Then the prophets, Haggai the prophet, and Zechariah the son of Iddo, prophesied unto the Jews that were in Judah and Jerusalem in the name of the God of Israel, even unto them. |
☆ Et les prophètes, Aggée le prophète, et Zacharie, fils d'Iddo, prophétisèrent aux Juifs qui étaient en Juda et à Jérusalem, au nom du Dieu d'Israël. |

Then rose up Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and began to build the house of God which is at Jerusalem: and with them were the prophets of God helping them. |
Alors Zorobabel, fils de Shealthiel, et Jéshua, fils de Jotsadak, se levèrent et commencèrent à bâtir la maison de Dieu qui est à Jérusalem ; et avec eux, les prophètes de Dieu qui les assistaient. |

Then rose up Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and began to build the house of God which is at Jerusalem; and with them were the prophets of God, who helped them. |
Entonces se levantaron Zorobabelc hijo de Salatiel y Jesúa hijo de Josadac, y comenzaron a reedificar la casa de Dios que estaba en Jerusalén; y con ellos los profetas de Dios que les ayudaban. |

At the same time came to them Tatnai, governor on this side the river, and Shethar–boznai, and their companions, and said thus unto them, Who hath commanded you to build this house, and to make up this wall? |
En ce temps-là, Thathnaï, gouverneur de ce côté du fleuve, et Shethar-Boznaï, et leurs collègues, vinrent vers eux, et leur parlèrent ainsi : Qui vous a donné ordre de bâtir cette maison et d'achever cette muraille ? |

At that time came to them Tatnai, governor on this side the river, and Shethar-boznai, and their companions, and said thus to them: Who gave you orders to build this house and to complete this wall? |
En aquel tiempo vino a ellos Tatnai gobernador del otro lado del río, y Setar-boznai y sus compañeros, y les dijeron así: ¿Quién os ha dado orden para edificar esta casa y levantar estos muros? |

Then said we unto them after this manner, What are the names of the men that make this building? |
Alors nous leur dîmesa quels étaient les noms des hommes qui bâtissaient cet édifice. |

And they said to them after this manner: What are the names of the men that build this building? |
Ellos también preguntaron: ¿Cuáles son los nombres de los hombres que hacen este edificio? |

But the eye of their God was upon the elders of the Jews, that they could not cause them to cease, till the matter came to Darius: and then they returned answer by letter concerning this matter. |
Et l'œil de leur Dieu était sur les anciens des Juifs ; et ils ne les firent pas cesser jusqu'à ce que l'affaire parvînt à Darius ; et alors ils répondirent par lettre à ce sujet. |

The copy of the letter that Tatnai, governor on this side the river, and Shethar–boznai, and his companions the Apharsachites, which were on this side the river, sent unto Darius the king: |
Copie de la lettre que Thathnaï, gouverneur de ce côté du fleuve, et Shethar-Boznaï et ses collègues les Apharsakites, qui étaient de ce côté du fleuve, envoyèrent au roi Darius. |

The copy of the letter that Tatnai, governor on this side the river, and Shethar-boznai, and his companions the Apharsachites, who were on this side the river, sent to Darius the king. |
Copia de la carta que Tatnai gobernador del otro lado del río, y Setar-boznai, y sus compañeros los gobernadores que estaban al otro lado del río, enviaron al rey Darío. |

They sent a letter unto him, wherein was written thus; Unto Darius the king, all peace. |
Ils lui envoyèrent un rapport dans lequel il était ainsi écrit : Au roi Darius, toute paix ! |

Be it known unto the king, that we went into the province of Judea, to the house of the great God, which is builded with great stones, and timber is laid in the walls, and this work goeth fast on, and prospereth in their hands. |
Qu'il soit connu du roi que nous sommes allés dans la province de Juda, à la maison du grand Dieu ; et elle se bâtit avec de grandes pierresb, et le bois se pose dans les murs ; et cet ouvrage se poursuit avec zèle et prospère dans leurs mains. |

Be it known to the king that we went into the province of Judah, to the house of the great God, which is being built with great stones, and timber is laid in the walls, and this work is being carried on with diligence, and prospers in their hand. |
Sea notorio al rey, que fuimos a la provincia de Judea, a la casa del gran Dios, la cual se edifica con piedras grandes; y ya los maderos están puestos en las paredes, y la obra se hace de prisa, y prospera en sus manos. |

Then asked we those elders, and said unto them thus, Who commanded you to build this house, and to make up these walls? |
Alors nous avons interrogé ces anciens, nous leur avons parlé ainsi : Qui vous a donné ordre de bâtir cette maison et d'achever cette muraille ? |

Entonces preguntamos a los ancianos, diciéndoles así: ¿Quién os dio orden para edificar esta casa y para levantar estos muros? |

We asked their names also, to certify thee, that we might write the names of the men that were the chief of them. |
Et nous leur demandâmes aussi leurs noms pour te les faire savoir, afin de t'écrire les noms des hommes qui sont les principaux parmi eux ; |

And thus they returned us answer, saying, We are the servants of the God of heaven and earth, and build the house that was builded these many years ago, which a great king of Israel builded and set up. |
et ils répondirent ainsi, disant : Nous sommes les serviteurs du Dieu des cieux et de la terre, et nous bâtissons la maison qui fut bâtie anciennement, il y a bien des années ; et un grand roi d'Israël l'a bâtie et achevée. |

And thus they returned us answer, saying, We are the servants of the God of the heavens and the earth, and build the house that was built these many years ago; and a great king of Israel built and completed it. |
Y nos respondieron diciendo así: Nosotros somos siervos del Dios del cielo y de la tierra, y reedificamos la casa que ya muchos años antes había sido edificada, la cual edificó y terminó el gran rey de Israel. |

But after that our fathers had provoked the God of heaven unto wrath, he gave them into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, the Chaldean, who destroyed this house, and carried the people away into Babylon. |
Mais quand nos pères provoquèrent le Dieu des cieux, il les livra en la main de Nebucadnetsar, roi de Babylone, le Chaldéen, et il détruisit cette maison et transporta le peuple à Babylone. |

But after that our fathers had provoked the God of the heavens to wrath, he gave them into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, the Chaldean, and he destroyed this house, and carried the people away unto Babylon. |
Mas después que nuestros padres provocaron a ira al Dios de los cielos, él los entregó en mano de Nabucodonosor rey de Babilonia, caldeo, el cual destruyó esta casa y llevó cautivo al pueblo a Babilonia.d |

But in the first year of Cyrus the king of Babylon the same king Cyrus made a decree to build this house of God. |
Mais la première année de Cyrus, roi de Babylone, le roi Cyrus donna ordre de bâtir cette maison de Dieu. |

And the vessels also of gold and silver of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took out of the temple that was in Jerusalem, and brought them into the temple of Babylon, those did Cyrus the king take out of the temple of Babylon, and they were delivered unto one, whose name was Sheshbazzar, whom he had made governor; |
Et aussi les ustensiles d'or et d'argent de la maison de Dieu, que Nebucadnetsar a sortis du temple qui était à Jérusalem et a emportés dans le temple de Babylone, le roi Cyrus les sortit du temple de Babylone, et les livra au nommé Sheshbatsar, qu'il avait fait gouverneur ; |

And the vessels also of gold and silver of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took out of the temple that was at Jerusalem and brought into the temple of Babylon, those did king Cyrus take out of the temple of Babylon, and they were delivered to one Sheshbazzar by name, whom he had appointed governor. |
También los utensilios de oro y de plata de la casa de Dios, que Nabucodonosor había sacado del templo que estaba en Jerusalén y los había llevado al templo de Babilonia, el rey Ciro los sacó del templo de Babilonia, y fueron entregados a Sesbasar, a quien había puesto por gobernador; |

And said unto him, Take these vessels, go, carry them into the temple that is in Jerusalem, and let the house of God be builded in his place. |
et il lui dit : Prends ces ustensiles, va, place-les dans le temple qui est à Jérusalem, et qu'on bâtisse la maison de Dieu sur son emplacement. |

Then came the same Sheshbazzar, and laid the foundation of the house of God which is in Jerusalem: and since that time even until now hath it been in building, and yet it is not finished. |
Alors ce Sheshbatsar est venu et a posé les fondements de la maison de Dieu qui est à Jérusalem, et depuis lors jusqu'à présent elle se bâtit ; mais elle n'est pas achevée. |

Then came the same Sheshbazzar, and laid the foundation of the house of God which is at Jerusalem; and since that time even until now has it been in building, and it is not completed. |
Entonces este Sesbasar vino y puso los cimientos de la casa de Dios, la cual está en Jerusalén, y desde entonces hasta ahora se edifica, y aún no está concluida. |

Now therefore, if it seem good to the king, let there be search made in the king’s treasure house, which is there at Babylon, whether it be so, that a decree was made of Cyrus the king to build this house of God at Jerusalem, and let the king send his pleasure to us concerning this matter. |
Et maintenant, s'il semble bon au roi, qu'on recherche dans la maison des trésors du roi, qui est là à Babylone, s'il est vrai que, de par le roi Cyrus, ordre a été donné de bâtir cette maison de Dieu à Jérusalem ; et que le roi nous envoie sa volonté sur cela. |

And now, if it seem good to the king, let search be made in the king's treasure-house, which is there at Babylon, whether it be so, that orders were given by king Cyrus to build this house of God at Jerusalem; and let the king send his pleasure to us concerning this matter. |
Y ahora, si al rey parece bien, búsquese en la casa de los tesoros del rey que está allí en Babilonia, si es así que por el rey Ciro había sido dada la orden para reedificar esta casa de Dios en Jerusalén, y se nos envíe a decir la voluntad del rey sobre esto. |
