Speak now to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest, and to the residue of the people, saying, |
Parle à Zorobabel, fils de Shealthiel, gouverneur de Juda, et à Joshua, fils de Jotsadak, le grand sacrificateur, et au reste du peuple, disant : |

Who is left among you that saw this house in her first glory? and how do ye see it now? is it not in your eyes in comparison of it as nothing? |
Qui est de reste parmi vous qui ait vu cette maison dans sa première gloire, et comment la voyez-vous maintenant ? N'est-elle pas comme rien à vos yeux ? |

¿Quién ha quedado entre vosotros que haya visto esta casa en su gloria primera,a y cómo la veis ahora? ¿No es ella como nada delante de vuestros ojos? |

Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, saith the Lord; and be strong, O Joshua, son of Josedech, the high priest; and be strong, all ye people of the land, saith the Lord, and work: for I am with you, saith the Lord of hosts: |
Mais maintenant, sois fort, Zorobabel, dit l'Éternel, et sois fort, Joshua, fils de Jotsadak, grand sacrificateur, et soyez forts, vous, tout le peuple du pays, dit l'Éternel, et travaillez ; car je suis avec vous, dit l'Éternel des armées. |

According to the word that I covenanted with you when ye came out of Egypt, so my spirit remaineth among you: fear ye not. |

For thus saith the Lord of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land; |
Car, ainsi dit l'Éternel des armées : Encore une fois, ce sera dans peu de temps, et j'ébranlerai les cieux et la terre, et la mer et la terre sèche ; |

For thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land ; |
Porque así dice Jehová de los ejércitos: De aquí a poco yo haré temblar los cielos y la tierra,c el mar y la tierra seca; |

And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the Lord of hosts. |
et j'ébranlerai toutes les nations. Et l'objet du désir de toutes les nations viendra, et je remplirai cette maison de gloire, dit l'Éternel des armées. |

The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts. |
la dernière gloire de cette maison sera plus grande que la première, dit l'Éternel des armées, et dans ce lieu, je donnerai la paix, dit l'Éternel des armées. |

The latter glory of this house shall be greater than the former, saith Jehovah of hosts; and in this place will I give peace, saith Jehovah of hosts. |

If one bear holy flesh in the skirt of his garment, and with his skirt do touch bread, or pottage, or wine, or oil, or any meat, shall it be holy? And the priests answered and said, No. |
Si un homme porte de la chair sainte dans le pan de sa robe, et qu'il touche avec le pan de sa robe du pain, ou quelque mets, ou du vin, ou de l'huile, ou quoi que ce soit qu'on mange, [ce qu'il a touché] sera-t-il sanctifié ? Et les sacrificateurs répondirent et dirent : Non. |

Then said Haggai, If one that is unclean by a dead body touch any of these, shall it be unclean? And the priests answered and said, It shall be unclean. |
Et Aggée dit : Si un homme qui est impur par un corps [mort] touche quelqu'une de toutes ces choses, est-elle devenue impure ? Et les sacrificateurs répondirent et dirent : Elle est impure. |

Y dijo Hageo: Si un inmundo a causa de cuerpo muertod tocare alguna cosa de estas, ¿será inmunda? Y respondieron los sacerdotes, y dijeron: Inmunda será. |

Then answered Haggai, and said, So is this people, and so is this nation before me, saith the Lord; and so is every work of their hands; and that which they offer there is unclean. |
Et Aggée répondit et dit : Ainsi est ce peuple, et ainsi est cette nation devant moi, dit l'Éternel, et ainsi est toute l'œuvre de leurs mains, et ce qu'ils présentent là est impur. |

Then answered Haggai and said, So is this people, and so is this nation before me, saith Jehovah, and so is every work of their hands; and that which they offer there is unclean. |
Y respondió Hageo y dijo: Así es este pueblo y esta gente delante de mí, dice Jehová; y asimismo toda obra de sus manos; y todo lo que aquí ofrecen es inmundo. |

And now, I pray you, consider from this day and upward, from before a stone was laid upon a stone in the temple of the Lord: |
Et maintenant, considérez biena, je vous prie, [ce qui va arriver] dès ce jour et dorénavant : avant qu'on eût mis pierre sur pierre au temple de l'Éternel, — |

Ahora, pues, meditad en vuestro corazón desde este día en adelante, antes que pongan piedra sobre piedra en el templo de Jehová. |

Since those days were, when one came to an heap of twenty measures, there were but ten: when one came to the pressfat for to draw out fifty vessels out of the press, there were but twenty. |
avant que ces [jours] fussent, si l'on venait à un tas de vingt [boisseaux], il y en avait dix ; si l'on venait à la cuve pour puiser cinquante mesures, il y en avait vingt ; |

--before those days were, when one came to a heap of twenty measures , there were but ten; when one came to the vat to draw out fifty press-measures, there were but twenty. |
Antes que sucediesen estas cosas, venían al montón de veinte efas, y había diez; venían al lagar para sacar cincuenta cántaros, y había veinte. |

I smote you with blasting and with mildew and with hail in all the labours of your hands; yet ye turned not to me, saith the Lord. |
je vous ai frappés par la brûlure et la rouille et la grêle, [dans] toute l'œuvre de vos mains, et aucun de vous [n'est revenu] à moi, dit l'Éternel : |

I smote you with blasting and with mildew and with hail in all the work of your hands; and ye turned not to me, saith Jehovah. |
Os herí con viento solano, con tizoncillo y con granizo en toda obra de vuestras manos; mas no os convertisteis a mí, dice Jehová. |

Consider now from this day and upward, from the four and twentieth day of the ninth month, even from the day that the foundation of the Lord’s temple was laid, consider it. |
considérez-le biena, je vous prie, dès ce jour et dorénavant, depuis le vingt-quatrième jour du neuvième [mois], depuis le jour où le temple de l'Éternel a été fondé ; considérez-le biena. |

Consider, I pray you, from this day and onward, from the four and twentieth day of the ninth month , from the day that the foundation of Jehovah's temple was laid, consider it . |

Is the seed yet in the barn? yea, as yet the vine, and the fig tree, and the pomegranate, and the olive tree, hath not brought forth: from this day will I bless you. |
La semence est-elle encore dans le grenier ? Même la vigne, et le figuier, et le grenadier, et l'olivier, n'ont pas porté de fruit. Dès ce jour-ci, je bénirai. |

Is the seed yet in the barn? yea, the vine, and the fig-tree, and the pomegranate, and the olive-tree have not brought forth: from this day will I bless you . |
¿No está aún la simiente en el granero? Ni la vid, ni la higuera, ni el granado, ni el árbol de olivo ha florecido todavía; mas desde este día os bendeciré. |

And again the word of the Lord came unto Haggai in the four and twentieth day of the month, saying, |

Speak to Zerubbabel, governor of Judah, saying, I will shake the heavens and the earth; |

And I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the heathen; and I will overthrow the chariots, and those that ride in them; and the horses and their riders shall come down, every one by the sword of his brother. |
je renverserai le trône des royaumes, et je détruirai la puissance des royaumes des nations, et je renverserai les chars et ceux qui les montent ; et les chevaux seront abattus, et ceux qui les montent, chacun par l'épée de son frère. |

and I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the nations; and I will overthrow the chariots, and those that ride therein; and the horses and their riders shall come down, every one by the sword of his brother. |
y trastornaré el trono de los reinos, y destruiré la fuerza de los reinos de las naciones; trastornaré los carros y los que en ellos suben, y vendrán abajo los caballos y sus jinetes, cada cual por la espada de su hermano. |

In that day, saith the Lord of hosts, will I take thee, O Zerubbabel, my servant, the son of Shealtiel, saith the Lord, and will make thee as a signet: for I have chosen thee, saith the Lord of hosts. |
En ce jour-là, dit l'Éternel des armées, je te prendrai, Zorobabel, fils de Shealthiel, mon serviteur, dit l'Éternel, et je te mettrai comme un cachet ; car je t'ai choisi, dit l'Éternel des armées. |
