino sobre él, y descendió a Ascalón y mató a treinta hombres de ellos; y tomando sus despojos, dio las mudas de vestidos a los que habían explicado el enigma; y encendido en enojo se volvió a la casa de su padre.
20	But Samson’s wife was given to his companion, whom he had used as his friend.	Et la femme de Samson fut [donnée] à son compagnon, dont il avait fait son ami.	And Samson's wife was given to his companion, whom he had made his friend.	Y la mujer de Sansón fue dada a su compañero, al cual él había tratado como su amigo.
