But thou, Beth–lehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. |
(Et toi, Bethléhem Éphrata, bien que tu sois petite entre les milliers de Juda, de toi sortira pour moi celui qui doit dominer en Israël, et duquel les origines ont été d'ancienneté, dès les jours d'éternité.) |

And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of the Lord his God; and they shall abide: for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth. |
Et il se tiendra et paîtra [son troupeau] avec la force de l'Éternel, dans la majesté du nom de l'Éternel, son Dieu. Et ils habiteront [en sûreté], car maintenant il sera grand jusqu'aux bouts de la terrea. Et lui sera la paix. |

And he shall stand and feed his flock in the strength of Jehovah, in the majesty of the name of Jehovah his God. And they shall abide; for now shall he be great even unto the ends of the earth. |
Y él estará, y apacentará con poder de Jehová, con grandeza del nombre de Jehová su Dios; y morarán seguros, porque ahora será engrandecido hasta los fines de la tierra. |

And this man shall be the peace, when the Assyrian shall come into our land: and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds, and eight principal men. |
Quand l'Assyrien entrera dans notre pays, et quand il mettra le pied dans nos palais, nous établirons contre lui sept pasteurs et huit princes des hommes. |

And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword, and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof: thus shall he deliver us from the Assyrian, when he cometh into our land, and when he treadeth within our borders. |
Et ils ravagerontb le pays d'Assyrie avec l'épée, et le pays de Nimrod dans ses portes. Et il [nous] délivrera de l'Assyrien, quand il entrera dans notre pays, et qu'il mettra le pied dans nos confins. |

y devastarán la tierra de Asiria a espada, y con sus espadas la tierra de Nimrod;b y nos librará del asirio, cuando viniere contra nuestra tierra y hollare nuestros confines. |

And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many people as a dew from the Lord, as the showers upon the grass, that tarrieth not for man, nor waiteth for the sons of men. |
Et le résidu de Jacob sera, au milieu de beaucoup de peuples, comme une rosée de par l'Éternel, comme des ondées sur l'herbe, — qui n'attend pas l'homme, et ne dépend pas des fils des hommes. |

And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many peoples as dew from Jehovah, as showers upon the grass, that tarrieth not for man, neither waiteth for the sons of men. |
El remanente de Jacob será en medio de muchos pueblos como el rocío de Jehová, como las lluvias sobre la hierba, las cuales no esperan a varón, ni aguardan a hijos de hombres. |

And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the Gentiles in the midst of many people as a lion among the beasts of the forest, as a young lion among the flocks of sheep: who, if he go through, both treadeth down, and teareth in pieces, and none can deliver. |
Et le résidu de Jacob sera, parmi les nations, au milieu de beaucoup de peuples, comme un lion parmi les bêtes de la forêt, comme un jeune lion parmi les troupeaux de menu bétail, qui, s'il passe, foule et déchire, et il n'y a personne qui délivre. |

And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the nations, in the midst of many peoples, as a lion among the beasts of the forest, as a young lion among the flocks of sheep: who, if he go through, treadeth down, and teareth in pieces, and there is none to deliver. |
Asimismo el remanente de Jacob será entre las naciones, en medio de muchos pueblos, como el león entre las bestias de la selva, como el cachorro del león entre las manadas de las ovejas, el cual si pasare, y hollare, y arrebatare, no hay quien escape. |

Thine hand shall be lifted up upon thine adversaries, and all thine enemies shall be cut off. |
Ta main se lèvera sur tes adversairesc, et tous tes ennemis seront retranchés. |

Et il arrivera, en ce jour-là, dit l'Éternel, que je retrancherai tes chevaux du milieu de toi, et je détruirai tes chars ; |

et je retrancherai de ta main les enchantements, et tu n'auras pas de pronostiqueurs ; |

Asimismo destruiré de tu mano las hechicerías, y no se hallarán en ti agoreros. |

Thy graven images also will I cut off, and thy standing images out of the midst of thee; and thou shalt no more worship the work of thine hands. |
et je retrancherai du milieu de toi tes images taillées et tes statues, et tu ne te prosterneras plus devant l'ouvrage de tes mains. |

And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury upon the heathen, such as they have not heard. |
